DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0027] Hereinbelow, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to an embodiment presented in the accompanying drawings, but the presented embodiment is illustrative for a clear understanding of the present invention and the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0028] A wale support module 100 according to the present invention is installed on an soldier pile 12 of a retaining wall as illustrated in
[0029] As illustrated in
[0030] As illustrated in 1b, the wale support module 100 may further include a reverse wale hanger 130 which is disposed on the upper side of the groove filling block 120 and is detachably installed on the soldier pile 12 so that the installation state of the wale 20 is maintained.
[0031] The wale support bracket 110 includes a wale-supporting lower vertical bar 112 which is disposed under the groove filling block 120 and is located to be in contact with the soldier pile 12, a wale-supporting lower support 114 being fixed to the upper end of the wale-supporting lower vertical bar 112 at one end thereof so as to support the lower end of the wale 20, a wale-supporting lower reinforcement bar 116 which is fixed to the lower end of the wale-supporting lower vertical bar 112 at a first end thereof and is fixed to the wale-supporting lower support 114 at a second end thereof, and wale-supporting upper and lower hinge joints 118a and 118b which are connected respectively to the upper and lower ends of the wale-supporting lower vertical bar 112 by detachable hinge bolts 117 and are welded to the soldier pile 12. The wale-supporting lower vertical bar 112, the wale-supporting lower support 114, and the wale-supporting lower reinforcement bar 116 are made of L-shaped steel, but are not limited to this type of steel.
[0032] Accordingly, the wale support bracket 110 is provided with the wale-supporting upper and lower hinge joints 118a and 118b, and the wale-supporting upper and lower hinge joints 118a and 118b are welded to the soldier pile 12 so that the wale support bracket 110 can support the wale 20. Later, through the detachment of each of the hinge bolts 117 during the removal of the earth anchor, as illustrated in
[0033] Here, as illustrated in
[0034] In addition, the hinge bolt 117 installed on the wale-supporting lower hinge joint 118b is preferably inserted through a long hole 1181 into the wale-supporting lower hinge joint 118b so that the installation angle of the wale-supporting lower support 114 can be adjusted.
[0035] As illustrated in
[0036] Accordingly, the groove filling block 120 of the first type is adjusted in height of the groove filling block 120 protruding from the cylindrical pivot 1232 according to the rotation direction of the groove filling bolt 1230 so that the groove filling block 120 can easily respond to an interval change for filling a groove. In addition, when the installation angle of the wale 20 changes, the wale support 1240 pivots in the spherical groove 1232a of the groove filling bolt 1230 and is in close contact with the lower surface of the wale 20 so that groove filling is stably realized.
[0037] As illustrated in 4 and 7, the groove filling block 120′ of a second type includes: a block body 1210′ having a block lower surface 1210a′ in surface contact with the support surface of the wale support bracket 110, a block vertical surface 1210b′ which is perpendicular to the block lower surface 1210a′ and faces the wale 20, and a screw groove 1210d′ for groove filling interval adjustment threaded into the block vertical surface 1210b′; a groove filling bolt 1230′ having a screw shaft 1231′ at a first end thereof so that the screw shaft 1231′ is screwed to the screw groove 1210d′ for groove filling interval adjustment and having a groove 1232b′ for rotation manipulation at a second end thereof so that the groove filling bolt 1230′ is in surface contact with the wale 20; a lower pivot bolt 1250′ being screwed to the block body 1210′ so that the lower pivot bolt 1250′ can protrude from the block body 1210′; and a pile support 1260′ which is spherically coupled to the lower pivot bolt 1250′ and is in surface contact with the soldier pile 12.
[0038] Accordingly, the groove filling block 120′ of the second type has a protruding amount adjusted by the rotation manipulation of the groove filling bolt 1230′ so that the groove filling block 120′ can respond to a groove filling interval change. In addition, when the installation angle of the wale 20 changes, the pile support 1260′ pivots on the lower pivot bolt 1250′ to be in close contact with the soldier pile 12 so that groove filling can be stably realized.
[0039] Here, as illustrated in
[0040] Meanwhile, as illustrated in
[0041] Accordingly, the reverse wale hanger 130 is supported by the wale support bracket 110 and functions to press the wale 20 from an upper side thereof by using the hanger support bar 134, so upward movement of the wale 20 is restrained so that the installation stability of the wale 20 can be secured. In addition, as illustrated in
[0042] Meanwhile, the hinge bolt 137 installed on the upper hanger hinge joint 138a is inserted through a long hole 1381 into the upper hanger hinge joint 138a so that the installation angle of the hanger support bar 134 due to the wale 20 may be adjusted.
[0043] Accordingly, in the wale support module 100 according to the present invention, even if groove intervals between soldier piles 12 and wales 20 are different, groove filling adjustment can be performed by the groove filling bolt 1230 or 1230′ of the groove filling block 120 or 120′. In addition, the wale support 1240 or the pile support 1260′ actively pivots according to the tilted angle of the wale 20 according to the installation direction of the earth anchor 5 so that the wale 20 can be stably supported.
[0044] In addition, during the removal of the wale 20, the wale support bracket 110 can be removed and reused while the wale-supporting upper and lower hinge joints 118a and 118b are left on the soldier pile 12, so it is possible to reduce the cost of construction by reducing the waste of materials.
[0045] Furthermore, when the reverse wale hanger 130 is additionally installed, the wale 20 is more stably installed, and thus the earth anchor 5 can exercise optimal anchoring force, and the reverse wale hanger 130 is also reused while only the upper and lower hinge joints 138a and 138b are left, so it is possible to reduce construction costs.
[0046] According to the wale support module filling a non-welding groove and being capable of being reused according to the present invention, even if groove intervals between soldier piles and wales are different from each other, groove filling adjustment is easily performed by the groove filling bolt of the groove filling block; according to the tilted angle of the wale according to the installation direction of the earth anchor, the wale support or the pile support actively pivots so that the wale can be stably supported; and during the removal of the wale, the wale support bracket can be removed and reused while only the wale-supporting upper and lower hinge joints are left on the soldier pile so that the cost of construction can be reduced by reducing the waste of materials. In addition, when the reverse wale hanger is additionally installed, the wale is more stably installed, and thus the earth anchor can exercise optimal anchoring force, and the reverse wale hanger can also be removed and reused while only hinge joints are left.
