Abstract
A heated massaging joint brace comprising a brace structure and a first material. A plurality of massaging elements are disposed on an interior of the first material. A heating element is further disposed on the interior of the first material. A power source is operably coupled to the heating element and the plurality of massaging elements. A controller is disposed on an exterior of the brace structure. The controller can control the speed of the massaging elements and the heat of the heating element. The heated massaging brace can be attached to a wearer to heat and massage the area covered by the brace.
Claims
1) A heated massaging brace, comprising: a brace structure comprising a first material and at least one brace attached thereto; at least one heating element disposed on an interior of the brace structure; a plurality of massaging elements disposed on the interior of the brace structure.
2) The heated massaging brace of claim 1, wherein the massaging elements are vibrators.
3) The heated massaging brace of claim 1, wherein the massaging elements are rollers.
4) The heated massaging brace of claim 1, wherein the brace structure has a second material creating a channel for the at least one heating element and the plurality of massaging elements.
5) The heated massaging brace of claim 1, further comprising a controller located on an exterior of the brace.
6) The heated massaging brace of claim 5, wherein the controller controls the temperature of the at least one heating element.
7) The heated massaging brace of claim 5, wherein the controller controls the speed of the plurality of massaging elements.
8) The heated massaging brace of claim 1, further comprising a power source.
9) The heated massaging brace of claim 8, wherein the power source is a rechargeable battery.
10) A heated massaging brace, comprising: a brace structure comprising a first material and at least one brace attached thereto; a plurality of heating elements disposed on an interior of the brace structure; wherein the plurality of heating elements are disposed to run the length of the brace; a plurality of massaging elements are disposed on the interior of the brace structure; wherein the plurality of massaging elements are configured to be heated.
11) The heated massaging brace of claim 10, wherein the massaging elements are vibrators.
12) The heated massaging brace of claim 10, wherein the massaging elements are rollers.
13) The heated massaging brace of claim 10, wherein the brace structure has a second material that provides a layer in between a person's skin and the at least one heating element and the plurality of massaging elements.
14) The heated massaging brace of claim 10, further comprising a controller located on an exterior of the brace.
15) The heated massaging brace of claim 14, where in the controller controls the temperature of the at least one heating element.
16) The heated massaging brace of claim 14, wherein the controller controls the speed of the plurality of massaging elements.
17) The heated massaging brace of claim 10, further comprising a power source.
18) The heated massaging brace of claim 17, wherein the power source is a rechargeable battery.

For the purposes of presenting a brief and clear description of the present invention, a preferred embodiment will be discussed as used for the heating massage brace. [0030] In one embodiment the brace also includes at least one infrared light 605. The infrared light is configured to shine into the interior of the brace. The infrared light 605 is connected to the controller 602 and the power source 601. In embodiment the controller is further configured to activate the infrared light 605. In another embodiment the infrared light is configured to be activated when the massaging element 604 is activated. In yet a further embodiment the infrared light 605 is configured to be activated when the heating element 603 is activated.
