Abstract
The present invention relates to a gear motor formed of a housing, comprising an electric motor comprising a stator assembly (3) and a rotor (1) driving a reduction gear train having a plurality of intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) each formed by a shaft (101, 201, 301) coupled to a toothed wheel (102, 202, 302) and to a toothed gear (103, 203, 303), and an output stage formed by a shaft (401) coupled to a wheel and a coupling component, the shafts (2, 101, 201, 301, 401) of the rotor, of said intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) and of said output wheel being parallel, said gear motor further comprising a printed circuit (20) transversely positioned above said stator assembly (3), characterized in that said wheel of the output stage is positioned above part of said stator assembly (3), the shafts of said intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) being located in the zone of the housing located on the opposite side, relative to a transverse vertical plane (500), of the zone comprising the shaft (2) of said rotor and the shaft (401) of said output wheel.
Claims
1- A gear motor composed of a housing (30), comprising an electric motor including a stator assembly (3) and a rotor (1) driving a reduction gear train having a plurality of intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) each composed of a shaft (101, 201, 301) coupled to a toothed wheel (102, 202, 302) and a toothed gear (103, 203, 303), and an output stage (400) composed of a shaft (401) coupled to a wheel (402) and a coupling component (41), the shafts (2, 101, 201, 301, 401) of the rotor, of said intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) and of said output wheel (402) being parallel, said gear motor further comprising a printed circuit (20) transversely positioned above said stator assembly (3), characterized in that said wheel (402) of the output stage (400) is positioned above a portion of said stator assembly (3), the shafts of said intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) being located in the zone of the housing (30) located on the opposite side, relative to a transverse vertical plane (500), of the zone comprising the shaft (2) of said rotor (1) and of the shaft (401) of said output wheel (402).
2- The gear motor according to claim 1, characterized in that said stator assembly (3) has at least two stator extensions in the form of poles (4, 5) each carrying one winding (7, 8), and a semi-annular closure zone (10), and in that said wheel of the output stage (400) is positioned above a portion of at least one of said stator extensions (4, 5) and of said windings (7, 8).
3- The gear motor composed of a housing (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises: an electric motor comprising a stator assembly (3) of three stator extensions in the form of poles (4, 5, 6) offset two-by-two by 60° and a semi-annular closure zone (10) extending over 240° and a rotor (1) driving a reduction gear train having a plurality of intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) each composed of a shaft (101, 201, 301) coupled to a gear (102, 202, 302) and a wheel (102, 202, 302), and an output stage (400) composed of a shaft coupled to a wheel and a coupling component, said gear motor further comprising an electronic circuit equipped with at least one electromagnetic probe for detecting the magnetic flux generated by the rotor, transversely positioned above said stator, said wheel of the output stage (400) being positioned above one of said stator extensions, where the shafts of said intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) are located on an arc in the zone of the housing complementary to the zone comprising the rotor and the shaft of the output stage (400), where said zone is located on the opposite side, relative to a transverse vertical plane (500), of the zone comprising the shaft (2) of said rotor (1) and of said output wheel (402).
4- The gear motor according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the ratio between the length and width of said housing (1) without connector or attachment member is between 0.8 and 1.2.
5- The gear motor according to claim 1, characterized in that said printed circuit (20) is equipped with at least one magnetism-sensitive probe for detecting the magnetic flux generated by the rotor.
6- The gear motor according to claim 1, characterized in that said printed circuit (20) is positioned in a plane above the zone comprising the stator assembly (3) and the wheel (302) of the third intermediate stage (300), and beneath the zone comprising the wheel (102) of the first intermediate stage (100) and of the output wheel (402).
7- The gear motor according to claim 1, characterized in that said printed circuit (20) has a cutout for the passage of the wheel (202) of the second intermediate stage (200).
8- The gear motor according to claim 1, characterized in that said printed circuit (20) has an additional magnetism-sensitive probe positioned facing the displacement zone of a permanent magnet attached to the lower surface of said wheel of he output stage (400).
9- The gear motor according to claim 1, characterized in that said printed circuit (20) extends transversely in the zone comprising the shaft (2) of said rotor (1) and of said output wheel (402).
10- The gear motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover (40) has hollow projections forming the guide bearings (90 to 93) of the shafts of the rotor (1), of said intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) and of said shaft (401) of the output stage (400).
11- The gear motor according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said projections are surrounded by ribs (44 to 48) at least one of which is oriented along the direction of the lateral forces applied to the respective shaft.
12- The gear motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the reduction ratio of each stage (100, 200, 300) is between 3 and 6.
13- The gear motor according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises three intermediate stages (100, 200, 300) and in that the total reduction ratio is between 200 and 600.
