DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0054] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described hereinafter with reference to the accompanying figures. It should be appreciated that the preferred embodiments described herein are only for explanation and illustration, but not the limitation to embodiments of the present invention.
[0055] The embodiments disclose an integrally assembled sink, which comprises a first frame 1 made of a first material and a second sink body 2 made of a second material, as shown in
[0056] Several sets of bumps for hanging are arranged on the inside wall of the first frame, and each set of bumps consists or comprises of horizontally symmetrical bumps 12 protruding from the inside wall of the first frame. Several sets of fixation components in corresponding to the bumps are configured between the first frame 1 and the second sink body 2, wherein each set of fixation components consists comprises of a pair of hooks 31, i.e. left hook and right hook, which are hanged on the bumps, and a holder 32 which is located under the second sink body 2 and connects to the bottoms of the left hook and the right hook so as to support the second sink body 2.
[0057] Based on the above structural design, the integrally assembled sink according to embodiments of the invention connects the first frame 1 with the second sink body as a whole by supporting the second sink body 2 with the fixation components 3, thus the whole sink can be placed on the table-board, which improves the convenience and efficiency for installing the sink on spot. The sink can be configured to protrude from the faade of the cabinet body, and this is convenient for the user to stand in front of the sink, as there is enough room for the feet under the sink, and the users do not need to bend, which is particularly suitable for the obese people or the pregnant women.
[0058] The integral structure of the first frame 1 and the second sink body 2 enable the whole sink to be installed on the table-board, instead of being embedded inside the cabinet, which facilitates the installment and maintenance.
[0059] In addition, first frame 1 bears less weight as the fixation components 3 are used to support the second sink body 2, thereby larger range of material of the first frame 1 can be applied, which makes the sink meet the requirement of the diverse design in different applications and fulfill the pursuit of modern people.
[0060] The hooks 31 and the holder 32 are both made of steel.
[0061] As a preferred embodiment, as shown in
[0062] In the above embodiment, as shown in
[0063] In the above embodiment, the bump 12 is located under the inward flanging 13, and a groove 14 for holding the hooks and outward flanging 23 is provided between the bump 12 and the lower step of the double-step structure of the inward flanging 13.
[0064] Specifically, as shown in
[0065] The hook 31 is formed by a straight bar, both ends of which are bent at an angle of 90 degree. The hook 31 comprises a vertical portion 311, a first bent portion 312 and a second bent portion 313, wherein the first bent portion 312 is at an angle of 90 degree to the vertical portion 311, and the second bent portion 313 is at an angle of 90 degree to the vertical portion 311.
[0066] The first bent portion 312 of the hook 31 extends into the groove 14 and is fixed to the top face 121 of the bump 12. The second bent portion 313 of the hook 31 is configured with a bolt hole 314.
[0067] The holder 32 is provided with connecting holes 321 at both ends respectively, and the connecting hole 321 is detachably connected to the hook 31 via bolt connecting components 33. Such a detachable configuration facilitates disassembly and assembly and transportation.
[0068] The inside wall of the first frame 11 inclines outward from top to bottom to form a flaring opening, so as to keep the inside wall of the first frame 11 away from the second bent portion 313. At the meantime, it facilitates the disassembly and assembly between the hook 31 and the holder 32.
[0069] In order to better illustrate embodiments of the invention, it will demonstrate how to assemble the integrally assembled sink below.
[0070] Hang and fix the hooks 31 to the bumps 12, respectively;
[0071] Fit the second sink body 2 into the first frame 1 through the bottom of the first frame 1, after a binding agent is applied on the outer edges of the four corners of the outward flanging 23;
[0072] Connect the holder 32 to the hooks 31 via bolt connecting components 33, thereby the second sink body 2 can be fixed within the first frame 1 to complete the assembly;
[0073] Place the assembled sink at the installation position of a cupboard or a bathroom cabinet.
[0074] Other contents about the integrally assembled sink according to embodiments of the present invention may refer to the known art and will not be repeated here.
[0075] Although the present invention has been disclosed in the form of preferred embodiments and variations thereon, it will be understood that numerous additional modifications and variations could be made thereto without departing from the scope of the intention.
[0076] For the sake of clarity, it is to be understood that the use of a or an throughout this application does not exclude a plurality, and comprising does not exclude other steps or elements. The mention of a unit or a module does not preclude the use of more than one unit or module.
