    Abstract

    A fitness hand-muscle developer to solve the defects of too strong elasticity, high cost and single purpose in conventional hand-muscle developers, which is suitable for the elderly, the weakling or women to exercise hand muscles in various ways. The fitness hand-muscle developer comprises a main body, elastic, rod-like, defining a lengthwise direction; a band, with two opposite free ends, fixed to the main body in the lengthwise direction of the main body; and a holding space, located between the band and the surface of the main body.

    Claims

    1. A fitness hand-muscle developer, comprising: a main body, elastic, rod-like, defining a lengthwise direction; a band, with two opposite free ends, two free ends being fixed to the main body in a lengthwise direction of the main body; and a holding space, located between the band and the surface of the main body.

    2. The fitness hand-muscle developer defined in claim 1, wherein the main body includes a surface layer and an interior layer, the surface layer fully or partially covers the interior layer.

    3. The fitness hand-muscle developer defined in claim 2, wherein the surface layer and interior layer are made of different materials.

    4. The fitness hand-muscle developer defined in claim 2, wherein the surface layer and interior layer are formed in one.

    5. The fitness hand-muscle developer defined in claim 2, wherein a transverse section profile of the main body is a circle, a polygon or other geometric shapes.

    6. The fitness hand-muscle developer defined in claim 2, wherein the main body is made of fabrics, plastics, rubber, silica gel, polymers or other elastic materials.

    7. The fitness hand-muscle developer defined in claim 2, wherein the surface layer is rubber, the interior layer is silica gel.

    8. The fitness hand-muscle developer defined in claim 2, wherein the band is made of fabrics, plastics, rubber, silica gel, polymers or other elastic materials.

    9. The fitness hand-muscle developer defined in claim 2, wherein the band is fixed to the main body by stitching, gluing, heat fusion or fixing components.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

    [0026] As shown in FIGS. 2-4, the fitness hand-muscle developer 2 of the present invention comprises a main body 21, a band 22 fixed to main body 21 and a holding space 23 defined by band 22 and main body 21.

    [0027] The main body 21 appears as a rod, its transverse section profile is a circle, a polygon or other geometric shapes. In FIG. 2, the transverse section profile of main body is circular.

    [0028] The main body 21 can be made of fabrics, plastics, rubber, silica gel, polymers or other elastic materials.

    [0029] The main body 21 can be all made of one material or more than two materials. For example, main body 21 comprises a surface layer 211 and an interior layer 212. The surface layer 211 defines an inner space for holding the interior layer 212. The surface layer 211 covers the interior layer 212 completely, and it can cover the interior layer 212 partially. In the example, the surface layer 211 is rubber, the interior layer 212 is silica gel, there are excellent elastic compression and recovery effect in practice.

The band 22 has two opposite free ends, fixed to the main body 21 in the longitudinal direction of rod-like main body 21. The two opposite free ends are fixed to the surface of main body 21, and can be inserted in the main body 21 before they are fixed, so as to define the holding space 23 between band 22 and main body 21. The aforementioned band 22 can be fixed to the main body 21 by stitching, gluing, heat fusion or fixing components.

    [0032] In terms of usage mode, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6, the user can put the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger in the holding space 23 of fitness hand-muscle developer 2, the palm surrounds the main body 21, and the thumb is put on the surface of main body 21. Afterwards as shown in FIG. 7, the five fingers and palm bend towards the center of the palm, so as to compress the main body 21 of fitness hand-muscle developer 2, and then the five fingers and palm stretch outwards and relax, the main body 21 of fitness hand-muscle developer 2 expands due to its elasticity and recovers the shape before compression. The muscles of fingers and arms can be exercised and the finger joints and palm joints can be mobilized by the repeated motion.
