DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0017] The utility model is further described below in detail in combination with the drawings and embodiments.
[0018] As shown in
[0019] The inflation gasket at one side of the pad body 1 is provided with an inflation interface 7 internally communicated with the inflatable pad, a rubber cap plug is provided on the inflation interface 7, and the rubber cap plug is opened/closed to control the inflatable pad to maintain an inflation or deflation state. The inflation interface 7 may be connected with an inflation pump to realize quick inflation.
[0020] Corrugated horizontal sealing lines 4 formed by hot-pressing are uniformly distributed on the inflation gasket in the horizontal direction, and after the inflatable pad is inflated through the inflation interface 7, the region between two horizontal sealing lines 4 is inflated to form a corrugated air chamber 6. The inflatable pad of such shape has higher degree of comfort, and can be better adapted to uneven ground.
[0021] Circular sealing rings 2 formed by hot-pressing are provided at both ends of the horizontal sealing line 4 respectively, the circular sealing ring 2 is formed by nesting two concentric circles with different radii, and the diameter of the outer circle of the circular sealing ring 2 ranges from 6 mm to 30 mm. The circular sealing ring 2 increases the stress intensity of the inflatable pad. A gap between the circular sealing ring 2 and the horizontal sealing line 4 is used as an air passage 5, and the width of the air passage 5 ranges from 3 mm to 30 mm. The air passage 5 increases the inflation efficiency.
[0022] A plurality of vertical sealing strips 3 formed by hot-pressing are distributed in the middle of the inflation gasket in the vertical direction, and after the inflatable pad is inflated through the inflation interface 7, the region between two vertical sealing strips 3 is inflated to form an upright air chamber 6. The use experience is optimized because the inflatable pad is enhanced in stress capability in the middle and is not easily collapsed during use.
[0023] Both ends of the vertical sealing strip 3 and the horizontal sealing line 4 are in a semicircular arc shape, to disperse pressure and prevent the vertical sealing strip 3 and horizontal sealing line 4 which are formed by hot-pressing from cracking at the edge when the inflatable pad is subjected to an overlarge stress.
[0024] When used, the inflatable pad is unfolded, the rubber cap plug on the inflation interface 7 is opened, the inflation interface 7 is aimed by a mouth or an air nozzle of the inflation pump, a high-pressure air flow flows into air passages 5 at both sides from the air chamber 6 at the bottom of the inflatable pad, and the inflatable pad is inflated at the same time, so that the inflatable pad is internally filled with air and is expanded, the inflation speed is increased, and the inflation time is shortened; then, the air pressure is adjusted to the use comfort hardness; the air nozzle is closed, and the rubber cap plug is closed; during deflation, the rubber cap plug on the inflation interface 7 is opened, the inflatable pad is rolled from the other end with the inflation interface 7 and is folded repeatedly, air is forcefully extruded, and the deflated inflatable pad is rolled after the rubber cap plug is closed.
[0025] A technical problem to be solved by the utility model is to provide an inflatable pad with a more reasonable structure aiming at the problems of the prior art. The utility model provides an inflatable pad provided with corrugated horizontal sealing lines in the horizontal direction of a pad body, provided with circular sealing rings at both ends of each horizontal sealing line respectively, and provided with a plurality of vertical sealing strips in the middle in the vertical direction of the pad body. Compared with the prior art, the inflatable pad has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and comfort.
[0026] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for describing the technical solution of the utility model rather than limitation.
