DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0018] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
[0019] As best illustrated in
[0020] The base 12 may be rectangular prismatic and may have a plurality of magnets 34 coupled to the inner side 18. The plurality of magnets 34 is configured to couple the base 12 to a metal structure 36 such as, but not limited to, a utility box, a mailbox, or the like. A plurality of spikes 38 may be coupled to the bottom side 16 of the base. Each spike 38 has a plurality of triangular wings 40. The plurality of spikes 38 is configured to be inserted into the ground to secure the base 12.
[0021] In an alternative embodiment 11, the base 12 may be annular with the top side 14 and the bottom side 16 being planar and parallel. The base 12 defines a central mounting aperture 42. The mounting aperture 42 is configured to receive the structure 36 such that the inner side 18 surrounds the structure 36. The alternative embodiment 11 is ideal for non-ferrous structures 36.
[0022] A plurality of faux shrubs 44 each has a cylindrical engagement portion 46 and a foliage portion 48. The engagement portion 46 is selectively engageable with the plurality of receiving cavities 24.
[0023] In use, the base 12 is installed adjacent the structure 36. The base inside 22 is filled with water through the fill aperture 26 and the plug 28 is engaged. The plurality of faux shrubs 44 are then engaged with the plurality of receiving cavities 24.
[0024] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0025] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word comprising is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article a does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
