Abstract
The present invention relates to a household toy molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers comprising a frame, wheel rollers mounted on a frame, a transmission mechanism, a gear of the transmission mechanism connected to a gear of the upper roller and two gears occlusive together to drive the upper roller running then to drive the lower wheel roller for relative operation, wherein the two ends of the wheel roller are fixedly connected with the frame through a bearing; the lower wheel roller as an adjustable wheel roller is constituted by an outer roller, an adjustable wheel core and a bearing; the outer roller is arranged outside the bearing and the adjustable wheel core passes through the bearing center; both ends of the adjustable wheel core are connected to the frame with an adjustment knob connected with the adjustable wheel core arranged on the outside of the frame.
Claims
1. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers which comprises a frame, wheel rollers mounted on a frame, a transmission mechanism, a gear of the transmission mechanism being connected to a gear of the upper roller and two gears occlusive together to drive the upper roller running and upper roller driving the lower wheel roller for relative operation, wherein the two ends of the said wheel roller are fixedly connected with the frame through a bearing; the said lower wheel roller as an adjustable wheel roller is constituted by an outer roller, an adjustable wheel core and a bearing; the said outer roller is arranged outside the bearing and the adjustable wheel core passes through the bearing center; both ends of the adjustable wheel core are connected to the frame with an adjustment knob connected with the adjustable wheel core arranged on the outside of the frame.
2. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein the said adjustable wheel core is a mandrel whose both ends are eccentric shafts.
3. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein the said bearing is a unidirectional needle roller bearing which rotates in the opposite direction of the material feeding of the mode.
4. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein an adjustment dial is provided around the adjustment knob of the frame.

A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein the said mandrel is constituted by the main body portion and the both end portions; the said main body portion is cylindrical and the both end portions are smaller in diameter than the main body portion; the bearing mounting portion is provided at the end portions and the main body portion.
6. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 5, wherein the said end portions are two-third rounded cylinders having the mounting holes which are round holes cooperating with the cylinders.
7. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein the heating device inside the roller is connected with the external power source.

A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 7, wherein a rotating carbon brush is provided on the frame and the bearing, and the inner side of the rotary brush is connected with the heating device inside the roller while the outer side of the rotary brush is connected with the external power source by means of the connecting wires.
9. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 7, wherein the said heating devices connected to an external power source by means of a rotary carbon brush are provided inside the two rollers.

[0014] As shown, a molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers which comprises a frame 1, wheel rollers 2 and 3 mounted on a frame, a transmission mechanism, a gear of the transmission mechanism being connected to a gear of the upper roller and two gears occlusive together to drive the upper roller running and upper roller driving the lower wheel roller for relative operation, wherein the two ends of the said wheel roller are fixedly connected with the frame through a bearing; the said lower wheel roller 3 as an adjustable wheel roller is constituted by an outer roller 21, an adjustable wheel core 22 and a bearing 23; the said outer roller is arranged outside the bearing and the adjustable wheel core passes through the bearing center; both ends of the adjustable wheel core are connected to the frame with an adjustment knob connected with the adjustable wheel core arranged on the outside of the frame. Adopting the way of rotation of a single roll and driving the rotation of auxiliary wheel, the method is simple and practical by simply adjusting the up-and-down motion of the lower roller to meet the needs of the distance change between the two rollers.
[0015] In order to achieve the function of heating, the heating device inside the roller is connected with the external power source; a rotating carbon brush is provided on the frame and the bearing, and the inner side of the rotary brush is connected with the heating device inside the roller while the outer side of the rotary brush is connected with the external power source by means of the connecting wires. The function of hot stamping and other multifunction can be achieved by heating the molds with the technical solution above mentioned.
