Abstract
A plant duster, especially for data palm pollination, has a small tube for dispersing dust (1) and a container for the dust to be dispensed (7). A rubber stopper (3) in one end of the container and about one end of the small tube flexibly mounts the small tube on the container for communication with the container for receiving the dust. A truncated, hollow cone (4) has one end on the other end of the cylinder part of the caver of the container for communicating with container of the dust therein and a threaded tube on the other end. A device providing pollination in high trees with an expandable pipe, the device including two parts that are strong, effective and low cost, light, used as an insecticide per preference, easy to use, equipped with a temporary timer for determining the duration of the operation, wherein: the first part comprises a suitably sized air pump, and the air pump comprises a cylinder-b, there are small vents with a diameter of two millimetres to prevent air from entering and the large objects from entering the air pump, the fans pump the air into the tube port and then to the bottom, the fans are connected to the centre of rotation of the motor, the motor is attached to the cylinder-c with the cylinder-f through the wings, the cylinder-c is located within cylinder-b, the battery is closed with the cover-b and there is a port and a funnel-c and one or two battery packs are found within, besides a special signal to turn the system on and off and a timer, an electronic system is used from a signal receiver (Ariel) that receives a long signal to continue the work, there is a timer that limits the operation time in the form of three seconds, five seconds and ten seconds, in the event a signal is received for more than one second, a pneumatic pump continues to operate without interruption until the receipt of another long signal and this function is activated during the application of insecticide by the system to the trees, the electric current comes from batteries to a groove-e, the cylinder-e is connected to the funnel-d, and thus, the device is prevented from getting stuck between the branches of the tree, so the cylinder-d located on the cylinder-b within the cylinder-d gains stabilization.

The device providing pollination in high trees according to claim 4, wherein the air pump is connected to a pollen tank that is made of transparent plastic in order to see the level of pollen powders and insecticides, and the pollen tank is made of cheap materials due to single use, to connect the pollen tank to cylinder-a and air pump, there is a rubber ring-b that is inserted between to prevent air leakage with the groove-c, there is a funnel-c located under the cylinder a and the inner side of the funnel-c is empty and the tip is sharpened from the top, and the bottom of this funnel-c is attached to the groove-c from the bottom, the thickness of the funnel-c is three millimetres, and there is tube-c parallel to the base of funnel-c and has a diameter of one millimetre, the length of tube-c is four millimetres and tube-c is located fifteen millimetres away from funnel-c, the cylinder-b is attached to the top cover of the tank by means of groove-b, and wherein a rubber ring-a inside the groove-a to prevent air leakage.

The device providing pollination in high trees according to claim 4, wherein the pollinator cover comprises a cylinder threaded inside to be attached to the tank, and it is attached to the cone in which a rubber piece is attached in the frustum and the tube enters into the rubber piece up to five centimetres, the cover comprises a part including one piece that cannot be disassembled and cannot be attached to each other, is manufactured from cheap material and used as disposable.

The device providing pollination in high trees according to claim 4, further includes a pollen separator system, and; the conveyor tube comprises two parts, the first part is an aluminium conveyor tube with a thickness of one millimetre and there are five to seven sections with a telescopic lap within 20 to 50 millimetre diameter range and the length of each section is 120 centimetres, from the top and end of the 20 millimetre section, first the cylinder-g, where the fan is fixed, and then the pollinator are attached, and the second part of the conveyor tube comprises a single-piece hardened tube-b, there is a power switch, time control system and speed control system in this tube that is kept separate when not in use, and within the tube-b, there is also a remote control electronic circuit, a battery pack and a charging slot, wherein the motor speed can be controlled from below within the internal electronics group, and at the same time, the operation time of the motor can be controlled too, and the tube with a length of 125 centimetres comprises parts connected to the conveyor pipe made of aluminium with electric insulation to protect the workers.

The device providing pollination in high trees according to claim 4, wherein the electronic control group comprises two parts, the first part is on the air pump and it comprises an electronic circuit that controls the operation time by means of motor speed and a timer mechanism by changing the voltages, wherein there are two ways to control the speed and time, in first one of this, the signals are received from the second circuit through the base and in the second, it is directly defined with the upper electronic circuit, the electronic circuit receives its power from the motor battery and the second part of the electronic system is located within the tube-b and comprises a timer and an electronic circuit where there is a speed limiter running by means of changing the voltages, it has its own battery and these two groups automatically operate when the power switch is pressed and gives signal that exceeds the upper electronic circuit, there is a manual locking mechanism for the purpose of disabling the battery completely, wherein such two groups share the same frequency, and wherein each group has a different frequency.

The device providing pollination in high trees according to claim 4, further comprising plural pollen tanks including two buttons on both ends of the cylinder and placed into a bag together with the device after being filled with mixed pollen or an insecticide of use for the purpose of treating the trees infected with insects and diseases, wherein this pollen tank is sold as ready and filled with the material necessary for single-use and therefore, there is no need for a pack for the pollen or pesticides, and wherein the usage in accordance with the expiry date, measures to be taken, operation details, term, quantity, etc. information, particularly the instructions by stating the method of use by basing on the information provided on the pollen tank that is used for the pesticides in particular.

The device providing pollination in high trees according to claim 4, wherein for the purpose of separating the pollen from the male pellet, the system comprises a conical sieve fabric bag with a length of 60 to 70 centimetres, a conical base with a length of 30 to 35 centimetres and another fabric bag that has the same dimension with the base of the first and a length that is 15 centimetres more, wherein there is a threaded tube equipped with cover-b for closing from the bottom with a transparent plastic tube located on the end of the fabric bag and has a width of 8 centimetres and a length of 10 centimetres, and there is a flexible cable running throughout the plastic pipe of 15 centimetres under the sieve fabric bag, as well a metal ball of 3.5 centimetres diameter attached on the cone, and this plastic pipe is fixed on the edge of the fabric bag, wherein it is located 5 centimetres apart from the top of the fabric bag, the wire continues for 10 centimetres from the end of the tube and is terminated with a handle, and wherein a thread that holds the bag housing at a distance of 2 cm from the tip.

The device providing pollination in high trees according to claim 4, further comprising a device for breaking and grinding the reservoir to remove all valuable pollens remaining in the flowers, wherein the device is operates with dry batteries or normal household electricity, and wherein after the fabric bag is filled with male flowers to ensure flat grinding, the fabric bag is placed in the nozzle.

The device providing pollination in high trees according to claim 4, wherein the device is closed with a zipper along the length of the lathe of having a length of 9-130 centimetres, wherein there is a separate place for holding the conveyor pipe and a separate place for the other parts, and for the pollen boxes, a tube and rubber seal, as well two pollen boxes, battery charger, charging cables, pollen separation system, 5 pollen tanks, brush and parts' installation and operating mode are available, and wherein two handles for easy carriage of the bag of the device.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

But after a long time of application we received the observations, and studied carefully, we take account scientific changes and scientific development, we developed our invention, which is not only the development of the patent in the US, but we have added some important accessories that we see necessary to make the pollinator more applicable and useful and we will clarify this as follows.
[0117] We change the aluminum tube (1) into a lightweight plastic tube that was strong enough and cheap, so it could be used once or twice because the fine tube was very difficult to clean.
