Claims

1) A Children's flexible hand Paddle like (also known as wand like) Bubble Maker with Bubble Dispenser tray Blister Package used for dipping the Paddle in bubble making solution before creating bubbles by using the paddle comprising: a stick to hold paddle, said stick removable or permanently attached to paddle; a paddle removably or permanently attached to stick, said paddle having holes in various locations on the plain of the paddle, each said hole creating a diaphragm like opening to the ambient; a Bubble Dispenser tray which is also is the Blister packaging or part thereof, used for storage, product display and also used, when using the paddle, the tray is used for dipping the Paddle in bubble making solution located within the tray before creating bubbles by using the paddle to create said bubbles; bubble making solution which is dispensed into the bubble dispenser tray and blister package prior to use for making bubbles;

2) The invention of claim 1, wherein the bubble making solution is created by mixing in the dispenser tray the bubble making ingredients concentrate that can come with the paddle and dispenser with the suitable amount of water needed to form the bubble making solution.

3) The invention of claim 1, wherein said stick is made of plastic.

4) The invention of claim 1, wherein said paddle is made of plastic.

5) The invention of claim 1, wherein said diaphragm like openings are oval, circular, or tennis racket shaped.

6) The invention of claim 1, wherein the invention is additional comprised of certain components including one or more of the following: Header Card and/or blister card; Plastic wand with character or generic die cut; Plastic seal cover; Character or generic shaped tray; Bubble mixture in its own sealed packet.

7) The invention of claim 1, wherein the paddle, and/or tray, and/or other component(s) may be character shaped.

8) The assembly method for putting together certain components of the invention in at least one embodiment comprises the following steps as follows: Plastic wand (Paddle and stick) slides through hole in blister card, header card; Plastic seal cover is heat sealed to tray; Plastic wand and header or blister card is attached to seal cover and tray.

9) One method for use of the invention comprises the following steps: a user grasps the stick attached to the paddle and dips the paddle in the tray filled with bubble making solution, then lifts the paddle which now contains bubble making solution draped across the diaphragm openings of the holes, and moves the paddle across the ambient in a motion causing the air movement through the diaphragm and on the bubble making solution to form bubbles in the air.
