AmphiBag

Abstract

AmphiBag is both a garment and a bag in one piece of fabric—in the same piece. It can be worn as a clothing or accessories and can be used as a bag.

For examples, Scarf-Bag, T-shirt-Bag, Sweater-Bag, Dress-Bag etc. The Scarf-Bag—as a specific case—is turned into a bag and the bag is turned into a scarf. As a scarf, piece of fabric, it can be worn around the neck for warmth, sun protection, cleanliness, fashion, or religious reasons. They can be made in a variety of different materials such as wool, linen, cotton, silk, etc. And can be used as a bag to collect loose materials such as groceries, berries food grains, garments, etc., to transport more items than could readily be carried in the hands. The same is with the other garments mentioned above.

Claims

1. A bag and a scarf in one piece, garment, scarf worn around the neck or head with bag build in the scarf, comprising: An any material of scarf, variety of fabric; A scarf worn around the neck or head; A bag.

2. Method, to create a bag and scarf in one piece of fabric, A bag and a scarf in one piece for wearing on a neck as a scarf or wear it on the shoulder or hands as a bag, comprising: A two-pieces of fabric or one fabric folded in half in variety of sizes, and variety of fabrics and variety of ornaments in variety of shapes; the fabric is closed in the bottom and the sides but is open on the top; The top of it is cut in the form to create handles for the hands to carry it as a bag or as handles for the neck to wear it as a scarf around the neck.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE

[0030] The Innovation (thereafter “AmphiBag”) can use any pieces of fabric to make the Innovation and be designed to create any AmphiBag.

[0031] The piece of fabric can be a variety of sizes to create a variety of the Innovation sizes; garments or accessories in the same piece to create the innovation, AmphiBag.

[0032] The piece of the fabric is cut in the form to create handles for the hands, for the shoulders or on the neck to carry it as a bag and or to wear it as a garment or accessory. And or as handles for the neck to wear it as an accessory or garment like a scarf around the neck, dress, shirt, sweater etc. (See FIG. 001).

[0033] The way of cutting the fabrics for the handles vary. The fabric is cut in one of the sizes of the fabric (thereafter “the top”) See FIG. 001. The cutting can be in a variety of sizes and ways to create handles.

[0034] For example, A) the left and the right sides are cut from the left side down from the top ˜12″ dip to the right ˜4″ and cut up to the end to create the handles and from the right side, the same cut from the right side of the fabric. And a cut from the middle of the top fabric, in a variety of sizes from each side from the middle, cut down ˜12″. B) Or can cut a circle, ellipse, square etc. on the top of the fabric. C) Or to cut a piece of fabric in a form of handles and attach it to the main fabric, See FIG. 001, the options.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INNOVATION

A. Scarf-Bag, as a Specific Case of the Innovation—

[0040] A.1) Wearing and Using the Innovation as a Scarf-Bag

[0041] The Innovation is not obvious, not to a reasonable person neither to a professional person in the fashion industry.

[0042] When you present the Scarf-Bag to those people to try it and use it, without to teach them, they don't realize, get to conclusion or understand they can use it as a scarf as well, although, it looks like a scarf. They might see the Innovation is a bag but not how to use it as a scarf as well. Moreover, when you ask retailers to sell it, they all express the need of presentations of the Innovation to their customers. Meaning they can't just put it on the shelf and expected costumes will understand that the Innovation can be used as a bag and as a scarf in one garment.

[0043] Therefore, the Innovation is not obvious and needs to be taught, demonstrated and or give presentations, as the following shows:

[0044] There are a variety of ways to wear it and use it as a scarf around the neck.

Option 1) Loop Knot—Hold the handles in one hand and between the space of the handles to enter the reset of the fabric or the end of the fabric and pull it inside to tie it around the neck to wear it as a scarf, See FIG. 004.
Option 2) Hold the handle(s) (can use one handle, two or more) and enter the head inside the handles space, whereas, the fabric ScarfBag (one application of the Innovation) hanging on the back of the neck by the handle(s) which the rest of the fabric/ScarfBag is hanging at the front of the body, and leave it like that, See FIG. 005.

[0045] When the ScarfBag is hanging in front of the body, on the back neck there are a variety of ways to style it.

