Abstract
A hook-type washing machine includes a single-chip microcomputer and a housing for controlling the operation of various devices and components. A cleaning cavity and a drying cavity are sequentially set in the inner cavity of the machine housing from bottom to top; a walking mechanism with a scrubbing device is set on the side wall; a drying device is uniformly set at intervals on the cavity wall of the drying cavity; the lifting device is set at the top of the drying cavity, and the end of the rope of the lifting device is connected to a clothes hanging member. The operation of the present invention is convenient and the manufacturing cost is low. By means of the cooperation of the lifting-type hanging member and the cleaning device, clothes can become tidy and avoid being screwed into a mass in the washing process.
Claims
1. A hook-type washing machine, comprising a single-chip microcomputer and a housing for controlling the operation of various devices and components; wherein a cleaning cavity and a drying cavity are sequentially formed in an inner cavity of the machine shell from bottom to top; a walking mechanism is set on the side wall of the washing cavity, and a scrubbing device is set on the walking mechanism; a number of drying devices are set on the cavity wall of the drying cavity, a rope lifting device is set at the top of the drying cavity, and a clothes-hanging component is set on the lifting end of the lifting device; the walking mechanism comprises a walking motor, a walking rack and a mounting plate, wherein the walking motor is a bidirectional motor. The walking motor is connected with a brake gear set on the walking rack through a transmission mechanism, a mounting plate is set on the walking rack, and a scrubbing device is set on the mounting plate; the above scrubbing device comprises a scrubbing motor, a curved rod member and a clothes-rubbing plate. The scrubbing motor is connected with the curved rod member through a transmission mechanism. Facing the cleaning cavity, the curved rod member is connected with a reciprocating rod set on the rubbing plate.
2. The hook-type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, is characterized as follows: the curved rod member includes a driving curved rod, a bearing, a connecting Bar and a driven curved bar. The crank of the driving curved rod and the driven curved rod are connected with the connecting rod through a bearing, and the driving curved rod and the driven curved rod are respectively connected with the front end and the rear end of the clothes rubbing plate or the driving curved rod and the driven curved rod are connected with the clothes rubbing plate side by side. In other word, the driving curved rod is connected with the front end of the clothes rubbing plate, the driven curved rod is connected with the rear end of the clothes rubbing plate, or the driven curved rod is connected with the driving curved rod through the connecting rod, and the driving curved rod is connected with the clothes rubbing plate through the connecting rod.

The hook-type washing machine as claimed in claim 2, is characterized as follows: a movable sliding groove is formed in the upper and the lower portion of the interior of the connecting rod, which is sleeved on a reciprocating rod of the washboard; a movable sliding block corresponding to the movable sliding groove is set on the reciprocating rod of the washboard, which is connected with a spring set in the connecting rod.

The hook-type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, is characterized as follows: the clothes hanging component comprises a rack and a clothes-hanging mechanism, wherein the clothes hanging mechanism is set on the rack, the clothes hanging mechanism comprises two groups of clothes hanging rack sets, a bidirectional clothes-hanging motor and clothes hangers. The clothes hanging rack sets are composed of two straight racks which are oppositely staggered; one group of clothes hanging rack sets is set on the left part and the right part of the rack respectively; clothes hanging driving gears are set on the clothes hanging rack sets, and are connected with the clothes hanging motor through transmission mechanisms; buckles are set at corresponding positions of the clothes hanging rack groups at the left part and the right part of the rack, and clothes hangers are hung on the clothes hanging rack sets through the buckles.
5. The hook-type washing machine as claimed in claim 4, is characterized as follows: the clothes hanging piece is a clothes-hanging rod, a clothes-hanging hook or a clothes-hanging rope.

The hook-type washing machine as claimed in claim 4 is characterized as follows: the clothes hanging component further comprises a clothes-clamping mechanism, which is set on the rack and consists of two groups of oppositely staggered clothes clamping rack sets, a clothes-clamping motor and a clothes-clamping plate; as for the clothes clamping rack sets, they consist of two oppositely staggered arc-shaped racks. one group of clothes clamping rack sets is set on the left side and the right side of the rack respectively, a clothes-clamping driving gear is set on the clothes clamping rack sets, and the bidirectional clothes clamping driving gear is connected with the clothes clamping motor through a transmission mechanism; clothes clamping plates are set at corresponding positions of the left side and the right side of clothes clamping rack sets.

The hook-type washing machine as claimed in claim 4, is characterized as follows: the clothes hanging component further comprises a collar rubbing mechanism set on the machine frame, which consists of a guide rod, a transmission chain, a collar rubbing motor controlled by a control circuit and a brush; among them, the guide rod is set above the clothes hanging mechanism, the transmission chain is set on the guide rod, the transmission chain is connected with the bidirectional collar rubbing motor through the transmission mechanism, and the brush is set on the transmission chain.
8. The hook-type washing machine as claimed in claim 4, is characterized as follows: clothes-hanging rope is set on the clothes hanging component, and the head and the tail of the clothes hanging rope are connected with the two sides of the clothes hanging component.

The hook-type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, is characterized as follows: a water pumping device is set at the bottom of the washing cavity; the water pumping port of device is located at the bottom of the washing cavity, and the water outlet of the device is located near the clothes hanging component.

[0028] The scrubbing device 9 includes the scrubbing motor, a curved bar member and the washboard 16. The scrubbing motor is connected with the curved bar member through a transmission mechanism. A curved bar member faces toward the cleaning cavity and it's connected with the reciprocating rod on washboard 16.

Then the water is injected into the cleaning cavity, and the SCM drives the scrubbing device to move oppositely and makes it close enough to the clothes by controlling walking mechanism. Thus, the upper part of clothes is cleaned, meanwhile, the clothes neckline is washed by the operation of the collar rubbing mechanism. When the cleaning time runs out, the scrubbing device controlled by SCM stops working, the walking device controlled by SCM separates the scrubbing device, and the lifting device controlled by SCM lifts the clothes hanging member simultaneously. When SCM reaches the predetermined distance, under the control of it, the lifting device stops working and the scrubbing mechanism driven by walking device gets together to wash the middle part of the clothes. Similarly, according to the instruction, SCM repeatedly makes the clothes hanging member rise and fall by controlling the lifting device. And simultaneously it moves the scrubbing device by controlling walking mechanism, so that the scrubbing device can repeatedly scrub every part of the clothes. In the lifting process of clothes hanging member, according to the program set on SCM, a clothes hanging control motor and a clothing clamping motor make corresponding operations (ie, forward or backward), to bring together or separate the clothes hanging mechanism and the clothing clamping mechanism. It can be matched with the scrubbing device for scrubbing the clothes and cleaning them. After completing the cleaning, SCM lifts the hanging member to the drying chamber through the lifting mechanism and dries clothes through the drying device. A common SCM on the market selected by a technician in this field would perform the various control functions described above after being written the corresponding program. Therefore, the main technical features of the present invention do not include those functions, so they will not be repeated herein.
