    Description

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0029] In this detailed description, the preferred embodiment of precursor (feed additive agent) providing enhancement of eating glycogenic-lipogenic precursor eating eagerness of cows of postpartum period and sheep of flushing period and production method of said precursor have been described in a manner not forming any restrictive effect and only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.

[0030] Invention relates to precursor used for prevention of hypocalcaemia in lactating cows and sheep production enterprises, reduction of negative energy balance in early postpartum period and shortening this period, enhancement of pregnancy rate and enhancement of flushing effectiveness in sheep, and method for production of said precursor. The most important feature of the invention is that said precursor is pelletized and put into feed format.

[0031] Hormonal profile, growth of foetus, start of birth starts dominantly during last 21st of pregnancy. Flushing application in sheep (mainly wheat feeding) starts in last 3 weeks of pregnancy and continues during initial 3 weeks of lactation (lactation phase). Similar application is conducted in insemination period too.

[0032] Fertility success starts 21 days before birth due to above mentioned reasons (dry period) and continues 30 days after birth (lactation stage). The production method disclosed under invention is capable to produce feed additive agents easy to be consumed thanks to its pellet form that can be used for cows and sheep before and after birth.

[0033] Formulation of Feed Additive Agent of the Invention:

TABLE-US-00001 By weight quantities Content that can be used (%) Propylene glycol .sup.17-18 Bypass fat 27.5-28 CaCl.sub.2 .sup.4-5 MgO 1.5-2 Bran 43.5-44 Molasses syrup 4.5-5 Propylene glycol: Glycogenic preliminary agent. Bypass fat: Lipogenic agent. Bran: Used as hardening and shape giving agent. MgO: Functions as buffer. CaCl.sub.2: Is used as hardener. Molasses syrup: Is used as gluing agent and provides stick of active agents in bran frame.

[0034] Method for Production of Feed Additive Agent in Pellet form for use in Early Lactating Cows and Sheep Post-Lambing: [0035] a) Propylene glycol in powder form, bypass fat, CaCl.sub.2 and MgO are mixed in a container until they become homogenous, [0036] b) Bran is added to the obtained mixture and mixing is continued until powder-bran distribution becomes homogenous [0037] (Homogenization process with bran is conducted for 10 minutes) [0038] c) Molasses syrup of fluid-semi hard form is absorbed into the mixture and the obtained product becomes sticky particulate form. [0039] (Said absorbing process is conducted for 10 minutes) [0040] d) The product is brought into pellet form by physical force for 5 minutes by heating occurring in pellet machine naturally.

[0041] Feed additive gent that can be used during pre-birth period of cows and sheep can be obtained by adding NH.sub.4Cl in procedure step a of above mentioned production method.

[0042] Formulation of feed additive agent that can be used in pre-birth period of cows and sheep:

TABLE-US-00002 By weight quantities Content that can be used (%) Propylene glycol 10-12 Bypass fat 10-12 CaCl.sub.2 5-6 MgO 0.5-2.sup. Bran 55.5-60.sup. Molasses syrup 4-5 NH.sub.4Cl 8-10 NH.sub.4Cl: It both provides contribution to acidity of ratio and increases protein level.

[0043] During phases of production of feed additive agents to be used during post and pre-birth period of cows and sheep, It should be noticed that moisture rates of powder products are maintained and all mixing procedures are continued until mixture gains a homogenous form.
