Abstract
A tipped cigarette roller apparatus for rolling cigarettes with a glass tip includes a roller frame having a left side, a right side, and a bottom side. Each of the left side and the right side has a back axle aperture and a front axle slot extending therethrough. The left side has a tip aperture extending therethrough between the back axle aperture and the front axle slot. The tip aperture is configured to receive a collar of a glass cigarette tip. A back roller is coupled to the roller frame and has a back axle rotatably coupled within the back axle aperture of the left side and the right side. A front roller is coupled to the roller frame and has a front axle rotatably and slidably coupled within the front axle slot of the left side and the right side.

Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING(S)
[0010] The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
[0011]
[0012]
[0013]
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0015] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
[0016] As best illustrated in
[0017] A back roller 42 is coupled to the roller frame 12. The back roller 42 has a back axle 44 rotatably coupled within the back axle aperture 20 of the left side and the right side. A front roller 46 is coupled to the roller frame 12. The front roller 46 has a front axle 48 rotatably and slidably coupled within the front axle slot 22 of the left side and the right side. A diameter of the back axle 44 and the front axle 48 is less than a diameter of the back roller 42 and the front roller 46.
[0018] In use, a cigarette paper 50 is placed on the back roller 42 and the front roller 46 with the front axle 48 in the straight portion 24. The collar 36 of the cigarette tip 38 is slid through the tip aperture 32. Tobacco 52 is placed within the cigarette paper 50 between the back roller 42 and the front roller 46 and the front roller 46 is slid to place the front axle 48 within the hooked portion 26 of the front axle slot 22. The back roller 42 and the front roller 46 are rotated to roll the cigarette paper 50 securely around the cigarette tip 38 and the tobacco 52. A rolled cigarette 54 is thus formed and may be extracted through the tip aperture 32.
[0019] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0020] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word comprising is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article a does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