Style 1a) the scarfBag can be hanging on the back neck at the front of the body and leave it as it is, See FIG. 005.
Style 1b) Or when the fabric in style 1a, with the wire or piece of fabric that attached to the fabric at each sides knot it around the body, See FIG. 005, this way can be used as a fashion accessory and or garment in front of the body, warm and keep the body warm. And when bag need to take it off and use it as a bag.
Style 1c) or like style 1b, but this time when the handle(s) are hanging on the front neck and the fabric is at the back of the body. And with the wire or piece of fabric that attached to the fabric at each sides knot it around the body, See FIG. 005, this way can be used as a fashion accessory and or garment at the back of the body, warm and keep the body warm. And when bag need to take it off and use it as a bag.
Style 1d) Another why to style it is, when the fabric, ScarfBag hanging on at the front of the body, to hold the two bottom corners of each sides of the ScarfBag, right hand holding the right corner and the left hand holding the left corner, and lift it up around the neck and tie the two corners together to keep it hold around the back neck, See FIG. 006.

[0046] To tie the corners around the back neck, there are a variety of technical options that can keep the corners together: a) a piece of fabric/wire/magnet . . . that attached to the one size of the corner of the ScarfBag and on the other size of the corner attached wire/button/clip/magnate among other options to make the two corners to be attached together, See FIG. 006.

Style 1e) Another way to style the ScarfBag when the ScarfBag hanging on the front of the body on the back neck, is to hold the two bottom corners, whereas, the right hand holding the left side of the bottom corner and the left hand holding the right bottom of the corner, cross way, and lift it up around the neck in cross way and tie the two corners together to keep it hold around the back neck. When lifting the corners in cross way, the right hand moving up back to the right side of the body, the neck, and the left hand moving up back to the left side of the body, the neck, and then ties the corners together, as described at style 2.a above, See FIG. 007. Or technical way, to flip the bottom corners of the fabric, whereas. The left corner is at the right side and the right side is at the left side; lift it up to the back of the neck and tie the bottom corners together, See FIG. 007.
Style 1f) Creating a different shape of bag and size by pulling the inside of the Scarf-Bag up, whereas, the inside is the outside and the outside becomes the inside, See FIG. 008.

[0047] A.2. Develop the Innovation on the Scarf-Bag as a Specific Case.

[0049] The basic Innovation of ScarfBag has variety of technical and can be adding many options as following described in part.

[0050] Lining—To protect the fabric of AmphiBag/ScarfBag when use it as a bag, and or a fashion look and make it stronger, lining is added with a variety of colors, See FIG. 009.

Inside the tunnel there is a cord and barrel cords block, holding button, in each corner to adjust the size of the bag/container and to adjust the size around the neck or to tie the handles around the neck if wanted to be more tied to warm the neck or keep it warm, See FIG. 010.

B. Wear the Innovation as a Garments—Design Collection of the AmphiBag.

[0054] The Innovation can be in a variety of garments and be worn in a variety of ways as the following shows.

[0055] Other design is to have two pieces of ScarfBag, FIG. 003, attached together at the one of the handles, or another piece of fabric like scarf attached to the ScarfBag, and to wear whereas, each one of the Innovation is on the back neck and the fabric falling on each side of the body, like a regular scarf, See FIG. 013, or can be styled at the same way as described in FIG. 004, 005, 006, 007.

[0056] Other design is to use to AmphiBag and on the upper corners of each one to attached in form of easily separating to be used in various ways. On the sides of the upper corners to add buttons, clips or wire and on the other upper corners to add the other closing device. See FIG. 014.

[0057] This option gives the ability to use the AmphiBag in various ways. To wear it when the handles around the head and as well in the back like shows in FIG. 005, or without to put the head inside the handles.

[0058] Shirt/Sweater/Dress—Wear desirable sizes of two AmphiBags to create a shirt, sweater or variety of dresses, etc. To attach the bags with buttons, zippers, or cords. To add it to the right on one and left side of the other the AmphiBag and add variety of closing options in front of the body. See FIG. 015. Wear the AmphiBags on each side of the shoulders. Enter the right hand into the handle space of one AmphiBag, and let the handle hanging on the shoulder. The same on the left side. Then cover the front of the body with the two AmphiBags and close it.

Attach a variety of fabric on one of the sides of AmphiBag, the purpose of the piece of fabric that is attached to the AmphiBags is to cover the body in a different style. See FIG. 016.
