    Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING(S)

[0011] The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:

[0012] FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a double-sided undergarment apparatus according to an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0013] FIG. 2 is an isometric view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0014] FIG. 3 is an isometric view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0015] FIG. 4 is a front elevation view of a plurality of embodiments of the disclosure.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0016] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 4 thereof, a new undergarment embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.

[0017] As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 4, the double-sided undergarment apparatus 10 generally comprises an undergarment body 12 having a front side 14, a back side 16, a waist aperture 18, a right leg aperture 20, and a left leg aperture 22. The undergarment body 12 has an inner side 24 and an outer side 26. The inner side 24 has a first pattern 28 and the outer side 26 has a second pattern 30. The first pattern 28 may be an ornate pattern such as, but not limited to, stripes, checkers, paisley, and the like. The second pattern 30 may be a solid color. The undergarment body 12 may be cut in a variety of undergarment styles for men and women including, but not limited to, boxer shorts 32, boxer briefs 34, briefs 36, bikinis 38, thongs 40, and the like. A double waistband 42 is coupled to a perimeter 44 of the waist aperture 18 and comprises an inner waistband 46 and an outer waistband 48. Each of the inner waistband 46 and the outer waistband 48 continuously extend around the perimeter 44 of the waist aperture. The double waistband 42 is elasticized to ensure a snug fit on a user's body. At least one logo 50 is coupled to each of the inner waistband 46 and the outer waistband 48. The logo 50 may be stitched.

[0018] In use, the apparatus 10 is worn with either the inner side 24 and the inner waistband 46 facing outwards or with the outer side 26 and the outer waistband 48 facing outwards, allowing the user the choice to display the first pattern 28 or the second pattern 30.

[0019] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0020] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word comprising is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article a does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
