Abstract
The present invention discloses a power drive system for a fracturing pump, the power drive system for the fracturing pump is driven by a turbine engine, which can use 100% natural gas as a fuel to replace the diesel consumption in diesel engine drive, lowering fuel costs for customers; the turbine engine itself has the advantages of small volume and light weight, greatly decreasing the volume and weight of the power drive system for the fracturing pump; the turbine engine is directly connected to an input end of the reduction gearbox of the fracturing pump, thus simplifying the transmission device between the fracturing pump and the turbine engine, that is, a transmission shaft or a coupling is omitted, greatly shortening the total length of the power drive system for the fracturing pump; in the present invention, the turbine engine is used as the power source, the transmission device is the reduction gearbox equipped on the fracturing pump itself, and the fracturing pump is the actuating element, so that the power drive system for the fracturing pump has a simple structure and is easy for maintenance.
Claims
1. A power drive system for a fracturing pump, comprising a turbine engine, an exhaust system, a reduction gearbox and a fracturing pump, wherein the turbine engine and the fracturing pump are connected at two sides of the reduction gearbox respectively, one end of the turbine engine is directly connected to an input end of the reduction gearbox, and the other end of the turbine engine is connected to the exhaust system; wherein an input speed of the reduction gearbox of the fracturing pump matches an output speed of the turbine engine, and an input torque of the reduction gearbox of the fracturing pump matches an output torque of the turbine engine.

3. The power drive system for the fracturing pump according to claim 1, wherein the fracturing pump, reduction gearbox, the turbine engine and the exhaust system are successively connected.

The power drive system for the fracturing pump according to claim 3, wherein the exhaust system comprises an exhaust duct and an exhaust silencer, one end of the exhaust duct is connected to the exhaust silencer, and the other end of the exhaust duct is connected to an exhaust port of the turbine engine.
5. The power drive system for the fracturing pump according to claim 4, wherein the fracturing pump, the turbine engine, the exhaust duct and the exhaust silencer are successively connected.
