[0073] The inventor provides a unique, simple, sustainable, inexpensive, convenient one-source system and method for displaying, marketing and mail deliver natural grown flowers and fruits in their original and optimal form with the purpose of diffusing fragrances in indoor rooms for months. The present invention is described in enabling detail in the following examples, which may represent more than one embodiment of the present invention.
[0074] The method or system of this invention is in a embodiment comprised of a hollow display container as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, a desired number of natural grown blooming flower(s) or fruit(s) infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 of one or more species and varieties as desired as shown as example in FIGS. 10, 11 and 12, rigid or semi rigid gel or resin placed at the bottom of the container, the gel or resin may be enhanced by addition of nourishing and/or preserving substances. The aforementioned comprise of display container and flower(s) or fruit(s) is closed off with a cover 1300, as an example is shown in FIGS. 13, 14 and 15. In a further embodiment of the invention determined for e-commerce sales, the aforementioned comprise is further comprised with an insert device 1600 as an example is shown in FIGS. 16, 17 and 18.
[0075] FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 show respectively a cross-sectional side view, an overhead view and a perspective view of an embodiment of a display container 100 appropriate for the use of this invention, which is preferably made from transparent material such as glass or plastic. In this way the consumer can observe a flower or fruit; FIGS. 10, 11 and 12 show respectively a cross-sectional side view, an overhead view and a perspective view of an embodiment of a natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 appropriate for the use of this invention. Furthermore a natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 is protected from damage of the accumulation of accidental touches during the extended display time. The thickness of the material of which the display container 100 is made, can vary from approximately inch to inches. A smaller thickness provides a more delicate aesthetically pleasing container but also one which is more prone to damage during shipment. A larger thickness is not as visually pleasing but is more damage resistant. FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of a display container suitable for use of this invention. Other geometric or asymmetrical shapes for container 100 may be used.
[0076] Although the display container can be made in a variety of shapes, sizes and heights, a preferred shape is shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 in respectively a crosssectional side view, an overhead view and a perspective view of an example in which the display container consists of a transparent upper section 401, as shown in FIGS. 5, 7 and 8 in respectively a cross-sectional side view, an overhead view and a perspective view, and a lower section 402 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8 in respectively a cross-sectional side view and a perspective view. In the aforementioned preferred embodiment of the invention the transparent upper section of the display container 401 is cylindrical and has a smaller internal a cross sectional measured lower part 501, beginning at a predetermined distance of the interior bottom 502 surface upwards of approximately b, which is at least 0.7 inch height from the interior bottom 502 surface to the predetermined distance b whereas of the wall extending horizontally outward in a larger c cross sectional measure of the upper part 503. The function of the smaller a cross sectional measured lower part 501 of the transparent upper section 401 of the display container 400 is for it to contain a predetermined amount of rigid or semi rigid gel or resin 2800 at a predetermined level d as shown in FIGS. 28 and 30 in respectively a cross-sectional side view and a perspective view of the display container 400 of the aforementioned preferred embodiment of the invention. The smaller internal a cross sectional measures in most cases 2.4 inches. The object of the inner rim 504 of the smaller cross sectional measured a lower part 501 in this invention is to slightly support the sepals 1001 and petals 1002 of a natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000, as shown in FIGS. 10, 11 and 12 and minimizing the need for gel or resin 2800 for economic reasons. More so, the function of the smaller cross sectional measured a lower part 501 of the transparent upper section 401 of the display container 400, is to minimize the evaporation surface creating a balanced environment inside the closed environment of the display container 400 with a closed cover 1300, as shown in an embodiment in FIGS. 28, 30, 31 and 33. The smaller cross sectional measured lower part of the transparent upper section 401 of the display container 400 from bottom up height b being on the average 1 inch with a minimal 0.7 inch level d of rigid or semi rigid gel or resin 2800 with nourishing, preserving and containing abilities.
