    Abstract

    A custom accessory making kit including a set of user instructions for customizing at least one item, a plurality of ornaments, and a supply of thread. The plurality of ornaments may include charms, gemstones, crystals, beads, crystal stones, stones, pendants, and chakra beads. The supply of thread is configured to receive and support at least one of the plurality of ornaments. The plurality of ornaments is selectively used in combination to create a customized accessory such as jewelry including chokers, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, lanyards, and the like. The kit allows users to pick and choose from numerous chakra beads to improve health and create an overall balance by revitalizing energy levels and accessories are designed to be worn at times.

    Claims

    1. A custom accessory making kit comprising: a set of user instructions for customizing at least one item; a plurality of ornaments; a supply of thread; and an educational guide. wherein said plurality of ornaments includes chakra beads, gemstones, and crystals; wherein said supply of thread is configured to receive and support at least one of said plurality of ornaments; wherein said plurality of ornaments are selectively used in combination to create at least one customized accessory; wherein said educational guide is provided for educating a user on each type of said chakra beads, said gemstones, and said crystals and respective uses; wherein said set of user instructions is provided for instructing said user on how to create said at least one customized accessory using said custom accessory making kit comprising said plurality of ornaments and said supply of thread.

    2. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said custom accessory comprises a wearable item.

    3. The custom accessory making kit of claim 2, wherein said wearable item is jewelry.

The custom accessory making kit of claim 3, wherein said jewelry comprises an item selected from the group consisting of: chokers, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, nose rings, wine rings, lanyards, hair clips, tie clips, ankle bracelets, watches, key chains, shoe gems, collars, belly rings, facial jewelry, toe rings, hair ribbons, jewelry gems, broaches, watch bands, necklace capsules, pendulums and garment charms.

    5. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said custom accessory comprises a non-wearable item.

The custom accessory making kit of claim 5, wherein said custom accessory comprises an item selected from the group consisting of: glasses, eyewear, clothing, hat bands, headbands, backpacks, scarves, containers, dish wear, candle holders, bottles, shoes, headphones, clocks, chimes, flower pots, car accessories, license plates, hair pins, phone cases, nail art gems, hair ribbons, hats, picture holders, briefcases, electronic device holders, fanny packs, pen holders, rosary, travel bags, and socks.

    7. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said custom accessory is created without using said supply of thread.

    8. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said custom accessory includes at least one chakra bead.

    9. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said plurality of ornaments comprise functional indicia.

    10. The custom accessory making kit of claim 9, wherein said functional indicia comprises alphanumeric characters.

    11. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said supply of thread comprises rubber thread.

    12. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, wherein said supply of thread comprises non-rubber thread.

    13. The custom accessory making kit of claim 11, further comprises a removable extender for said rubber thread.

    14. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, further comprises at least one ribbon.

    15. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, further comprises at least one button.

    16. The custom accessory making kit of claim 1, further comprises a spacer.

    17. The custom accessory making kit of claim 3, wherein said jewelry is embroidered.

    18. The custom accessory making kit of claim 13, wherein said jewelry is rubber braided.

    19. A custom accessory making kit comprising: a set of user instructions for customizing at least one item; a plurality of ornaments; a supply of thread; and an educational guide. wherein said plurality of ornaments includes chakra beads, gemstones, and crystals; wherein said supply of thread is configured to receive and support at least one of said plurality of ornaments; wherein said supply of thread comprises rubber thread; wherein said plurality of ornaments are selectively used in combination to create at least one customized accessory; wherein said educational guide is provided for educating a user on each type of said chakra beads, said gemstones, and said crystals and respective uses; wherein said set of user instructions is provided for instructing a user on how to create said at least one customized accessory using said custom accessory making kit comprising said plurality of ornaments and said supply of thread wherein said custom accessory comprises a wearable item; wherein said wearable item is functional jewelry; wherein said custom accessory includes at least one chakra bead; wherein said kit further comprises a removable extender for said rubber thread; wherein said kit further comprises at least one ribbon; and wherein said kit further comprises at least one button.

A method for creating a custom accessory using a custom accessory making kit, comprising the steps of: providing a custom accessory making kit including; a set of user instructions for customizing at least one item; a plurality of ornaments including chakra beads; a supply of thread; an educational guide; selecting said plurality of ornaments to attach to said supply of thread; manipulating a section of said supply of thread; and creating at least one custom accessory selectively using said plurality of ornaments in combination.

    [0690] As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to accessories and more particularly to a custom accessory making kit as used to improve well-being jewelry and accessory making using chakra beads, gemstones, and/or crystals.

    [0691] Generally, the present invention provides users with a series of customizable fashion accessories featuring chakra beads, gemstones, and/or crystals of various sizes. Effectively, the system allows users to pick and choose from numerous chakra beads, gemstones, and/or crystals. It utilizes a looped construction of regular thread, rubber thread, embroidered and elastic rubber custom accessories as well as non-embroidered, embroidered elastic leather, regular elastic, plastic chains, regular chains extenders and clasps, to create the accessory and support the beads. Plastic or leather products may be provided including mood changing stones (Thermochromic Liquid Crystals) and cubic zirconia additions. It features numerous color variations. It offers a unique and stylish fashion accessory for plus sizes also. A ribbon attachment/fashion statement and button usage for smaller customers may be available. Accessories are to include adaptations for all ages and sizes for women, men, teens, children, toddlers, and babies.

There can be a flat button on the choker and a removable extender for the rubber or embroidered rubber thread. Buttons and ribbons are included to accommodate all sizes of customers, big and small. Each crystal gemstone has multiple purposes. Various crystal pendant accessories are included. An additional option may be first name initial personalization. Crystal specification needs allow stones to be threaded as desired.

The plurality of ornaments 120 may include charms, gemstones, crystals, beads, crystal stones, stones, pendants, and chakra beads. The supply of thread 130 (or yarn 130 or other cording) is configured to receive and support at least one of the plurality of ornaments 120. The kit may further include at least two ribbons and at least one button. The invention further includes a decorative spacer. In a preferred embodiment, the supply of thread 130 comprises rubber or embroidered rubber thread. Other suitable supplies of thread 130 may be used such as non-rubber threading. A removable extender and clasps may be included for use with the supply of thread 130. The custom accessory 140 may be created in various sizes to accommodate males and females. The plurality of ornaments 120 may include beads or the like having functional indicia such as letters or numbers for personalizing the customized accessory 140.
