Abstract
The invention relates to an adjustable holster assembly for various types of semi-automatic short guns without the risk of any part entering the trigger guard as a locking system, by means of use of supports and stops which are adjustable by means of screws at each type of specific gun.
Claims
1. Adjustable holster assembly, characterized in that comprises a fairing, a rear stop support, a rear stop, a frontal stop support, a frontal stop and a lever.
2. Adjustable holster assembly, according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear stop has different sizes which allows the coupling of different types of guns.
3. Adjustable holster assembly, according to claim 1, characterized in that the frontal stop has different sizes which allows the coupling of different types of guns.
4. Adjustable holster assembly, according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjustment of the stops and supports allows the adjustment on the holster of several types of firearm.
5. Adjustable holster assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear stop abuts a trigger guard outside a trigger lever of a weapon, allowing rapid removal of the weapon without risk of accidental firing.
6. Adjustable holster assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the stops create force vectors in the lower parts of a trigger guard and frame, which push a gun upwards until a bolt (side) touches the top of the holster.
7. Adjustable holster assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear stop creates an orthogonal vector to a trigger guard of a weapon that prevents horizontal movement of the weapon within the holster assembly.
8. Adjustable holster assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that after adjustment of the stops, a gun is clamped so that neither part approaches a trigger nor enters a trigger guard.
9. Adjustable holster assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that a system of securing the frontal and rear stops and frontal and rear stop supports is provided by means of screws.
10. An adjustable holster assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjustable holster assembly is capable of being used for guns of all types, including the ones of asymmetrical trigger guard.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0025] Present application shows a unique closed holster that can be used by all types of semiautomatic short firearm, without the risk of any part entering the trigger guard as locking system, eliminating any chance of a part of the holster to touch the trigger, and thus avoiding risks during use.
[0026] The way that the gun is locked on the holster is unique, and creates two force vectors on the inferior parts of the trigger guard and of the frame, pushing the gun upwards, until the bolt touches the upper part of the holster. In this way, the gun is secured by pressure without the existence of any part or piece entering the trigger guard or getting close to the trigger.
[0027] One of the usability of the product is on the sports environment, in practical shot competitions. Present application allows a competitive advantage to the athletes because, further than allowing the draw of the gun with huge speed, the lever system of competition allows the perfect positioning of the holster in relation to the body of the athlete and, consequently, the access of the hand of the athlete to the firearm is extremely facilitated, providing an extremely fast and safe draw of the gun.
[0028] This invention can be used by almost the totality of the pistols used on the sport of practical, dynamic, etc. shot. The adjustment of one gun to the other is made extremely simple, fast and safe by only two screws.
