DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0020] The present disclosure will be further described below in combination with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
[0021] Referring to
[0022] Two sides of a front portion of the stand platform 30 are pivotally connected to the two front leg pipes 10, two sides of a middle portion of the stand platform 30 are pivotally connected to first ends of two connecting pieces 50 respectively, and second ends of the two connecting pieces 50 are pivotally connected to the two rear leg pipes 20 respectively. Existing technology can be referenced regarding mechanism principles of the above-mentioned structures.
[0023] A connecting rod 60 is connected between the two rear leg pipes 20 for supporting the stand platform 30. The one or more climbing platforms 40 are connected between the two front leg pipes 10. Each of the one or more climbing platforms 40 comprises a flanged edge 42 extending along all sides thereof in an enclosed shape, and a height of the flanged edge 42 is larger than 2 centimeters. The one or more climbing platforms 40 and the two front leg pipes 10 are made of iron. In this embodiment, the two rear leg pipes 20 and the stand platform 30 are also made of iron. The flanged edge 42 is welded to the two front leg pipes 10, and an elongated welding line is formed at a welding position between the flanged edge 42 and the two front leg pipes 10. When the stand platform 30 and the one or more climbing platforms 40 are in an opened state, the stand platform 30 and the one or more climbing platforms 40 are horizontally arranged, and the stand platform 30 is supported on the connecting rod 60. Since the one or more climbing platforms 40 are horizontally arranged when in the opened state, the one or more climbing platforms 40 are welded to the two front leg pipes 10 in an inclined state.
[0024] Preferably, a front side and a rear side of each of the two front leg pipes 10 are respectively welded to the flanged edge 42.
[0025] Preferably, a rear side of a bottom portion of the stand platform 30 is disposed with an elastic rotating locking buckle 32, and the elastic rotating locking buckle 32 is locked to the connecting rod 60 when the stand platform is in the opened state.
[0026] Preferably, the flanged edge 42 comprises one or more through holes, and the one or more through holes are located on a left side and a right side of the flanged edge 42, so that the two front leg pipes 10 can cover the one or more through holes.
[0027] Preferably, the foldable iron ladder further comprises a U-shaped handrail 70, and two ends of the U-shaped handrail 70 are respectively connected to the two front leg pipes 10 in an insertion member.
[0028] Preferably, a top end of each of the two front leg pipes 10 is disposed with a sleeve 80, and a top end of each of the two rear leg pipes 20 is pivotally connected to the sleeve 80.
[0029] Preferably, spacers 90 are disposed at a pivoting position between the two sides of the front portion of the stand platform 30 and the two front leg pipes 10.
[0030] In this embodiment, rivets are used for a pivoting connection between the stand platform 30 and the two front leg pipes, a pivoting connection between the stand platform and the two connecting pieces 50, and a pivoting connection between the two connecting pieces 50 and the rear leg pipes.
