Abstract
This consists of a system capable of integrating all the control, supervision and monitoring functions of power transformers (2) equipped with on-load tap changers bringing benefits such as design simplifications, manufacturing simplifications, reductions in manufacturing costs, optimization and reduction of maintenance costs, and increased reliability of the transformer, which is promoted to the category of intelligent transformer, ready for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Smart Grids.
Claims
1) INTEGRATED CONTROL, SUPERVISION AND MONITORING SYSTEM FOR POWER TRANSFORMERS EQUIPPED WITH ON-LOAD TAP CHANGERS, characterized by integrating into a single enclosure (1) all the control, supervision and monitoring functions of power transformers (2) equipped with on-load tap changers, including the components (14) of the on-load changer drive mechanism such as the electric motor, the mechanical gears, the electric switches driven by cams, the control circuit and connectors, and also including in this enclosure (1) all the supervision, control and monitoring devices (11 and 12) of the transformer, such as the power and control components of the forced cooling fans/pumps, the electronic devices for online monitoring of the state of the transformer, the electronic devices for controlling the on-load changer, the automatic voltage regulation and parallel operation control of the transformers and connectors of the auxiliary protection and supervision devices of the transformer and the secondary current transformers; by the enclosure (3) of the changer mechanism to be used as the basis for the manufacturing of the integrated enclosure (1), but whose external door (7) possesses additional depth (8) which allows for the installation of an internal door (9) on whose front and back faces are installed the devices, connectors and all the supervision, control and monitoring devices (11 and 12) of the transformer; the integrated enclosure (1) possesses a rear panel (13) in its interior which provides support for the normal original devices (14) of the enclosure (3) of the changer mechanism, in addition to the other devices (15) and connectors (16).
