Abstract
A tightening nut used to disassemble the barrel and hand guard for carrying and cleaning procedures of rifles used in hunting, characterized by including; a ring channel formed in the inner part of the tightening nut, embodied to realize mounting/demounting operation of connection of the tightening nut to a magazine screw to bring the barrel and hand guard into demounting position without the need for more power than the required amount, a shell facilitating mounting/demounting operation by eliminating friction between the tightening spring and the tightening nut, and a ring connected to the ring channel to prevent disconnection of the shell located in the internal part of the tightening nut from the tightening nut.
Claims
1. The invention relates to a tightening nut used to disassemble a barrel and hand guard to provide realizing of carrying and cleaning procedures of rifles used in hunting, characterized by forming: a ring channel formed in an inner part of a tightening nut, said tightening nut being connected to a magazine screw, said magazine screw being inserted into a barrel ring; a shell facilitating mounting/demounting operation to eliminate friction between a tightening spring and the tightening nut by inserting the shell between the tightening nut and said tightening spring located in end part of the magazine screw inserted into the barrel ring; a ring preventing disconnection of the shell located in an inner part of the tightening nut from said tightening nut and connected to the ring channel; in order to perform mounting/demounting procedure of connecting the tightening nut that disassembles the barrel and hand guard to the magazine screw in a short time and without need for power more than required.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0042]
[0043] Rifle manufacturing, supplying, carrying and using procedures after manufacture are all stipulated under legislations. Manufacturing is made by authorized enterprises and supply and use are also stipulated under legislations. Laws allow carrying in the rifle in a demounted position to prevent use inside a bag. Also, the rifle should be brought into mounting/demounting position in order to clean it at fixed intervals during use thereof.
[0044] For bringing the barrel (1) of the rifle into the mounting/demounting position, the magazine screw (5) located in an inner part of the magazine pipe (3), together with the magazine spring (4), tightening spring (9), tightening nut (10), the shell (11) being subject of invention and a ring (12) providing connection of the shell (11) to the tightening nut (10) are used.
[0045] A ring channel (10.1) is provided in the inner section of the tightening nut (10). The distance of the ring channel (10.1) is a distance to provide the shell (11) to prevent removal from the internal part of the tightening nut (10) after installation of the ring (12). During mounting of the barrel (1) and hand guard (2), the magazine spring (4) is located in the magazine pipe (3). The magazine screw (5) is located in the upper part of the magazine spring (4) and interlocking of the barrel ring (6) located under the barrel (1) to the magazine screw (5) is provided. Then the tightening spring (9) is placed onto magazine screw (5).
[0046] The shell (11) is placed in the inner part of the tightening nut (10) and the ring (12) is connected to the ring channel (12) for fixing. When the tightening nut (10) is in this position, mounting to the magazine screw (5) is rotated right/left as shown in
[0047] For disassembling of the barrel (1) and hand guard (2), the above described operations are made in opposite direction by right/left rotation of the tightening nut (10) and thus disconnection from the magazine screw (5) is provided. In continuation thereof, the tightening spring (9) and magazine screw (5) are removed and the barrel (1) is removed in a practical way.
