    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0023] The utility model will now be further described in conjunction with accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

    First Embodiment

[0024] With reference to FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, this embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, which is mainly applied to a soft package of soft furniture and wall decoration. The crimping structure includes a coating fabric 2 and a coated object 1. A soft material 3 made of sponge or the like is disposed on the coated object 1. The coating fabric 2 is coated on an upper surface of the soft material 3. The coating fabric 2 includes a fabric body 21 and a free end 22. The free end 22 is folded upwardly and then fixed with the fabric body 21 by stitching to form a strip-shaped accommodating hole 4. The accommodating hole 4 is internally provided with a cylindrical fixing rod 5 in a penetrating manner, which is equal in length to the accommodating hole. An accommodating groove 10 is provided at the bottom of the coated object 1. The fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10. Specifically, a longitudinal section of the accommodating hole 10 is arc-shaped. The opening size of the accommodating groove 10 is smaller than the diameter of the fixing rod 5, so that the fixing rod 5 does not easily fall off after being engaged within the accommodating hole 10.

[0025] According to the utility model, the fixing rod 5 is disposed on the coating fabric 2, and the fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10 provided on the coated object 1 together with an edge opening of the coating fabric 2, so that the edge opening of the coating fabric 2 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 10. The crimping structure is simple and convenient to operate. A product coated is attractive, natural and full in appearance, and difficult to crimp. Meanwhile, the fixing rod 5 is made of a fiber material with certain elasticity, so that the fixing rod 5 is easily engaged within the accommodating groove 10 without being easily broken.

[0026] In practical applications, the free end 22 of the coating fabric 2 may be connected with the fixing rod by adopting the following structures.

[0027] As shown in FIG. 5, the free end 22 of the coating fabric 2 may be provided with a plurality of accommodating holes 4 at equal intervals, and the fixing rod 5 is disposed within the accommodating hole 4, so that the effect of the utility model may be achieved. However, its production is not as simple as that in the above embodiment.

[0028] As shown in FIG. 6, a slit 51 may be provided on the fixing rod 5, and the free end 22 of the coating fabric 2 is sandwiched and fixedly bonded in the slit 51. However, its production is not as simple as that in the above embodiment.

    Second Embodiment

[0029] With reference to FIG. 7, the second embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, including a coating fabric 2 and a frame 1. A soft material 3 made of sponge or the like is disposed on the frame 1. The coating fabric 2 is coated on an upper surface of the soft material 3. The coating fabric 2 includes a fabric body 21 and a free end 22. The free end 22 is folded upwards and then fixed with the fabric body 21 by stitching to form a strip-shaped accommodating hole 4. The accommodating hole 4 is internally provided with a fixing rod 5 in a penetrating manner. An accommodating groove 10 is provided on the bottom of the frame 1. The fixing rod 5 is fixed within the accommodating groove 10 by a limiting apparatus. The fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10. The limiting apparatus is an edge-sealing strip 6. The cross section of a lower end of the edge-sealing strip 6 is of a trapezoidal shape. The edge-sealing strip 6 is embedded within the accommodating groove 10 and is in transitional fit with the accommodating groove 10. At this moment, the fixing rod 5 is positioned at the bottom of the accommodating groove 10. Meanwhile, in order to enable the edge-sealing strip 6 to be connected with the accommodating groove 10 firmly, a protrusion 61 is disposed at one side of the edge-sealing strip 6. The protrusion 61 is of a non-return toothed shape. The accommodating groove 10 is provided with a limiting groove 11 matching with the protrusion 61.

[0030] In this embodiment, the edge-sealing strip 6 is in transitional fit with the accommodating groove 10, and the edge-sealing strip 6 is provided with a protrusion which is of a non-return toothed shape, so that the edge-sealing strip 6 is connected with the accommodating groove 10 firmly without easily falling off.

    Third Embodiment

[0031] With reference to FIG. 8, the third embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, which has the same concept as the second embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that the accommodating groove 10 is of an shape and includes a first groove 101 and a second groove 102. The fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10 and then positioned within the second groove 102. The length of the edge-sealing strip 6 is the same as the depth of the first groove 101. The edge-sealing strip 6 is in transitional fit with the first groove 101. The limiting groove 11 is disposed on an inner wall of the first groove 101.

[0032] In this embodiment, the accommodating groove 10 is set to be of the L shape. When the edge-sealing strip 6 is inserted with the first groove 101 during installation, the fixing rod 5 may be squeezed into the second groove 102. The action may perform secondary upholstery on the coating fabric 2, so that the crimping structure has an attractive and firm coating effect and a stable and firm structure.

    Fourth Embodiment

[0033] With reference to FIG. 9, the fourth embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, which has the same concept as the second embodiment and is different from the first embodiment in that the protrusion 62 is of an arc-shaped structure.

[0034] In this embodiment, the protrusion 62 is of the arc-shaped structure to enable the protrusion 62 to be detachable from an accommodating groove 10. With respect to fixation with existing air-gun nails, since they are detachably connected to a coated object 1, it is convenient for a user to replace a color, a material, and the like of a new coating fabric 2 due to abrasion of the coating fabric 2 in later use.

    Fifth Embodiment

[0035] With reference to FIG. 10, the fifth embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, which has the same concept as the fourth embodiment and is different from the first embodiment in that an accommodating groove 10 is of an L shape, and includes a first groove 101 and a second groove 102. A fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10 and then positioned within the second groove 102. The length of the edge-sealing strip 6 is the same as the depth of the first groove 101. The edge-sealing strip 6 is in transitional fit with the first groove 101. The limiting groove 11 is disposed on an inner wall of the first groove 101.
