Abstract
The Earthginuity Composting System is an organic waste composting system. It consists of three steps/components. The first step is using a free-standing cylindrical tube that goes in the kitchen. Organic waste goes into the tube. The second step is the Phase 1 Bin. It is a square-shaped plastic bin that sits on raw earth, and it's about thirty three gallons in volume. It has drainage holes at the bottom and two pegs protruding from the front to serve as anchors for dumping. The final component is the two Earth Grids. They are three by three feet, sandbox-like squares with NO bottoms and liquid-tight lids. The lack of a bottom to the Earthgrids allows for sitting on raw earth to attract ground bugs/bacteria. The lids have rain holes. You can open, close, and empty the Earth Grids with a Shepherd's Staff (hooked pole).

2. A method of composting and decomposing organic waste at a residential household with a yard by generating and containing organic waste in said household in a first container, transferring said first container of organic waste into a larger bin located outside said household, and subsequently once said larger outside bin is full of organic waste, transferring said larger outside bin's waste to a container that has no bottom and is located in the yard and on raw earth of said household, said method comprising: i) obtaining a cylinder-shaped tube container located in the kitchen or ideal location of said residential household where organic waste is initially deposited; ii) obtaining a second larger bin located outside of said residential household, said larger outside bin sitting on raw earth to accommodate fluid drainage, and said second larger bin to receive organic waste from said first cylinder-shaped container once said first container is full; iii) obtaining a third container with no bottom and placed in the yard on raw earth as to give organisms access to the contents within, whereby said third container having no bottom is to receive organic waste from said second container once said second container is full; accompanying said third container with no bottom is a duplicate third container with no bottom adjacent to said third container with no bottom, whereby a rotation occurs between the two duplicate third containers with no bottoms, allowing for more time for one said third container with no bottom to decompose the organic matter while the other said third container with no bottom receives current loads of organic waste from said second container.

An apparatus for composting and decomposing organic waste at a residential household with a yard by generating and containing organic waste in said household, whereby said apparatus consists of three containers to yield compost and decomposed organic matter, said apparatus comprising: i) a first container herein called a Kitchen Tube which possesses a cylinder shape and is adapted for receiving organic waste at an initial stage of disposal; ii) a liquid-tight lid on the top of said first container where the top of said first container is the side opposite the floor said container rests upon, allowing for tight containment of organic waste within said first container; iii) handles on the liquid-tight lid of said first container and on the top of the shaft or body of said first container, where the top of the body of said first container is the side opposite the floor said container sits upon, allowing for said lid to open and for said first container to be transported; iv) a foot pedal at the bottom and near the floor or base of said first container, whereby a resident opens the lid of said first container without having to touch said first container with hands; v) a second container herein called a Phase 1 Bin which has a square shape and is larger than said first container and is adapted to receive organic waste from said first container; vi) a bottom of said second container with nine holes equally spaced throughout and resting upon raw earth to allow fluid seepage; vii) two wheels at the bottom of said second container and adjacent to one another providing for transport of said second container; viii) a liquid-tight lid at the top and opposite the ground of said second container, whereby said lid of said second container opens from one side and connects with hinges on the opposite side of said second container, and whereby said hinges of said lid of said second container are directly above said wheels of said second container; ix) a handle bar at the top of said second container and on the same side as the two wheels of said second container, whereby the handle bar crosses horizontally and parallel to the hinges of said lid of said second container, and whereby the top of said second container is the side opposite the ground said second container rests upon, allowing for said second container to be grabbed and pushed upon said second container's wheels; x) two pegs that stick out of the side of said second container, on the side where said lid of said second container opens, whereby said pegs are located in the top third of the height of said second container, allowing for the whole of said second container to be braced if said second container were to be dumped upside down on a vertical wall; xi) two individual handles that stick out of the side of said second container where said wheels are located, and said individual handles located on the lower third of said second container's side in which said two wheels are located, allowing for a resident to tip said second container upside down to evacuate the organic waste within; xii) a third pair of duplicate containers herein called Earthgrids that are square enclosures and that do not have bottoms, said pair of third containers adapted to receive organic waste from said second container, allowing for the organic waste within said third containers to have access to the microbes and insects present on raw earth; xiii) a top liquid-tight square lid of said third container which opens upon hinges on one side of said third container, whereby said lid of said third container possesses four equally spaced rain holes with a mesh screen at the bottom of each said rain hole to allow rain permeability; xiv) a said lid with four square sections among the whole of said square lid, wherein each said square section has a declining slope to the center-point of said square section, allowing for funneling of rain water towards said rain holes on said lid of said third container; xv) a swinging latch ring hanging down from said lid of said third container and said latch ring present on the opposite side of said hinges of said lid and on the outside of said third container, whereby a resident may open said lid or close said lid by hooking said latch ring with a cane from a standing position, allowing for said latch ring to swing around a stopper rod protruding perpendicular from the front vertical wall of said third container when said lid is closed, and said front vertical wall of said third container being the side said lid of said third container opens; and a hook protruding perpendicular of a vertical side wall of said third container and situated on the outside of said vertical wall, herein called an Earth Separation Hook, and present underneath the hinges of said third container, wherein the whole of said third container may be tipped up by a resident who may hook said earth separation hook with a cane while standing up, thus lifting the whole of said third container up and on said third container's front vertical wall, wherein said third container's said front vertical wall is the side said lid opens, allowing for the contents within said third container to be raked out of said third container.

The teaching will be a comprehensive, chronological demonstration of utilizing said invention from start to finish, with specific details relating to the apparatus consisting of three containers involved in the composting system.
