Abstract
A filter element of a filter for liquid, a drainage closure element, a housing part, and a filter are described, wherein the filter element has a filter medium which continuously surrounds circumferentially an element interior relative to a virtual axis and is connected to an axial end body. The end body is provided with a filter element drainage opening surrounding the axis and communicating with the element interior. A filter element sealing surface or filter element seal surface of a filter element sealing device is provided at the end body and continuously surrounds circumferentially the filter element drainage opening. The filter element drainage opening is closed by the filter element sealing device when the filter element is mounted in the filter housing of the filter. The filter element sealing surface or filter element seal surface is axially oriented with at least one direction component relative to the axis.
Claims
1. A filter element of a filter for liquid, the filter element comprising: at least one filter medium continuously surrounding circumferentially an element interior relative to a virtual axis of the filter element; an end body connected to an axial end face of the at least one filter medium; wherein the end body comprises a filter element drainage opening surrounding the virtual axis and communicating with the element interior; wherein the end body comprises at least one filter element sealing surface or filter element seal surface of a filter element sealing device, wherein the filter element sealing device is configured to continuously surround circumferentially the filter element drainage opening and is configured to close the filter element drainage opening when the filter element is mounted in a filter housing of the filter; wherein the at least one filter element sealing surface or filter element seal surface is axially oriented with at least one direction component relative to the virtual axis.
2. The filter element according to claim 1, wherein the filter element sealing device further comprises an annular seal arranged at the end body, wherein the annular seal surrounds the virtual axis and comprises at least one axially acting seal surface.
3. The filter element according to claim 2, wherein the annular seal is a sleeve.
4. The filter element according to claim 1, wherein the filter element drainage opening connects a raw side of the filter element to a clean side of the filter element.
5. The filter element according to claim 1, wherein the filter element sealing device is configured to be elastic at least in an axial direction relative to the virtual axis.
6. The filter element according to claim 1, wherein the end body comprises a plurality of circumferentially distributed positioning sections arranged at an outer side of the end body, wherein the outer side is axially facing away from the element interior relative to the virtual axis, wherein the plurality of circumferentially distributed positioning sections are spaced apart relative to each other and provided with radially outwardly oriented positioning surfaces configured to position an annular seal of the filter element sealing device.
7. A drainage closure element for at least one drainage opening of a filter housing of a filter for liquid, the drainage closure element comprising: at least one part of a connection that, relative to a virtual axis of the filter, is rotatable and/or insertable and configured to connect the drainage closure element to the filter housing; at least one closure element sealing surface or closure element seal surface of a filter element sealing device that is configured to close a filter element drainage opening of a filter element; wherein the at least one closure element sealing surface or closure element seal surface continuously surrounds circumferentially the virtual axis; wherein the at least one closure element sealing surface or closure element seal surface is axially oriented with at least one direction component relative to the virtual axis.
8. The drainage closure element according to claim 7, further comprising a centering projection arranged relative to the virtual axis radially inwardly of the at least one closure element sealing surface or closure element seal surface and configured to engage the filter element drainage opening of the filter element.
9. The drainage closure element according to claim 7, further comprising at least one axially oriented cover surface, circumferentially surrounding the virtual axis and configured to close at least one drainage opening of the filter housing, wherein the at least one axially oriented cover is arranged radially outwardly of the at least one closure element sealing surface or closure element seal surface.
10. The drainage closure element according to claim 9, further comprising a part of a drainage sealing device configured to seal the at least one drainage opening of the filter housing, wherein the part of the drainage sealing device is arranged radially outwardly of the at least one closure element sealing surface or closure element seal surface.
11. A housing part of a filter housing of a filter for liquid, wherein the filter housing is configured to accommodate a filter element comprising an element interior and a filter element drainage opening communicating with the element interior, the housing part comprising: at least one drainage opening configured to drain the liquid from the filter housing, wherein the at least one drainage opening is configured to be closed and opened by a drainage closure element that is configured to be connected to the housing part by a connection that is rotatable and/or insertable relative to a virtual axis of the filter; wherein the at least one drainage opening includes at least one radially inner drainage opening and at least one radially outer drainage opening arranged relative to the at least one radially inner drainage opening radially farther outwardly relative to the virtual axis; wherein the at least one radially inner drainage opening is configured to communicate with the filter element drainage opening of the filter element; wherein the at least one radially outer drainage opening is configured to communicate with an interior of the filter housing, wherein the interior of the filter housing surrounds the filter element and conducts fluid; at least one separating section separating the at least one radially inner drainage opening from the at least one radially outer drainage opening.
12. The housing part according to claim 11, wherein the at least one separating section comprises a separating wall circumferentially surrounding the virtual axis.
13. The housing part according to claim 11, further comprising an end face surrounding the virtual axis, wherein a plurality of said at least one radially outer drainage opening are arranged in the end face and distributed circumferentially in the end face about the virtual axis.
14. The housing part according to 11, wherein at least one part of an environmental sealing device is arranged at a side of the at least one radially outer drainage opening that is facing an environment.
15. A filter for liquid, the filter comprising: a filter housing comprising a housing part, wherein the housing part comprises at least one drainage opening configured to drain the liquid from the filter housing; a filter element exchangeably arranged in the filter housing, wherein the filter element comprises: at least one filter medium continuously surrounding circumferentially an element interior relative to a virtual axis of the filter; an end body connected to an axial end face of the at least one filter medium, wherein the end body comprises a filter element drainage opening surrounding the virtual axis and communicating with the element interior, and wherein the end body comprises at least one filter element sealing surface or filter element seal surface of a filter element sealing device, wherein the filter element sealing device is configured to continuously surround circumferentially the filter element drainage opening and is configured to close the filter element drainage opening when the filter element is mounted in the filter housing; a drainage closure element comprising at least one part of a connection that is rotatable and/or insertable relative to the virtual axis and configured to connect the drainage closure element to the housing part, wherein the drainage closure element is configured to close and open the at least one drainage opening; wherein the drainage closure element comprises at least one closure element sealing surface or closure element seal surface of the filter element sealing device, wherein the at least one closure element sealing surface or closure element seal surface continuously surrounds circumferentially the virtual axis; wherein the at least one filter element sealing surface or filter element seal surface and the at least one closure element seal surface or closure element seal surface are axially oriented with at least one direction component relative to the virtual axis; wherein the at least one drainage opening includes at least one radially inner drainage opening and at least one radially outer drainage opening arranged relative to the at least one radially inner drainage opening radially farther outwardly relative to the virtual axis; wherein the housing part further comprises at least one separating section separating the at least one radially inner drainage opening from the at least one radially outer drainage opening; wherein the at least one radially inner drainage opening is configured to communicate with the filter element drainage opening of the filter element; wherein the at least one radially outer drainage opening is configured to communicate with an interior of the filter housing, wherein the interior of the filter housing surrounds the filter element and conducts fluid.
16. The filter according to claim 15, wherein the filter element sealing device comprises an annular seal positioned between the at least one filter element sealing surface or filter element seal surface and the at least one closure element seal surface or closure element seal surface.
