Abstract
A chain weight exercise device comprising one or more chain segments constructed from one or more links composed of one or more gauges, a handle, a fastener which connects and secures at least one of a first end of the chain segment or a second end of the chain segment to a first end of the handle.
Claims
1. A chain weight exercise device comprising: one or more chain segments constructed from one or more links composed of one or more gauges; a handle; a fastener which connects and secures at least one of a first end of said chain segment or a second end of said chain segment to a first end of said handle.
2. The chain weight exercise device of claim 1 wherein said handle is triangle shaped.
3. The chain weight exercise device of claim 1 wherein said handle is rod-shaped.
4. The chain weight exercise device of claim 1 wherein said handle is U-shaped.
5. The chain weight exercise device of claim 1 wherein said handle is a bar.
6. The chain weight exercise device of claim 1 wherein said handle is a strap.
7. The chain weight exercise device of claim 6 wherein said strap may be lined with one or more said chain segments.
8. The chain weight exercise device of claim 1 wherein said fastener is a carabiner.
9. The chain weight exercise device of claim 1 wherein a vest may be lined with one or more said chain segments.
10. The chain weight exercise device of claim 1 wherein a cable and a pulley are connected between one or more of said chain segments and said handle via one or more said fasteners.
11. The chain weight exercise device of claim 1 wherein said fastener may connected one or more links located throughout the chain segment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0026] The details of one or more embodiments of the subject matter of this specification are set forth in the accompanying drawings and the description below. Other features, aspects, and advantages of the subject matter will become apparent from the description, the drawings, and the claims.
[0027] Like reference numbers and designations in the various drawings indicate like elements.
[0028]
[0029] Furthermore, this example shows an embodiment of the chain weight exercise device comprising three chain segments. The chain segments of the chain weight exercise device may be constructed from one or more links, composed of one or more gauges. The chain segments are shown connected and secured to the fastener 110 through opening the gate 112 of the fastener 110, latching the fastener 110 through a link 114 located at the first end of the chain segment 116 for each chain segment 118. In additional embodiments, the fastener 110 may connected to both the first end of the chain segment 116 and the second end of the chain segment 120, looping the chain segment 118. The composition of the chain weight exercise device allows for portability, quick and effortless assembly and modification for application across a wide range of users.
[0030] In additional embodiments, the fastener 110 may connected one or more chain segments, where adding additional chain segments increases the weight of the chain weight exercise device as well as the amount of force required by a user to perform an exercise with the modified device. In additional embodiments, the fastener 110 may connected one or more links located throughout the chain segment 118, which may alter the distribution of weight across the chain weight exercise device and require engagement of one or more muscles not otherwise activated. In additional embodiments, the chain segments may be composed of one or more gauges, where modifying the gauge of one or more chain segments alters the weight of the chain segments. In additional embodiments, the fastener is a carabiner.

[0032]
[0033] Furthermore, this example shows an embodiment of the chain weight exercise device comprising two chain segments with a slightly thicker gauge than the chain segments in
[0034]
[0035] Furthermore, the three chain segments are shown connected and secured to the fastener 110. In additional embodiments, a cable 402 and a pulley 404 are connected between one or more chain segments and a handle via one or more fasteners.
