DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0026] The present invention is exemplified below in detail by referring to Embodiment 1 and Embodiment 2 and their accompanying drawings
Embodiment 1
[0027] One of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention is illustrated below in
[0028] A gas stove equipped with an anti-dry-burning device comprises an anti-dry-burning device and a gas cooker equipped with a flameout protection device. The anti-dry-burning device is arranged at the central position of a combustor of the gas stove and is fixed on the gas stove. The anti-dry-burning device comprises a temperature controller 1, a temperature controller insulating base 2, a spring 3, an anti-dry-burning probe body 4 and an anti-dry-burning probe base 5. The temperature controller is a bimetal thermostat. The temperature controller is serially connected between an inductive probe of the gas cooker flameout protection device and a gas solenoid valve. The inductive probe of the gas cooker flameout protection device may be a thermocouple, or an ion sensor needle, which is matched with the flameout protection device.
[0029] The temperature controller insulating base is columnar, and is equipped with a temperature sensor mounting groove 2.1 at the top, a spring positioning boss 2.2 at the bottom and a temperature controller lead outlet hole 2.3 at the central position. A hollow cavity 4.1 for receiving the temperature controller and the temperature controller insulating base is arranged at the upper part of the anti-dry-burning probe body, and a spring receiving cavity 4.2 is arranged at the lower part of the anti-dry-burning probe body. The anti-dry-burning probe body comprises a top cover 4.3, an upper probe shell 4.4 and a lower probe shell 4.5. The top cover and the upper probe shell are integrated into one piece. The lower probe shell is provided with a limiting flange 4.6 at its bottom. A spring mounting cavity 5.1 is arranged at the upper part of the anti-dry-burning probe base. A temperature controller lead protective tube 5.2 is arranged at the lower part of the anti-dry-burning probe base. A limiting flange 5.3 is arranged at the top of the anti-dry-burning probe base. A welding structure 4.7 is adopted at the connection site of the upper probe shell and the lower probe shell to enclose the temperature controller and the temperature controller insulating base in the anti-dry-burning probe body.
[0030] Depending on the specific structure of the gas stove, the anti-dry-burning device can be fixed at the bottom of the combustor of the gas stove, or on the bottom shell of the gas stove through the lead protective tube of temperature controller at the lower part of the anti-dry-burning device by a pipe clamp and a bracket.
[0031] As shown in
Embodiment 2
[0032] As shown in
[0033] As shown in
[0034] In the aforementioned embodiments, the spring mounting cavity at the upper part of the anti-dry-burning probe base and the temperature controller lead protective tube at the lower part of the anti-dry-burning probe base can have a welding structure therebetween and can also be an integrated structure; and the welding structure or the riveting structure on the anti-dry-burning probe body is formed after the anti-dry-burning device is assembled.
[0035] The aforementioned embodiments are intended to be exemplary rather than limiting, and all modifications and changes that fall within the spirit of the invention are intended to be covered by the appended claims.
