Abstract
The invention discloses a recycling dietary straw, this dietary straw comprising a hard rubber tube portion and a soft rubber tube portion. The hard rubber tube portion and the soft rubber tube portion are connected head to tail. The joints between 1-1 and 1-2 is sealed. The dietary straw can bend along the soft rubber tube portion to make the dietary straw in a folded state. The invention further discloses a special storage box, which can store the dietary straw. The outside wall of the dietary straw is sprayed with an anti-oxidation layer, well the anti-oxidation layer is sprayed with a photocatalyst layer. The invention adopts recyclable materials to provide a convenient, safe and reusable dietary straw.
Claims
1. A recyclable dietary straw, comprising a hard rubber tube portion and a soft rubber tube portion, wherein, the hard rubber tube portion and the soft rubber tube portion are connected head to tail; wherein, the joints between the hard rubber tube portion and the soft rubber tube portion is sealed;
2. The recyclable dietary straw according to claim 1, wherein the soft rubber tube portion can be bend along to make the dietary straw in a folded state.
3. The recyclable dietary straw according to claim 1, wherein can be stored in a special storage box.
4. The recyclable dietary straw according to claim 1, wherein the outside wall of the dietary straw is coated with an anti-oxidation layer first, wherein, the anti-oxidation layer is coated with a photocatalyst layer.
5. The anti-oxidation layer according to claim 4 is hydrophilic nano-silica.
6. The photocatalyst layer according to claim 4 is a nano titanium dioxide/nano silver coating.
7. The recycling dietary straw according to claim 1, wherein to be cleaned by a spring brush cleaning tool, wherein the spring brush cleaning tool is placed in the special storage box.
8. The anti-oxidation layer and the photocatalyst layer according to claim 4, wherein has a thickness ratio 1:3.
9. According to claim 4, the particle diameter of nano-silica used in the anti-oxidant layer should be 5 to 10 nm.
10. According to claim 1, the number of the hard rubber tube portions is four, and the number of the soft rubber tube portions is three.

[0016] There is a spring brush cleaning tool for cleaning the dietary straw (1), the spring brush cleaning tool can be placed in a dedicated storage box (2). The thickness ratio of the anti-oxidation layer (3) to the photocatalyst layer (4) is 1:3. The particle diameter of nanosilica used in the anti-oxidant layer (3) is 5 to 10 nm. The number of the hard rubber tube portions (1-1) is four, and the number of the soft rubber tube portions (1-2) is three. The dietary straw is integrally formed by a combination of soft and hard rubber hoses. The smooth shape makes it is easy to clean and reduces waste of disposable dietary straws.
