FOLDABLE SLEEPER SOFA WITH HIGH FEET

Abstract

A foldable sleeper sofa with high feet comprises a sofa body, a sofa bed frame and a reinforcing cross rod, which are connected together to form a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet. The two ends of the reinforcing cross rod are connected with two sides of the sofa bed frame, and the reinforcing cross rod is provided below the head part of the sofa bed frame or the neck. The sofa bed frame comprises a headrest rod, a bed frame rod, a first connecting rod assembly, a second connecting rod assembly, and a rod combination assembly. The headrest rod is rotatably connected to the bed frame rod on both sides, and the first connecting rod assembly and the second connecting rod assembly are located under the bed frame tube. The rod combination assembly is composed of multiple rods, each of which is detachably connected to the bed frame rod.

Claims

1. A foldable sleeper sofa with high feet comprising: a sofa body, a sofa bed frame and a reinforcing cross rod, the sofa body, the sofa bed frame and the reinforcing cross rod are connected together to form a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet, two sides of the reinforcing cross rod are connected with two sides of the sofa bed frame, wherein the reinforcing cross rod is provided below a head part of the sofa bed frame or a neck of a laying human body.

2. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 1, wherein sofa feet are under the sofa body and a height of sofa feet is 10-14 cm.

The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 2, wherein the sofa bed frame comprises a headrest rod, a bed frame rod, a first connecting rod assembly, a second connecting rod assembly and a rod combination assembly, two ends of the headrest rod are connected to the bed frame rods in returnable connection, the first and second connecting assemblies are respectively arranged under the bed frame rods, the rod combination assembly is composed of a plurality of short rods, each short rod is connected to the bed frame removably.

The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 3, wherein a riveting plate is provided at a bottom of the first connecting rod assembly and a bottom of the bottom mounting plate, the riveting plate is a connection place for a swivel point after being folded, a first connecting rod is connected to the bottom mounting plate. The a lower end of the first connecting rod is connected to a lower end of a limit plate for changing the limit position after being folded, the second connecting rod assembly is the same as the first connecting rod assembly.

5. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 3, wherein the rod combination assembly and the bed frame rod are respectively connected by a form of a male-female connection or a screw connection.

The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 4, wherein the bed frame rod comprises a plurality of short rods, the short rod has a male end or a female end, an internal diameter of the female end is greater than the external diameter of the male end, and the male end is inserted into the female end.

7. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 6, wherein the male end is provided on the short rod by welding or stamping and the outer diameter of the male end is smaller than the outer diameter of the short rod.

8. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 6, wherein the male end is formed by shrinking the rod at one end.

9. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 7, wherein the male end is fixed by screws after being inserted into the female end.

10. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claims 2, wherein two ends of the reinforcing cross rod are respectively connected with the bed frame rods on both sides.

The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 1, wherein the sofa bed frame is provided with a sofa bed fabric assemble, the sofa bed fabric assembly comprises a sofa bed fabric, a sleeve area and a cross bar, the sofa bed fabric is tiled on the entire sofa bed frame, a middle part of the sofa bed fabric is a fold, and a lower part of the fold is S-shaped to form a sleeve area, the cross bar is arranged in the sleeve area, a width of the sleeve area is larger than a diameter of the cross bar, the sleeve area is rotated with the cross bar as a center to achieve tightness of the sofa bed fabric during folding the sofa bed fabric.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0027] As shown in FIGS. 1-3, a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet comprises a sofa body, a sofa bed frame, and a reinforcing cross rod (7). The sofa body and the sofa bed frame are connected together to form a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet. The two ends of the reinforcing cross rod (7) are connected with of the sofa bed frame respectively, the reinforcing cross rod is provided at a location where is below the head part of the sofa bed frame or the neck of a sleeping human body. The purpose of moving the reinforcing cross rod (7) backwards mainly considers the consumer's feelings in actual use. The improvement can greatly improve the consumer's comfort during use. Sleeping comfortably, the quality of sleep will be improved, and people will be healthier.
