PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0069] In light of the aforementioned figures, and according to the adopted numbering, we can observe how the first practical embodiment of the toilet bowl with foot support for multipurpose use (see FIGS. 1-4, 9-14, and 29-37), is essentially based on a toilet bowl (1), with two lateral foot supports (3), which make up the same single body, fabricated with the same mold and material (porcelain, resin, stainless steel, etc.).
[0070] Said foot supports (3) are positioned approximately 10 centimeters from the mouth of the toilet bowl (1), which allows use in the squatting positions, as shown in FIGS. 30 to 37, either resting the buttocks on the mouth of the bowl, FIGS. 31, 33, 35 and 37; or without resting the buttocks on the mouth of the bowl, FIGS. 30, 32, 34 and 36. Said foot supports (3) preferably have a ridge (5) that increases the support of the foot and the stability of the user.
[0071] The toilet bowl (1) of the first model has two cylindrical openings (4) on both sides of the front part, to connect a folding handle (7), to facilitate the use of the invention (See FIGS. 1-4). More specifically, said folding handle (7) has two connection rods (8) to be inserted into said cylindrical openings (4) of the toilet bowl (1), so that the cylindrical tube pre-formed into a U shape (9) is assembled to said connection rods (8) with a screw (10) and is affixed to the toilet bowl with foot support for multipurpose use of the first model (1), (see FIGS. 9-14). In addition, the folding handle (7) preferably has two holding stops (11) at each one of the ends of the cylindrical tube pre-formed in a U shape (9), made of a strong, elastic material (such as rubber, neoprene, silicone, etc.) to serve as an end stop with the edge of the mouth of the toilet bowl (1) and to secure the elevated position of the folding handle (7) when it is used. Such that, when said folding handle (7) is lifted towards the toilet bowl with foot support for multipurpose use of the first model (1), for use, (see FIGS. 13 and 14), said holding stops (11) press the folding handle (7) with said toilet bowl (1), such that the folding handle (7) is supported for use, as shown in FIGS. 34 and 35.
[0072] According to the second practical embodiment that the invention proposes, FIGS. 5-8, 15-21 and 38-46, it is essentially based on a modified toilet bowl (2), in which two series of openings (6) have been made, on each side of said modified toilet bowl (2), as shown in FIGS. 5-8, to insert in each one of said openings (6) with a semi-cylindrical and rectangular parallelepiped shape, the solid pre-formed bars (13) with the same geometric shape, and which, together, will make up the two foot support platforms (12) of said second model of the invention. Such that in this second preferred embodiment of the invention, each one of the foot supports (3) of the first invention (1) is replaced by a set of solid pre-formed bars (13) with a semi-cylindrical and rectangular parallelepiped shape, of different sizes (letters from a to i), which, after being inserted, depending on their position with respect to the geometry of the mouth of the modified toilet bowl (2), into the openings (6) with semi-cylindrical and rectangular parallelepiped shape, when each one of the solid pre-formed bars (13) is inserted by the inserted end (14) into the corresponding opening (6) with the same geometric shape, they form the foot support platforms (12), as shown in FIGS. 15-23.
[0073] Said solid pre-formed bars (13) are preferably coated on the top external plane of the parallelepiped, for the foot support platform, with a non-slip material (15).
[0074] Such that both sets of pre-formed bars (13), each of which makes up one of the two foot support platforms (12), are positioned, as with the first model of the invention (1) and its two foot supports (3), approximately 10 centimeters from mouth of the modified toilet bowl (2), allowing use in the squatting position, as shown in FIGS. 39-46. Said modified toilet bowl (2) also has two cylindrical openings (4) on both sides of its front part, for the incorporation of the folding handle (7), which functions in the identical manner to the first model (1) of the preferred embodiment described above, as shown by its position of use in FIGS. 43 and 44.
[0075] In addition, in both models of the toilet bowl with support for the feet for multipurpose use (1) and (2), for more practical, safe, and effective use, one or more complementary wall handles (16) may be incorporated. Said handle is preferably made up of a cylindrical tube (17), preferably made of metal, to facilitate disinfection, which is anchored to the wall/s of the compartment through the hole/s (19) that comprise the plates (18) welded to said cylindrical tube (17) at each one of its ends (see FIGS. 26-28). Such that, there are multiple combinations offered by said complementary fixed grab bar (16), depending on the number of handles and the compartment in which the invention is installed. In one practical exemplary embodiment of the invention, the complementary fixed grab bar (16) is installed on the rear wall, with respect to the invention, positioned with a horizontal orientation, to provide greater stability to the user in the inverted squat toilet position, as shown in the embodiments presented in FIGS. 32-33 and 41-42, of both models (1) and (2), respectively. Likewise, said complementary fixed grab bar may be installed on the side wall/s of the compartment, with respect to the invention, preferably in the vertical position, fulfilling the same objectives of stability as those described earlier, as shown in the exemplary embodiments presented in FIGS. 36-37 and 45-46, of both models (1) and (2), respectively.
