    2. Claim 1, wherein, the said bipole shaft's entire central axis is inserted with a set of electrical wire and lens bearing cables that are extended from said electric generator circuit box and through both the said adjoined pulley rim and peg brace to terminate in both each of the said three surveillance cameras and each of the said at least one to three scope firearms.

    3. Claim 1, wherein, the said pulley rim is conveyed in circles by a tractable pulley band which is rotated in circles around within and out from and by an electric motor circuit box.

    4. Claim 1, 2, & 3, wherein, the said bipole shaft's said top end ball-bearing and off-middle ball-bearing may be simultaneously tilt shifted and rotated along with both said off-middle tripod of three surveillance cameras and said bottom end base of at least one to three scope firearms with cartridge bearing bullets, whenever said pulley rim is rotated by said tractable pulley band which is rotated by said electric motor and/or generator to track, monitor, and target mobile or still human body images.

    5. Claim 4, wherein, the said one to three firearms may have one or more of their cartridge bearing bullets discharged by using electrical wire or wire less electrical energy to trigger said firearm's firing pin.

    6. Claim 1, wherein, the said tripod bearing ring with three affixed hook shaped curved end and straight end rods may partially encompass the said off-middle ball-bearing to attachably hang said combined camera and firearm's bipole shaft apparatus from either: a ceiling, a wall, a cable, a rail, a pole, or a roof in an aerial position.

    Description

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

    [0019] The new combined zoom surveillance camera and zoom scope firearm apparatus is shown with alternative views in the annexed drawings and described in the following figures and subsequent detailed description.

    [0020] FIG. 1 is a side view showing the new combined surveillance camera and scope firearm apparatus, interconnectably affixed to a ceiling and;

    [0021] FIG. 2 is a topside overview showing the affixed new combined surveillance camera and scope firearm apparatus's accessible aim potential throughout a room's or hallway's open space area, and door or window entry and exit.

    [0022] FIG. 3 is a side view of the combined surveillance camera and scope firearm apparatus with a seperate shield around the camera and firearm.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

    [0023] The instant new combined zoom surveillance camera and zoom scope firearm apparatus as shown in the annexed drawing FIGS. 1, 2, & 3 consist of: a Tripod bearing ring 1 having three affixed hook shaped rods 2 each with a straight length portion 3 and a curve length portion 4; A bipole bearing shaft 5 having each a mid ball-bearing 6 affixed at the middle portion, A tripod of three cameras 7 affixed at the middle portion, A tip ball-bearing 8 formed at the top portion, and at least one to three firearms 9 affixed at the base bottom portion; A pulley rim 10 having an interior circular groove 11 around the circumference portion, and having a monopole beraring peg brace 12 affixed from the underside surface; A traction pulley band 13 for rotating said rim 10; A electric motor circuit box 14 for rotating said traction pulley band 13; and, A electric generator circuit box 15 for electrically activating the said three camera's photograph film imaging functions and the said one to three firearm's cartridge 16 bullet pin discharging functions.

    [0024] The structural form of the combined surveillance camera and scope firearm apparatus is accomplished by constructing the segments of each part: Whereof the said mid ball-bearing 6 of the said bipole bearing shaft 5 is encompassed by the said tripod bearing ring 1 having three affixed rods 2. Whereof the said curved ends 4 of the said three hook shaped rods 2 are affixed at equal spaces apart around the tripod bearing ring 1 and the straight ends 3 of the said three hook shaped rods 2 are attachable at equal spaces apart to the surface of a room's ceiling. Whereof the said tip ball-bearing 8 of the said bipole bearing shaft 5 is encompassed by the said monopole peg brace 12 affixed from the underside surface of said pulley rim 10. Whereof the said electric generator box 15 is attached to said room's ceiling at the above center of said pulley rim 10. Whereof a set of wires 17 goes from the bottom of the generator box 15 through each of the said pulley rim's 10 underside edge, said monopole bearing peg brace's 12 entire central axis, and said bipole bearing shaft's 5 entire central axis. Whereof the end segments of the said set of electrical wires extended from the underside of said generator box 15 and through said bipole bearing shaft 5 are innervated into said tripod of three cameras 7 and into at least one to three said firearms 9 with an attached zoom scope 18 affixed at the base bottom portion. Whereof the said electric motor box 14 is attachably extended from said room's ceiling adjacently parallel to said pulley rim 10. And, Whereof said traction pulley band 13 is conveyingly traversed around within and out from said electric motor box 14 and tractably around with said pulley rim 10.

    [0025] As for the operative functioning of said combined zoom surveillance camera and zoom scope firearm apparatus, electrical pulsed energy for generating photographic film images and discharging one or more cartridge bullets towards said zoom scope's focal point by triggering a firing pin 19 may be initiated distally by computer terminals operated by public law enforcement departments or private security firms. Thus, with readily available 24-hour seven-day and night access to any said surveillance camera room's viewable photographic images on a distal computer terminal screen, a operator may track any likely unlawful person's activity throughout any building or houses rooms or hallways or outdoors areas, and then zoom focus the camera's lens to target the said firearm's scope focal point at the person and electrically discharge it to eliminate their threat of danger.

    [0026] The said electric motor box 14, the electric generator box 15, and the three hook shaped rods 2 affixed to the said tripod bearing 1 may all be re-configurated in shape in order to affix the combined camera and firearm apparatus to either a vertical pole, a horizontal beam, or wire cable located in an outdoor or indoor area of mass human gathering.

    [0027] A color tinted fiberglass encasement shield 20 which may be opened or shattered to allow a bullet's exit from within and cover the combined surveillance camera and scope firearm from observation by the intended target so their intended criminal target may not know the firearm's zoom scope focussed aim on their body.
