What is claimed is the ornamental design for a bumper for a vehicle, as shown and described.

(1) .Iadd.This application is an application for reissue of U.S. Design Pat. No. D. 826,115, which issued on Aug. 21, 2018, from U.S. Design application Ser. No. 29/590,944, filed on Jan. 13, 2017, the contents of which are entirely incorporated by reference herein..Iaddend.

(2) FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a new and ornamental bumper for a vehicle, according to one embodiment;

(3) FIG. 2 illustrates a front view thereof;

(4) FIG. 3 illustrates a back view thereof;

(5) FIG. 4 illustrates a left-side view thereof;
