[0051] Throughout the specification, when a certain component is comprising or including a certain element, it does not mean to exclude other elements, but means to include other components, unless specifically stated otherwise. In addition, the term . . . member described in the specification may refer to a unit that processes at least one function or operation. Further, the term a or an and similar related words may be understood to include singular and plural unless specifically instructed or explicitly refuted in the present application.

[0052] At the same time, specific terms used in the embodiments of the present application are used to facilitate to understand the present application, and include all terms used herein, including technical or scientific terms unless otherwise defined, and have the same meaning as that of a general understanding of those skilled in the art. Such specific terms may be changed to other ways without departing from the technical idea of the present application.

[0053] FIG. 2 is a view showing a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0054] Referring to FIG. 2, a cosmetic container comprises: a main body 100, for providing a space for holding materials 200; and a knob member 300, arranged on one side of the main body 100 and used for raising or lowering the materials; wherein the knob member 300 is configured to be capable of raising and lowering.

[0055] The main body 100 may comprise: a lower body 110, for holding the materials; and an upper body 130, arranged to be capable of combining with the lower body 110.

[0056] The knob member 300 may rotate. More specifically, the materials 200 raises when the knob member 300 rotates in a first direction, and the materials 200 lowers when the knob member 300 rotates in a second direction.

[0057] Therefore, when a user wants to use the materials 200 contained in the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present application, the knob member 300 is rotated in the first direction to raise the materials 200. After using raised materials 200, the knob member is rotated in the second direction to lower the materials 200.

[0058] On one hand, the knob member 300 may be disposed on one side of the lower body 110, and more specifically, may be disposed on a bottom surface of the lower body 110.

[0059] As described above, the knob member 300 may be configured to be capable of raising and lowering.

[0060] When the user uses the materials contained in the cosmetic container, the knob member 300 may rotate while rising to a state protruding from the lower body 110.

[0061] After the user has used the materials contained in the cosmetic container, the knob member 300 cannot rotate when it is lowered to a state inserting into the lower body 110.

[0062] Referring to FIG. 3, the use example based on the states of the knob member 300 will be described in more detail.

[0063] On one hand, the configuration position of the knob member 300 as described above is only an example for convenience of description, which is not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and the user may modify the position of the knob member 300 in various ways according to needs.

[0064] FIGS. 3 (a) and 3(b) are views showing a bottom surface of a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0065] Referring to FIG. 3, the bottom surface 111 of the lower body 110 of the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present application may include: a knob member 300 for raising or lowering the materials, and an instructor 113 disposed on at least one side of the main body and used to instruct a direction of movement of the knob member 300.

[0066] The knob member 300 can be moved up and down in a vertical direction, and can be rotated to protrude toward the bottom surface 111 of the lower body 110.

[0067] As described above, when the knob member 300 rotates in one direction, the materials can be raised or lowered. When the knob member 300 is inserted in a same plane with the bottom surface 111, the knob member 300 cannot rotate because there is no portion that applies a rotational force from the outside.

[0068] That is, when the user uses the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present application, he/she applies a rotational force to the knob member 300 in one direction after the knob member 300 raises, so as to raise the materials. After using the cosmetic container, the user applies a rotation force to the knob member 300 in another direction, so as to lower the materials. The knob member 300 is inserted into the lower body 110 so that the upper surface of the knob member 300 is flush with the bottom surface thereof 111.

[0069] For example, a pressure may be applied to the knob member 300 from a direction opposite to a direction vector from the outside to the bottom surface 111. When the pressure is applied for the first time, the knob member 300 raises in a manner protruding from the lower body 110, and when pressure is applied again, the knob member 300 lowers to insert inside the lower body 110.

[0070] However, this is only an example for convenience of explanation. The knob member 300 according to an embodiment of the present application only needs to protrude from the lower body 110 when in use, and insert into the lower body 110 after use. The user can perform various deformations on the raising and lowering action of the knob member 300 according to needs, which is not intended to limit the scope of the present application.

