    Abstract

An insulated beverage cover with a cylindrical body open at the top and having a bottom, to insert a water bottle or other beverage container with a handle or strap attached extending along the length of the exterior cover, which attaches to a travel suitcase handle by sliding over the handle for holding the beverage container cover securely in place, preventing loss or damage to the container.

    Claims

    1. An apparatus or method for a water bottle or other beverage container to attach securely to a retractable travel suitcase handle by a handle or strap attached to the outer cover comprising: a protective cover made with a type of resilient material making it collapsible, stitched together to form a cylindrical body open at the top and having a bottom, to insert a water bottle or other beverage container, with a handle or strap attached extending along the length of the exterior cover; a handle or strap that runs the length of the exterior cover, so that a person can attach the cover to a retractable suitcase handle by sliding the handle or strap over the suitcase handle for holding the beverage container cover securely in place to avoid loss or damage; and an area at the top of the handle or strap identified by a fold that is extending along the length of the exterior cover used for inserting a type of ring, cable or other matter for identification purposes.

    2. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said handle or strap attach to outer cover slides over retractable suitcase handle.

    3. A collapsible beverage container to attach securely to a retractable travel suitcase handle by a handle or strap attached to the outer cover comprising: a protective cover made with a type of resilient material making it collapsible, stitched together to form a cylindrical body open at the top and having a bottom, to insert a water bottle or other beverage container, with a handle or strap attached extending along the length of the exterior cover; a handle or strap that runs the length of the exterior cover, so that a person can attach the cover to a retractable suitcase handle by sliding the handle or strap over the suitcase handle for holding the beverage container cover securely in place to avoid loss or damage; and an area at the top of the handle or strap identified by a fold that is extending along the length of the exterior cover used for inserting a type of ring or cable for identification purposes.

    4. The apparatus of claim 3 wherein said handle or strap attach to outer cover slides over retractable suitcase handle.

    5. A method used at the top of the handle or strap for the beverage cover for identification purposes comprising: a protective cover made with a type of resilient material making it collapsible, stitched together to form a cylindrical body open at the top and having a bottom, to insert a water bottle or other beverage container, with a handle or strap attached extending along the length of the exterior cover; a handle or strap that runs the length of the exterior cover, so that a person can attach the cover to a retractable suitcase handle by sliding the handle or strap over the suitcase handle for holding the beverage container cover securely in place to avoid loss or damage; and an area at the top of the handle or strap identified by a fold that is extending along the length of the exterior cover used for inserting a type of ring, cable or other matter for identification purposes.

    6. The apparatus of claim 5 wherein said handle or strap attach to outer cover slides over retractable suitcase handle.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a cylindrical beverage cover, collectively identified as (1), is formed by a resilient material (2). The material is stitched along the sides (3), to form a bottom chamber (6) and a circumferential chamber.

[0011] The attached handle or strap (4) is sewn at both ends of the cover at the appropriate length or dimensions, which is a necessity of providing the proper fit over the top of a retractable suitcase handle, and also providing stability of the inside container if one chooses to carry by gripping the handle or strap. The leading top edge of the exterior handle or strap (5), is formed by a type of fold, allowing one to put a type of ring or cable for identification purposes.

[0012] The detail of the design which embodies concepts and principals of the invention described, it is apparent that there may be minor modifications that could be made to this invention without altering the inventive concepts or principals embodied herein. It is intended that the scope of this invention be limited only to the extent indicated in the appended claims.
