DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0024] The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

[0025] With reference to FIGS. 1-8, a desk lifting structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a horizontal rod 10, an actuation rod 20, two legs 30, and two support racks 40.

[0026] The horizontal rod 10 includes a first connection component 10A and two second connection components 10B movably accommodated into two ends of the first connection component 10A respectively so that the horizontal rod 10 is movable. The horizontal rod 10 includes two orifices 11 defined adjacent to the two ends thereof respectively, and the horizontal rod 10 includes two locking grooves 12 formed among the two orifices 11 and the two ends of the horizontal rod 10 individually, wherein the two locking grooves 12 have two engagement portions 121 arranged on two upper ends thereof respectively, two openings 122 defined on two lower ends of the two locking groove 12 individually, and two guide portions 123 defined among the two engagement portions 121 and the two openings 122 respectively.

[0027] The actuation rod 20 includes a first coupling part 20A and two second coupling part 20B movably accommodated in two ends of the actuation rod 20 respectively so that the actuation rod 20 is movable, wherein the horizontal rod 10 is located beside and is parallel to the horizontal rod 10, and the actuation rod 20 includes two movable joints 21 arranged adjacent to the two ends of the actuation rod 20 individually.

[0028] The two legs 30 are symmetrical, and the two legs 30 include two movable supports 31 and two holders 32 fixed on two lower ends of the two legs 30 individually so as to support the two legs 30 in a large area securely. The movable supports 31 have two connection members 33 arranged on two upper ends thereof individually, wherein the two legs 20 are connected with two ends of the actuation rod 20 respectively so as to drive the two movable supports 31 of the two legs 30 to lift synchronously, and the two connection members 33 have two side plates 331 individually, wherein the two side plates 331 have two first fixing apertures 3311 and two second fixing apertures 3312 respectively, the two side plates 331 contact with two ends of the horizontal rod 10 individually, and two joining elements 50 are inserted into the two orifices 11 of the horizontal rod 10 to screw with the two first fixing apertures 3311 of the two connection members 33 of the two legs 30 respectively so that the two legs 30 rotatably expand and retract along the two joining elements 50 relative to the horizontal rod 10. When the two legs 30 expand or retract, the two movable joints 21 of the actuation rod 20 rotate with the two legs 30, and two screwing elements 60 are screwed with the two second fixing apertures 3312 of the two connection members 33 of the two legs 30 individually, wherein when the two legs 30 are rotated to be perpendicular to the horizontal rod 10, the two screwing elements 60 are retained into the two locking grooves 12 of the horizontal rod 10.

[0029] The two support racks 40 are locked on the two ends of the horizontal rod 10 and the two upper ends of the two legs 30 so as to lock and to support a desk plate (not shown).

[0030] As shown in FIGS. 6-8, in operation, the two movable supports 31 of the two legs 30 are rotated toward and stacked with the horizontal rod 10 along the two joining elements 50 individually, thus retracting the two legs. In contrast, the two movable supports 31 of the two legs 30 are rotated away from the horizontal rod 10 along the two joining elements 50 respectively so as to be perpendicular to the horizontal rod 10, and the two screwing elements 60 are retained with the two engagement portions 121 via the two guide portions 123 from the two openings 122 of the two locking grooves 12 of the horizontal rod 10 respectively.

[0031] When expanding the two legs 30, the horizontal rod 10 and the two side plates 331 of the two connection members 33 of the two legs 30 are forced securely by using the two screwing elements 60, thus fixing the two legs 30 stably. Thereafter, unscrewing the two screwing elements 60 loosely, the two legs are retracted.

[0032] As illustrated in FIG. 9, the two movable joints 21 include two first positioning components 211 and two second positioning components 212 respectively, the two first positioning components 211 have two first rotatable connecting portions 2111 extending from two ends of the two first positioning components 211 respectively, the two second positioning components 212 have two second rotatable connecting portions 2121 extending from two ends of the two second positioning components 212 individually, and the two first rotatable connecting portions 2111 of the two first positioning components 211 are rotatably connected with the two second rotatable connecting portions 2121 of the two second positioning components 212 respectively. With reference to FIG. 10, a first connector 213 has two first tabs 2131 oppositely extending from an end thereof, a second connector 214 has two second tabs 2141 oppositely extending from an end thereof, wherein the two first tabs 2131 are rotatably connected with the two second tabs 2141 by ways of two locating elements 215 respectively. Referring to FIG. 11, a receiving hose 216 is flexible and has two affix portions 2161 arranged on two ends thereof respectively, and a steel cable 217 is inserted into the receiving hose 216.

[0033] Thereby, the desk lifting structure of the present invention has advantages as follows:

[0034] The two movable supports 31 of the two legs 30 are rotated toward the horizontal rod 10 inward so as to retract the two legs 30. The two movable supports 31 of the two legs 30 are rotated away from the horizontal rod 10 so as to be perpendicular to the horizontal rod 10, and the two screwing elements 60 are retained into the two locking grooves 12 of the horizontal rod 10 respectively, thus expanding the two legs quickly. Accordingly, the desk lifting structure facilitates expanding and retracting of the two legs 30 easily and quickly.

[0035] While various embodiments in accordance with the present invention have been shown and described, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
