Abstract
A method of assembling a ceiling formwork comprising the steps of: providing a scaffold (10) positioned adjacent to an area where a ceiling formwork is to be provided; arranging a mounting means (30) for a ceiling panel member (40) at said scaffold; arranging the ceiling panel member (40) on the mounting means (30); arranging at least one support beam member (50) below the ceiling panel member (40) to hold the ceiling panel member (40) in a horizontal position.
Claims
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the mounting means (30) is adapted to provide a pivotal attachment of the ceiling panel member (40); and the method further comprises: pivoting the ceiling panel member (40) to a horizontal position.
3. The method of claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the support beam member (50) is disposed at an edge portion of the ceiling panel member (40), and the support beam member (50) is adapted to be used as a support beam member (50) for a ceiling panel member (41) adjacent to the ceiling panel member (40).
4. The method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one further support beam member (51) is arranged below the ceiling panel member (40).
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the further support beam member (51) is arranged adjacent to the scaffold (10) and/or at an edge of the building.
6. The method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the mounting means (30) is adapted to be arranged on a vertical post of the scaffold (10), wherein the mounting means (30) for attaching to the vertical post of the scaffold (10) preferably comprises at least one of a scaffold bracket and a scaffold clamp element.
7. The method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the mounting means (30) comprises at least one arcuate projection member with which the first ceiling panel member (40) is engaged and subsequently pivoted to a horizontal position.
8. The method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the mounting means is formed as a rosette element into which a projection element provided on the ceiling panel member, preferably a locking head element, can be arranged.
9. The method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a plurality of mounting means (30) are arranged on the scaffold (10), to which mounting means at least one longitudinal beam member is attached, and wherein the longitudinal beam member is arranged for the attachment, preferably a pivotal attachment, of a plurality of ceiling panel members (40).
10. The method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the scaffold (10) is a facade scaffold, climbing scaffold or working scaffold.
11. A scaffold (10) comprising at least one mounting means (30) which is configured to arrange at least one ceiling panel member (40) at the scaffold (10), preferably pivotally, wherein the mounting means (30) is preferably arranged at a vertical post of the scaffold (10) and wherein the mounting means (30) preferably comprises at least one scaffold bracket and/or one scaffold clamp element.
12. A scaffold (10) according to claim 11, wherein the mounting means (30) comprises at least one arcuate projection member with which the ceiling panel member (40) is engageable and pivotable to a horizontal position.
13. The scaffold (10) according to claim 11 or claim 12, wherein the mounting means (30) comprises at least one rosette element with at least one reception into which a projection element, preferably a locking head element, provided on the ceiling panel member (40) can be arranged.
14. The scaffold (10) according to one of claims 11 to 13, wherein a plurality of mounting means (30) are provided on the scaffold (10), to which at least one longitudinal beam member is attachable, to which a plurality of ceiling panel members (40) are pivotally attachable.
15. A use of a mounting means (30) for arranging at least one ceiling panel member (40) on a scaffold (10) according to one of claims 11 to 14.
Description
DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0016] Further features, advantages and possible applications of the present invention will be apparent from the following description, the embodiment example and the figures. Therein show:
[0017]
[0018]
[0019]
[0020]
[0021]
[0022]
[0023] The mounting means 30 shown further comprises at least one arcuate projection element. Such an arcuate projection element may, for example, be formed as an arcuate toothed element oriented upwardly. In such an embodiment, the ceiling panel member 40 includes one or more corresponding receptacles into which the projection member may be inserted. From this suspended position shown in
[0024] As shown in
[0025] As can be clearly seen in the figures, the assembling of the ceiling formwork is no longer carried out from the inside to the outside, but from the outside to the inside. It is therefore no longer necessary to provide compensating elements/finishing panels and cantilevers beyond the outside of the building on the outside, i.e. in the area of the fall edge. By proceeding from the outside to the inside as shown, the compensation areas are now moved to the inside of the building, where they can be more easily controlled and work can basically be carried out without personal protective equipment. As a result, the present invention makes the assembling of a ceiling formwork considerably simpler and, moreover, safer.
[0026] However, the present invention is not limited in this respect to the foregoing preferred embodiments as long as it is encompassed by the subject matter of the following claims. In particular, the present invention is not limited to a direct/immediate arrangement of the first ceiling panel member on the mounting means.