[0077] However, typically the height of the walls 101 of a display container 100 in the embodiment of the invention do only exceed the height e of the natural grown blooming flower(s) or fruit(s) infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000, as shown in FIGS. 19 and 21, by an inch, another embodiment can also be featured with a height of the walls 101 of the display container not exceeding the height e of the natural grown blooming flower(s) or fruit(s) infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 and thereby exposing the flowers and/or fruits to accidental touches during the use of the consumer reducing the visible qualities of the natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 over time. Lateral cross sectional measure a of the smaller cross sectional measured lower part 501 of the transparent upper section 401 of the display container 400 of a preferred embodiment of the invention is determined based on aesthetics, the dimensions of display container 400 and foremost based on the size of the inserted natural grown blooming flower(s) and fruit(s) infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000.
[0078] FIGS. 8 and 9 show perspective views of a display container 400 comprised of a transparent upper section 401 and a lower section 402 suitable for use in a preferred embodiment of this invention.
[0079] The, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, purpose of the infuse and functions of the preparation of a natural grown flower or fruit into a natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 is to prevent decay of the flower and greatly expand the time of the natural grown flower or fruit as use as a fragrance diffusing system in indoor rooms. Subsequently the balance of nourishing, preserving and moisturizing ingredients is predetermined and varies with each species of natural grown flowers or fruits. Subsequently the balance of nourishing, preserving and moisturizing ingredients also varies with each variety within the species. Subsequently the balance of the mix of nourishing, preserving and moisturizing ingredients furthermore varies within the variety depending on the growing conditions and season.
[0080] The function of the preparation in this embodiment of the invention, of the natural grown flower or fruit, with an infusion by submerging in a range of possible liquids of higher viscosity with moisturizing abilities is to maintain the vitality of the texture and to uphold the cell structure to its original form keeping the visual appearance attractive throughout the display and fragrance diffusion period. Aforementioned infusion enables the flower to keep taking up moist from humid air to maintain the flexibility of the texture. The infused liquids are enriched with plant nourishing additives and food grade preserving agents. The preparation with infusion of flower(s) or fruit(s) into natural grown blooming flower(s) or fruit(s) infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 takes place under conditions varying with the aforementioned species, varieties and growing conditions, which require variations in temperature, pressure and time of infusion.
[0081] FIGS. 22, 23, and 24 show, respectively a cross-sectional side view, an overhead view and a perspective view of a display container 100 appropriate for the use of this invention housing a natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 pressed base down in a predetermined level d of rigid or semi rigid gel or resin 2800. The function of the rigid or semi rigid gel or resin 2800 in the embodiment of the invention is to secure the natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 in place and upright while the newly poured, then still liquid gel or resin 2800, flows in between 1003 the attachments 1004 of the petals 1002, cradling all petal attachments 1004 and the flower base 1005 of the natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 as shown in FIG. 10
[0082] Subsequently when the aforementioned gel or resin 2800 solidifies in to a more rigid or semi rigid state it limits petal 1002 movements.
[0083] Subsequently the gel or resin 2800 functions to absorb bottom upwards impacts through its semi rigid state. The reason behind this is that bottom upward impact on the natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 results in the impact energy being transferred to the flower base 1005 resulting in the petals 1002 to resonate, leading to irreversible damage to the petal attachments 1004 The aforementioned impact and subsequently resonation petals 1002 result in the petals breaking from the flower base 1005 and the dissolution of the flower 1000. The aforementioned gel and resin 2800 contain preserving and nourishing elements, which allow a longer span of use of the rigid or semi rigid gel or resin 2800 and the natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 FIGS. 22 and 24 respectively present a cross-sectional side view and a perspective view of an embodiment of the invention comprising a display container 100 housing a natural grown blooming flower infused with viscous liquid with moisturizing, preserving and fragrance diffusing abilities 1000 pressed in a predetermined level d gel or resin 2800 and closed off with a cover 1300.
