    Abstract

    A meat exhibition rack with an antibacterial lamp has an exhibition rack body with a reception space and the antibacterial lamp disposed in interior of the exhibition rack body. The antibacterial lamp has: a LED base having a plasma LED module comprising plasma LED lamps; a cover, coupled to the LED base, so as to form a tube; an optical shielding film, disposed at an inner surface of the cover which faces the LED base; a diffusion module, disposed at an inner surface of the optical shielding film which faces the LED base; and fixing bases, disposed at two ends of the LED base, coupled to two ends of the diffusion module, the optical shielding film and the cover, so as form a close space to receive the plasma LED module. The antibacterial lamp keeps the exhibited meats in the meat exhibition rack fresh and achieves the antibacterial effect.

    Claims

    1. A meat exhibition rack with an antibacterial lamp, at least comprising: a base, disposed at bottom of an exhibition rack body; an opening, disposed on the base, being one side of the exhibition rack body, having at least one sliding door; a first window, disposed on the base, extending upward opposite to the base; a second window and a third window, disposed on the base and opposite to each other, wherein left sides and right sides of the second window and the third window are respectively connected to a side of the first window and a side of the opening; a top part, disposed opposite to the base, connected to top sides of the opening, the first window, the second window and the third window, so as to form a reception space; and the antibacterial lamp, disposed on a side of the top part which faces the reception space, comprising: a LED base, having a plasma LED module comprising plasma LED lamps; a cover, coupled to the LED base, so as to form a tube; an optical shielding film, disposed at an inner surface of the cover which faces the LED base; a diffusion module, disposed at an inner surface of the optical shielding film which faces the LED base; fixing bases, disposed at two ends of the LED base, coupled to two ends of the diffusion module, the optical shielding film and the cover, so as form a close space to receive the plasma LED module; and a power module, electrically connected to the plasma LED module.

    2. The meat exhibition rack with the antibacterial lamp of claim 1, wherein the reception space has shelves, and the shelf is disposed parallel to the base, or slightly tilted and downward to face the first window.

    3. The meat exhibition rack with the antibacterial lamp of claim 2, wherein the antibacterial lamp is disposed under the shelf.

    4. The meat exhibition rack with the antibacterial lamp of claim 3, wherein the sliding door is a glass sliding door or a plastic sliding door.

    5. The meat exhibition rack with the antibacterial lamp of claim 4, wherein the first window, the second window and the third window are glasses windows or plastic windows.

    6. The meat exhibition rack with the antibacterial lamp of claim 5, wherein the fixing bases are coupled to the top part or the shelf via fixing parts.

    7. The meat exhibition rack with the antibacterial lamp of claim 6, wherein the fixing part is disposed on the top part or the shelf via a screw or a latch part.

    [0026] It can be known that, after the plasma LED module (22) operates to generate the light source, the diffusion module (25) diffuses light beams of the light source to make the light beams irradiate uniformly. The side of the diffusion module (25) which faces the plasma LED module (22) has a matte structure, such that when the plasma LED module (22) emit the light source, the matte structure makes the light beams more soft. Further, after the plasma LED module (22) performs the plasma discharging, oxygen molecules and water molecules in the air will cause negative ions (40) (see FIG. 10) due to the ionization reaction, which can destroy the surface proteins of viruses and bacteria in the air, thereby achieving the effect of purifying the air and inhibiting bacteria.

    [0027] Furthermore, when the plasma LED module (22) is in operation, free radicals are generated due to the collision of positive and negative electrons. After the free radicals can penetrate the diffusion module (25) and the optical shielding film (24), the free radicals are combined with suspended particles in the air to achieve the effect of removing dust from the air, so as to prevent dust and bacteria from attaching to the meat (30).

As shown in the drawings, the antibacterial lamp (20) is formed by coupling ends of the cover (23) and the LED base (21) via the fixing bases (26), the LED base (21) has the plasma LED module (22), the plasma LED module (22) is formed by combining the plasma LED lamps (221), the optical shielding film (24) is disposed on the inner surface of the cover (23) which faces the LED base (21), the diffusion module (25) is disposed on the inner surface of the optical shielding film (24) which faces the LED base (21), and the fixing parts (261) can be used to fix the fixing bases (26) to the top part (16) or the shelve (17). When the meats (30) are disposed on the shelves (17), the plasma LED lamp (221) of the antibacterial lamp (20) is operates at the lower temperature to generate the negative ions (40) and free radicals, so as to make sure the freshness and antibacterial of the meats (30).

    [0032] Accordingly, compared to the related art and the current product, the meat exhibition rack with antibacterial lamp of the present disclosure has the following advantages: (1) the meat exhibition rack with the antibacterial lamp utilizes the low temperature characteristics, such that the temperature in the meat exhibition rack cannot be changed easily, and the meat exhibition rack is usually in a low temperature state; (2) the meat exhibition rack with the antibacterial lamp utilizes the high color rendering light, and by using color rendering index (CRI) greater than 90, the meat restores its original color; and (3) the meat exhibition rack with the antibacterial lamp can destroy the virus and bacterial surface proteins in the air through the ionization reaction generated when the plasma LED module is operating, thereby achieving the antibacterial effect.

    [0033] Specifically, in the present disclosure, a plasma technology and a lamp are combined to form the plasma LED lamp, the low-temperature characteristics of the plasma LED lamp is utilized, and the plasma LED lamp is disposed in the meat exhibition rack. When the meat is illuminated, bacteria are suppressed and meat color can be restored. Without much electricity and a space for receiving the apparatus, the meat freshness and original color can be maintained.
