Abstract
A webbing seat and seat body include a hem and seat section. A seat body is fixed to armrest through hem. A sitting section includes cushion and backrest and material of cushion is same as that of hem. A backrest is composed of webbing with one end sewn to hem and the other to cushion's edge. A front edge of cushion is sewn to hem and back edge suspended through webbing to take shape of stretching backrest.
Claims
1. A webbing seat body includes hem and sitting section and is fixed to armrest through the hem; sitting section is composed of a cushion, same fabric as that of the hem, and backrest; The backrest is made up of webbing with one end sewn to the hem and other end to the cushion edge; the cushion front is sewn to the hem and its back is suspended through the webbing and stretched webbing forms backrest.
2. As per Right claim 1, the webbing seat features webbing uniformly distributing between cushion back and hem in a radial shape.
3. As per Right claim 1, the webbing seat features webbing uniformly distributing between cushion back and hem in a cross-woven construction.
4. As per Right claim 1, the webbing seat features angle between cushion and backrest is greater than 90 degrees at any position and cushion is backward inclined between 5-20 degrees.
5. As per Right claim 4, the webbing seat features a molding rod is installed at the back of cushion and penetrates through fabric pocket with seals at two ends to restrain the molding rod.
6. As per Right claim 5, the webbing seat features the lower end of webbing goes under lower side of cushion, or is sewn together with the pocket.
7. As per Right claim 1, the webbing seat features the hem can be one of the constructions: circle, oval, rectangle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, trapezoid, gourd shape, or bread shape with rounded corners at the upper and square corners at the lower.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT(S)
[0031] With reference to
[0032]
[0033] In seat body 2, the sitting (seating) section includes cushion 22 and backrest 23; the cushion 22 uses the same fabric as that of hem 21 where cushion 22 front is sewn together to the hem 21, forming an arc connection to support human hip and both legs.
[0034] The backrest 23 is composed of webbing at 231, one end of which is sewn to hem 21 and the other to the edge of cushion 22; cushion 22 front is sewn to the hem 21 and cushion back is suspended through webbing 231 to form a backrest. Through the suspension, the sitting section has cushion 22 and backrest 23 and is visually closer to a conventional chair than a spring seat. Namely, it is leisure chair with comfort at the first place. Therefore, the sitting section is designed as follows: the angle between cushion 22 and backrest 23 is greater than 90 degrees at any position along the seat and cushion 22 is rearwardly inclined at 5-20 degrees as shown in
[0035] For suspended webbing backrest 231, there are two typical proposals:
[0036] Number 1, webbing 231 is uniformly distributed between cushion 2 back and hem 21 in a radial form as shown in
[0037] Number 2, webbing 231 is uniformly distributed between cushion 2 back and hem 21 in a cross-woven construction. To be more specific, the cross angle should be less than 90 degrees to form a diamond mesh that is more stable in suspension as shown in
[0038] For the seat section, oxford cushion 22 and webbing backrest 23 are all flexible materials and inevitably shapeless when unfolded. Hence, molding rod 3 is installed around the back edge of cushion 22 and passes through the fabric pocket 221 along the edge of cushion; fabric pocket 221 is sealed at both ends to restrain molding rod 3, or the edge of cushion 22 is sewn into loop shape and sealed with rivets after molding rod 3 passes; the molding rod can be a metal tube with certain weight and bent into specific form to maintain sitting section in good shape with its own weight; of course, this molding rod can be also plastic one as shown in
[0039] Also, the addition of molding rod may increase carrying capacity of cushion 22 and uniformly allocates load to webbing 231.The bottom end of webbing 231 passes around downside of pocket 221, or is sewn together with downside of the pocket. Therefore, the molding rod has dual functions.
[0040] The shape of hem 21 is to follow that of the armrest and may be as same as or close to that of the armrest such as circle, oval, rectangle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, trapezoid, gourd shape, or bread shape with rounded corners at the upper and square corners at the lower. The inner and outside edges of hem are of the same shape. The outside edge can be as same as armrest 11 and inner edge can be a mix of specific shapes; whatever it is, the outside edge should be equipped with sewn pocket for penetration of armrest 11 and for suspension of sitting section.
