Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0025] In the following the invention is described further by way of embodiments illustrated schematically in the accompanying drawings, wherein show:

[0026] FIG. 1 a schematic side view of a drilling apparatus arrangement and

[0027] FIG. 2 a schematic side view of a drilling apparatus arrangement according to the invention.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0028] A drilling apparatus arrangement 10 according to FIG. 1 has a drilling apparatus 20 which is designed in the illustrated embodiment for drilling down a drill rod 40 for an injection anchor. The drilling apparatus 20 comprises a carrier unit 24 with the drive units, wherein the carrier unit 24 is movable by means of a crawler running gear 22. In a front area of the drilling apparatus 20 a multi-joint arm 26 with a drill mast 30 is supported. By way of the multi-joint arm 26 the drill mast 30 can be adjusted into a plurality of drilling positions with various vertical and horizontal alignments in space.

[0029] This allows the introduction of bores at almost any angle into ground or into wall and ceiling areas.

[0030] The drill mast 30 is provided with a linear guide 32, along which a drill drive 34 is supported in a linearly movable manner. The drill drive 34 can be of any chosen design, e.g. as a rotary drive for single- or double-head drilling or for percussion drilling. By preference, the drill drive is designed for driving the drill rod 40 in a rotating manner. The drill drive can also be designed as a percussion or vibration drive so that the drill rod 40 can be advanced without rotational movement or in addition thereto. The drill rod 40 is preferably composed of individual drill rod elements 42 that are stored near the drilling location.

[0031] On the borehole-facing end of the drill rod 40 a drill head with a cutting means is arranged that is not depicted in FIG. 1. On the front end of the drill mast 30 a clamping and breaking means 36 is mounted, with which the drill rod 40 can be screwed together of the drill rod elements 42 or released again in a known manner.

[0032] To control the drilling apparatus 20 a mobile operating unit 50 with an operator's cab 52 for at least one operating person is provided. The mobile operating unit 50 has an independent running gear 54, allowing the mobile operating unit 50 to be moved independently with respect to the drilling apparatus 20.

[0033] In the illustrated embodiment according to FIG. 1 the running gear 54 of the mobile operating unit 50 is designed as an undercarriage 56 with a wheel running gear. On the undercarriage 56 an upper carriage 58 with the operator's cab 52 is supported in a rotatable manner. On the upper carriage 58 a drive, preferably a combustion engine or an electric motor, is arranged so that the mobile operating unit 50 can be moved independently. The operator's cab 52 is designed as a closed housing with windows and doors so that the operating person is protected against weather or environmental influences.

[0034] The mobile operating unit 50 renders it possible for an operating person to move separately from the drilling apparatus 20 into a chosen and suitable position in the working area of the drilling apparatus 20. In particular, it is preferred that the operating person has an unobstructed view of the working area with the drilling starting point.

[0035] Control of the drilling apparatus is effected by the operating person from the mobile operating unit 50 with a corresponding control, in particular an operating panel. The control or the operating panel are preferably connected via a wireless or cable-free connection to the control on the drilling apparatus 20. In addition, an operating platform 28 can be arranged on the drilling apparatus 20. This creates the possibility for the drilling apparatus 20 to also be operated without the mobile operating unit 50 but directly via the operating platform 28. The operating platform 28 is designed as a simple and preferably open operating platform 28 that is in particular suitable for moving the drilling apparatus 20 when the drill mast 30 is retracted.

[0036] A drilling apparatus arrangement 10 according to the invention is shown in FIG. 2. The drilling apparatus 20 is designed corresponding to the drilling apparatus 20 according to FIG. 1. In the illustration according to FIG. 2 the multi-joint arm 26 that has at least three joints, by preference up to eight or more joints, is arranged such that the drill mast 30 with the drill drive 34 is located in a vertical drilling position.

[0037] In the drilling apparatus arrangement 10 according to FIG. 2 a mobile operating unit 50 with the operator's cab 52 is provided, with a running gear 54 of an undercarriage 56 being designed as a crawler running gear. On the undercarriage 56 an upper carriage 58 with the operator's cab 52 is supported in a rotatable manner. On the upper carriage 58 a support arm 62 with a gripping means 64 is arranged as a working means 60. The support arm 62 which can also be referred to as excavator arm is adjustable in space via several joints and drive members. The gripping means 64 is designed to grip individual drill rod elements 42 from a drill rod element magazine and supply these to the drill mast 30 to form the drill rod 40.

[0038] Conversely, the working means 60 can also be used for dismantling a drill rod 40 and for returning the individual drill rod elements 42 from the drill mast 30 back to the drill rod element magazine. The working means 60 is supplied with energy by a drive means 66 arranged on the upper carriage 58. The drive means 66 preferably has a combustion engine that drives a hydraulic unit for supplying hydraulic energy to the working means 60.

[0039] With this additional working means 60 the mobile operating unit 50, which is provided and designed for controlling the drilling apparatus 20, can carry out an additional function at the same time. This enables an operating person of the drilling apparatus 20 to also execute additional functions in an efficient manner. Hence, the required expenditure of staff on a construction site can be reduced. If necessary, the operator's cab 52 of the mobile operating unit 50 can also be provided for receiving two or more operating persons.
