DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT(S)
[0078] Referring to
[0079] The upper support 2 includes an upper main disc 21, the upper auxiliary disc 22, the upper support rod 23, the upper connecting rod 24 and the shaft rod 25. One end of the plural upper support rod 23 is articulated on the upper main disc 21 and the other end is used to support the desktop fabric 1. Specifically, four to eight upper support rods 23 are radially distributed on the upper main disc 21, and the upper support rod 23 is planar to support the desktop fabric 1. This example has six support rods 23. It can support a six-sided desktop. The larger the number of supporting rods, the better the tautness of the desktop. The corresponding number of upper connecting rods 24 are articulated at one end on the upper support rod 23 and at the other end on the upper and auxiliary discs 22.
[0080] The axle bar 25 is locked onto the upper and auxiliary discs 22 and penetrates through the reserved holes of the upper main disc 21 downwardly to form a solid relationship. A locking sleeve 4 is arranged between the upper main disc 21 and the axle bar 25. With the help of the locking sleeve 4, the upper main disc 21 is locked in the design position of the axle bar 25, and the desktop fabric 1 can be tightened. That is to say, the upper main disc 21 slides upwardly along the shaft bar 25, pushes the upper support bar 23 apart, and extends the upper main disc 21 relatively downward when the shaft rod 25 is opened.
[0081] The lower support part 3 includes the lower main disc 31, the lower auxiliary disc 32, the lower support rod 33, the lower connecting rod 34 and the guide pipe 35. The end of the plural lower support rod 33 is articulated on the lower main disc 31, and the corresponding number of lower connecting rods 34 is articulated on the lower support rod 33 at one end and on the lower auxiliary disc 32 at the other end; specifically, four to six lower support rods 33 are radially distributed on the lower main disc 31, and the end lock is inherently grounded. The plastic part 331 is used to increase the contact surface with the ground. In this example, the lower support rod 33 is four in number, which can balance the support to the desktop and remain stable on the ground.
[0082] The guide pipe 35 is locked in the through hole 311 of the lower main disc and passes through the reserved hole of the lower auxiliary disc, that is to say, it keeps the upper end of the guide pipe 35 connected with the through hole 311 and provides for the insertion of the shaft rod 25. When the lower support rod 33 is opened in place, the guide pipe 35 still extends out of the lower auxiliary disc 32 to form the direction of restraint and folding. Furthermore, the guide pipe 35 has a closed bottom or a pin horizontally arranged to support the inserted shaft rod 25 lower end.
[0083] The upper support part 2 and the lower support part 3 are separate structures. The upper support part 2 is opened and folded independently of the lower part. The upper support part 2 is inserted into the guide tube 35 of the lower support part through the shaft rod 25 to form a positioning relationship between them. No additional positioning is needed. The upper support part 2 cannot rotate around the guide tube 35 to increase the usefulness. At the same time, the design height of the desktop is more flexible. Only the shaft rod 25 or the lower support part 35 needs to be changed. The length of the guide pipe 35 is enough.
[0084] In this design, the relative area of the desktop is large, and a supporting disc 26 is also arranged on the upper and auxiliary disc 22. The upper end face of the supporting disc 26 is higher than the plane of the tightened desktop fabric 1 for less than 3 cm which forms a support beneath the center of the desktop fabric 1 to prevent any collapse.
[0085] Further, the axle 25 fixed on the upper auxiliary disc 22 is extended upwardly. An umbrella 5 is inserted at the upper end of the axle rod, and a manual clamp 6 for fastening is arranged at the insertion part of the umbrella rod 51 and the axle rod 25. Manual clamp 6 is locked at the end of umbrella rod 51. The upper end of shaft rod 25 is inserted in the manual clamp 6. Alternatively, the manual clamp 6 can be locked at one side of shaft rod. The upper end of the shaft rod 25 is fixed with a core shaft section 251. The core shaft section 251 is inserted into the umbrella rod 51 to form a staggered connection with the manual clamp 6, which reduces the transverse force of the manual clamp 6 where thereby the connecting part can withstand greater wind force as shown in

[0089] The present folding table with umbrella is more suitable for outdoor use. If there is no need for shelter, the installation proceeds without the umbrella, and it does not affect the normal use of folding table. Because sunshade needs a larger area of shade and the height in use, the folded height of the umbrella is still the highest among the three parts. According to the design standard, the height of the supporting design shaft rod 25 should be equivalent, as shown in
