    [0030] FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a cosmetic pen according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure;

    [0031] FIG. 3 is a sectional view of a cosmetic pen according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure; and

    [0032] FIG. 4 is a sectional view of a cosmetic pen according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

    [0033] It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely to explain the present disclosure and do not limit the present disclosure.

    [0034] Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

    [0035] FIG. 1 shows a preferred embodiment, i.e., the first embodiment, of a cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism according to the present disclosure. The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism, including: a pen body 3, a pen head 5 and a pen cap 4.

    [0036] The pen body 3 includes a material-pushing assembly which is mainly composed of a left-handed spiral blade 1 having a cylindrical overall configuration and a central shaft 11; a driving assembly which is mainly composed of a battery 24 in a battery bin 23, a low voltage motor 2, a reduction gear set 21 and an embedded switch 25; a material bin 6; and a check valve 7.

    [0037] The pen head may be internally provided with an anti-overflow assembly and a brush. The anti-overflow assembly is composed of a hollow valve 51, an anti-overflow ball 52 and a spring 53. The anti-overflow assembly may also be arranged at a lower portion of the material bin 6.

    [0038] The pen head 5 is coupled to the pen body 3 by means of threads; the pen cap 4 is coupled to the pen body 3 by means of threads; the cylindrical spiral blade 1 is in clearance fit with an inner wall of the pen body 3; two ends of the central shaft are coupled to the spiral blade and the reduction gear set respectively.

    [0039] In the present embodiment, the spiral blade is a left-handed spiral blade.

    [0040] In actual use, any non-solid cosmetic material, such as watery, milky, oily, pasty, gel-like, or the like, may be filled in the material bin 6. A user presses the switch 25 to enable the low voltage motor 2 to rotate clockwise as shown in the rotation direction 8 to reduce the speed through the reduction gear set 21, so as to drive the central shaft 11 to rotate, the central shaft penetrates through the check valve 7 to drive the spiral blade 1 to rotate clockwise. When the spiral blade 1 rotates, a thrust towards the pen head is generated on the material in the material bin 6, and the anti-overflow ball 52 is opened by the material, such that the material enters the pen head to the brush 55, and the user may start cosmetic operation; at this point, the air pressure in the material bin is reduced due to the release of the materials, and the air enters the material bin from the check valve to balance the air pressure in the material bin.

    [0041] When the amount of the material in the brush is enough, the switch 25 is turned off, the low voltage motor 2 stops rotating, and the spiral blade 1 stops rotating; the thrust of the spiral blade 1 to the material disappears, the anti-overflow ball resets under the force of the spring, the valve is closed, and the material stops being outputted.

    [0042] After use, the user wipes the residual material on the brush, and screws the pen cap 4 to keep well the cosmetic pen.

    [0043] FIG. 2 shows another embodiment, the second embodiment, of the cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism according to the present disclosure. The second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs from the first embodiment in that a conical spiral blade 10 is used as the spiral blade. In this way, the pressure of pushing the material close to the pen head may be increased, which facilitates the releasing of the material, and other principles and operations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

    [0044] FIG. 3 shows another embodiment, the third embodiment, of the cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism according to the present disclosure. The third embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs from the first embodiment in that the driving mechanism is provided with a rotary knob 22, instead of the battery, the low voltage motor, the reduction gear set and the switch, such that the structure is simplified, and electric drive is replaced with manual drive; other principles are the same as those in the first embodiment. In used, the rotary knob at the tail of the elongate body is manually rotated clockwise, and the material may be pushed to the brush at the pen head by the spiral blade.

    [0045] FIG. 4 shows another embodiment, the fourth embodiment, of the cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism according to the present disclosure. The fourth embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs from the first embodiment in that the conical spiral blade 10 is used as the spiral blade, and the rotary knob 22 manually driven is adopted, which reduces production costs, and increases the pushing pressure of the pen head. Other principles are the same as those of the first embodiment. In use, the rotary knob at the tail of the pen body is manually rotated clockwise, and the material may be pushed to the brush at the pen head by the spiral blade.

    [0046] In all the embodiments, the left-handed spiral blade is adopted, and feeding may be completed when the central shaft rotates clockwise as shown in the rotation direction 8 in FIGS. 1-4. If a right-handed spiral blade is adopted, the central shaft is rotated anticlockwise in the opposite direction of the rotation direction 8, so as to complete feeding.

    [0047] To sum up, in the cosmetic pen with continuously discharging mechanism according to the present disclosure, the brush is integrated with the pen body, such that material pollution and waste caused by separation of the brush and the pen body are avoided; the spiral blade in the pen body is driven electrically or manually to push the material to be released to the brush, such that continuous feeding may be realized, and the operation efficiency of the user is increased.

    [0048] The above-mentioned description is a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, and for those skilled in the art, variations and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure, and shall be deemed to be within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
