    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0027] FIG. 1, is a schematic drawing showing a front view of the invention rolled down in its full constructed form including various components identified with numerals comprised of the invention.

[0028] FIG. 2, is a schematic drawing side view of the invention rolled down in its full constructed form including various components identified with numerals comprised of the invention.

[0029] FIG. 3, is a schematic drawing rolled up side view of the invention.

[0030] The present invention illustrated in FIG. 1, 2, 3, in its preferred embodiment relies on a single sheet of clear vinyl product type from Continental Plastics Company Wheelings Ill., 60090.

[0031] The clear vinyl sheet is preferably 28″ wide, but not limited to being of a lesser width of 22″ or of a greater width of 36″. The clear vinyl sheet is preferably 48″ vertical length but not limited to being of a lesser length of 24″ or of a longer length of 72″.

[0032] The preferred gauge of the clear vinyl sheet is 0.020, but not limited to being of a lesser gauge of 0.008, 0.010, 0.012, 0.016, or of a thicker gauge of 0.030, 0.040, 0.080.

[0033] The clear vinyl sheet is cut to a preferred size as noted above, it is then folded over at the top and can be sewn with thread or heat sealed or PVC cement fastener #115 A, creating a pocket #113 approximately 1″ I D. FIG. 1.2. The bottom edge of the clear vinyl sheet is sewn over with thread or heat sealed or PVC cement fastener #115 B, creating a pocket #114 approximately 1.5″ ID. FIG. 1.2.

[0034] A strip of velcro #116 preferably 10″ in length but not limited to being of a lesser length or of a longer length is sewn onto the back side of the clear vinyl sheet #121 at the top center under the pocket. #113 FIG. 1, 2.

[0035] A strip of velcro #118 preferably 1″ is sewn to the front side of the clear vinyl sheet #120 at the top center under the pocket. #113 FIG. 1, 2, 3 .

[0036] The longer velcro strip #116 can be connected the smaller velcro strip #118 securing the devise when it is in a rolled up position. FIG. 1, 2, 3.

[0037] The longer velcro strip #116 detaches from the smaller velcro strip #118 allowing the clear vinyl flat punching bag sheet to be rolled down. FIG. 1, 2, 3.

    [0038] A ¼″ polyethylene plastic tubing #12 FIG. 1, 2, 3 a product from

[0039] Trivantage Corporation Glen Raven, N.C. item #578095 is cut to fit the width of the clear vinyl sheet it is then inserted into the top clear vinyl sheet pocket #113 and together can be inserted into the aluminum molding track #110 item #555 from Trivantage Corporation, that is no wider or lesser than the preferred width of the clear vinyl sheet.

[0040] The 90 degree aluminum molding track #110 is pre-drilled with two or more screw holes. #126 FIG. 1, 2, 3.

[0041] Preferably metal weights #124 from one ounce to ten ounces but not limited to a lesser ounce or a greater ounce are then inserted into each corner of the bottom pocket #114 and is sewn or heat sealed or PVC cement fastener #115 B closing the sides of the bottom left and right pocket #114 locking in the weights. FIG. 1, 2. The weights #124 are necessary so that when the clear vinyl sheet is punched it creates a drag effect or resistance to the contrary.

[0042] An inverted graphic #122 FIG. 1, 2 is applied to the back side of the clear vinyl sheet so that when viewed from the front FIG. 1, 2 it appears normal.

[0043] The advantage of the graphic being inverted on the back side of the clear vinyl flat punching bag sheet #121 protects it from being worn off, or damaged when struck

[0044] The Inverted graphic image can be silk screened, or vinyl laminated, or digital printed, or rolled pressed, or laser etched, or stenciled, or any method of graphic application that is adequate for the manufacturer.

[0045] When fully constructed, including all the components comprising of the clear vinyl roll down-roll up flat punching bag sheet invention, detailed in various pages of the specification, is designed to be installed using the screw attachments on the underside aluminum molding track fastener #110 pre-drilled holes #126 (i.e.) inside a doorway upper inner frame, preferably a closet but not limited to other options.

[0046] How to use the invention is made simply by detaching the velcro strap #116 from the velcro strap #118 and roll down the clear vinyl flat punching bag sheet, it is now ready for the user to strike or punch the clear vinyl flat punching bag sheet.

[0047] The invention, when the user is finished, can now be rolled up, and the velcro strap #116 can now be re-attached to the velcro strap #118 storing the clear vinyl flat punching bag sheet for later use. FIG. 3.