[0071] On the one hand, the user can understand the rotation of the knob member 300 and the directions of raising and lowering the materials according to the instructor 113 disposed on at least one side of the main body and used to instruct the direction of movement of the knob member 300.

[0072] FIG. 4 is a view showing a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present application.

[0073] Referring to FIG. 4, the upper body 130 of the cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present application may include: an upper cover portion 313; a powder puff portion 133 for holding a powder puff; and a connecting portion 135 with one end detachable from the powder puff portion 133 and another end detachable from the lower body 110.

[0074] The powder puff portion 133 has the following effects: applying the materials 200 to the skin of the user, and then applying pressure on the materials applied to the skin, thereby enabling more uniform application.

[0075] More specifically, when applying solid materials 200 to a non-planar skin of the user, it is difficult to adhere to the skin at 100%, or uniformly apply to all parts of the skin, therefore, there will be a difference in the amount and thickness of the application on different skin areas, resulting in unnatural tops.

[0076] However, the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present application further includes a powder puff portion 133, thereby achieving an effect that materials can be applied more evenly without applying an additional brush, etc.

[0077] In addition, the powder puff portion 133 may include a powder puff 1331 and a powder puff holding portion 1333. The powder puff 1331 can be detachable from the powder puff holding portion 1333. The user can purchase a powder puff separately to replace a powder puff 1331 contaminated during use, so as to improve user convenience.

[0078] At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, a connection protruding portion 1351 protruding from the connecting portion 135 at a predetermined height is disposed on a bottom surface of the powder puff holding portion 1333 by an insertion way, so that the powder puff portion 133 can be detached from the connecting portion 135.

[0079] FIG. 4 shows that the powder puff 1331 can not only be detached from the powder puff holding portion 1333, but also can be configured to form an integrated body with the power puff holding portion 1333. The powder puff portion 133 itself can be detached from the connecting portion 135 for free replacement by the user.

[0080] However, this is only an example for convenience of description. The user can make various modifications to the replacement method of the powder puff portion 133 according to needs, which is not intended to limit the scope of the present application.

[0081] FIG. 5 is a view showing a cross section of a holding portion according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0082] Referring to FIG. 5, the cross section of the holding portion according to an embodiment of the present application is streamlined.

[0083] More specifically, the main body has a cross section of a symmetrical shape with a center line as a reference, and has a radius of curvature gradually increasing from a center of a section to an end thereof, wherein the center of a section has a constant radius of curvature.

[0084] As shown in FIG. 5, the cross section of the holding portion according to an embodiment of the present application can be roughly divided into 4 regions including a first region S1 and a second region S2 on an upper part with a horizontal line X-X as a reference, and a third region S3 and a fourth region S4 on a lower part with a horizontal line X-X as a reference.

[0085] The first region S1 is symmetrical to the fourth region S4 with the horizontal line X-X as a reference.

[0086] The second region S2 is symmetrical to the third region S3 with the horizontal line X-X as a reference.

[0087] The first region S1 and the fourth region S4 has a radius of curvature gradually increasing to an end thereof, and an edge is formed at an intersection of the first region S1 and the fourth region S4.

[0088] Therefore, the user can apply materials to the skin in a variety of shapes from wide surfaces to sharp corners.

[0089] A person's face has a curved surface with multiple protruding surfaces instead of a flat surface, especially a nose. Wide portions of the first region S1 and the fourth region S4 of the holding portion according to an embodiment of the present application can be applied materials to a wide portion of the nose, and the narrow portions at ends of the first region S1 and the fourth region S4 can be applied materials to a narrow portion of the nose, thereby achieving a more three-dimensional application of materials.

[0090] The description in the specification shows the best mode of the present application, provides examples to indicate the present application, and enables those skilled in the art to make and use the present application. Regarding the specification, specific terms used herein do not limit the present application.

[0091] Therefore, although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the above examples, it will be possible for those skilled in the art to modify, alteration, and vary the examples without departing from the scope of the present application. In short, it should be noted that in order to achieve the desired effect of the present application, it is not necessary to include all the functional blocks illustrated in the drawings or execute in an order shown in the drawings. Even if it is not, it falls within the scope described in claims.
