Abstract
The invention discloses a novel cake-type air bed including a top layer and a bottom layer. The top layer extends from the top surface of the novel cake-type air bed to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed, and/or the bottom layer extends from the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed. The top layer and the bottom layer are joined to enclose and form a cavity of the novel cake-type air bed. The surface of the air bed provided by the invention has no seam line, so that a user cannot make contact with the seam line during sleep, which allows the user to sleep better and more comfortable and is more suitable for the demands of people.
Claims
1. A novel cake-type air bed, comprising a top layer and a bottom layer, wherein the top layer extends from the top surface of the novel cake-type air bed to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed, and/or the bottom layer extends from the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed, and the top layer and the bottom layer are joined to enclose and form a cavity of the novel cake-type air bed.

The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 1, wherein the novel cake-type air bed further comprising a surrounding band provided on the sides of the novel cake-type air bed and between the top layer and the bottom layer, the top layer, the bottom layer and the surrounding band enclose and form the cavity of the novel cake-type air bed, a distance between the top surface and the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed is a side width of the novel cake-type air bed, and the side width is greater than the width of the surrounding band, and the top layer and the bottom layer extend to the sides of the novel cake-type air bed respectively and are joined with the surrounding band.
3. The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 1, wherein the novel cake-type air bed is joined and fixed by a butt-welding method.
4. The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 1, wherein the novel cake-type air bed is joined and fixed by a plain-welding method.
5. The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 1, wherein an upper feeding encircling piece is provided within the cavity and on the top surface of the novel cake-type air bed, a lower feeding encircling piece is provided within the cavity and on the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed, the upper feeding encircling piece is fixed by welding or bonding with the top layer, and the lower feeding encircling piece is fixed by welding or bonding with the bottom layer.

The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 2, wherein an upper feeding encircling piece is provided within the cavity and on the top surface of the novel cake-type air bed, a lower feeding encircling piece is provided within the cavity and on the bottom surface of the novel cake-type air bed, the upper feeding encircling piece is fixed by welding or bonding with the top layer, and the lower feeding encircling piece is fixed by welding or bonding with the bottom layer.

The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 5, wherein the upper feeding encircling piece is enclosed with the top layer to form an upper edge air chamber of the novel cake-type air bed, the lower feeding encircling piece is enclosed with the bottom layer to form a lower edge air chamber of the novel cake-type air bed, and the upper edge air chamber and the lower edge air chamber communicate with an air chamber inside the cavity respectively.
8. The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 1, wherein the cavity is internally provided with drawing bands which are at least partially provided in the cavity in an inclined way.
9. The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 8, wherein the drawing bands gradually slope outward from the middle of the cavity to both sides of the cavity, the more the drawing band is provided in the middle of the cavity, an angle formed by the drawing band and the bottom surface tends to be a right angle.
10. The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 1, wherein each of the four corners of the top layer and the bottom layer is provided with a cutting angle.
11. The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 2, wherein each of the four corners of the top layer and the bottom layer is provided with a cutting angle.
12. The novel cake-type air bed according to claim 10, wherein each of the four corners of the top layer and the bottom layer is provided with one or more cutting angles.
