DETAILED DESCRIPTION
(8) Detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiment are provided herein. It is to be understood, however, that the present invention may be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure or manner.
(9) Jacket is a garment that can help you withstand the cold, wind, and snow or rain. It contains thick insulation so that your body stays warm even when not in motion. The thinner insulated layers are often part of an integrated system of layers, to give the user ultimate discretion in warmth and perspiration management when used during winter activities.
(10) A good winter jacket needs to keep you and the insulation dry and should have a waterproof/breathable outer shell. Besides being functional in a cold environment, these jackets also tend to have a longer cut and more attention to how they will look on casual or more formal occasions. In contrast to their lightweight counterparts used for cold weather sports, casual models often include many more features that add to their comfort and livability, since weight is not a primary consideration.
(11) With all the requirements and sky-high prices how much these jackets are as per the requirements. Wearing the jacket at the top can be uneasy when it doesn't fit well. Currently there are standard UtilityJackets and Vests (without memory foam inserts) in the fashion marketplace. Primary use of any jacket is to form a protective outer covering for the end user, but what if it doesn't go well with your body. Here the problem is resolved with the usage of memory foam in the jacket/vest. What is a memory foam? Memory foam was first designed in the mid-1960s for NASA airplane seats; memory foam is made from a substance called viscoelastic. It is both highly energy absorbent and soft. Memory foam molds to the body in response to heat and pressure, evenly distributing body weight. It then returns to its original shape once you remove the pressure.
(12) In addition to protecting against impact, these properties make memory foam very comfortable. After its virgin flight for NASA, memory foam made a foray into other applications. For example, it was used as cushioning in helmets and shoes. Medicine found a use for it in prosthetics and products to prevent pressure ulcers such as seating pads for people who are severely disabled.
(13) Then, memory foam really took off. It's now well known for its use in pillows, mattress pads, and mattresses, which come in different densities and depths. When you wear the garments using the memory foam, the heat from your body softens it in appropriate points, and this helps to support your body along the curves and natural lines of the body. Memory foam manufacturers claim this helps relieve muscles and pain and thereby promotes more restful and comfort vibes.
(14) Memory foam is now an already used technology that has provided greater support for individuals wearing bra's, undergarments, shoes, and mattresses before. There are potential uses of memory foam that is not realized in jacket/vest form of clothing.
(15) Referring to Undergarment with memory foam insert U.S. Pat. No. 7,731,564 B2, disclosed is a use of a memory foam insert in bras, camisoles, shorts, and briefs. The memory foam insert is designed to limit and prevent the bouncing motion through the breast and gluteal area during rigorous athletic activity. The invention conforms and molds itself to the individual's shape and figure, thereby allowing for a comfortable and secure fit.
(16) Similarly referring to the patent technology of Composite memory foam and uses as of US Pat. Pub. No. 2012/0316254 A1. The invention relates to composite memory foam and its uses in the manufacture of mattresses, pillows and other body supports. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing mattresses, pillows and other body support from composite memory foam. The composite memory foam includes a polyurethane foam and granules of a polyurethane polymer embedded in the polyurethane foam.
(17) Keeping in view the utility of jackets and vests and every individual's shape and size, these jackets are designed to provide comfort to every level. Its memory foam technology embedded in the collar and along back makes, it best fit as per the consumer size.
(18) In one embodiment of the invention, higher-density memory foam softens in reaction to body heat, allowing it to mold to a warm body in a few minutes. The foam is temperature sensitive, so it tends to sink more as the body temperature warms it up. Very quickly, it molds to the wearer's unique contours. As the foam sinks as per each person's body, shape the body is always perfectly supported and shoulders, neck and the spine remain straight. The weight is spread more evenly, and the pressure is relieved on places like your shoulders and back.
(19) In additional embodiment of the invention the people who will wear the jacket will find great relieve in the reduction of the symptoms of problems such as backpain and arthritis. If you change position or turn over, the mattress gradually molds to your new shape
(20) In another embodiment of the invention the memory foam can be removed during dry cleaning for its durability and long life. The memory foam can be removed and installed easily and thus this jacket provides an enduring support to its wearer.
(21) Along with this, the clothing article includes connected front portion, a collar. A sleeve is formed in the front portion. A jacket, and coat with an attachable/detachable scarf (not shown) will be folded and stored in the inter portion of the front side of the collar area with elastic at each end and Velcro onto the inner portion of your collar, therefore eliminating the loss of them by any consumers, and especially children. A sleeve like collar attached to the coat and jacket for storing a scarf and making it easily deployable while in use.
(22) Further an additional embodiment of the invention is that the jacket will provide the comfort while simultaneously remaining lightweight and durable for the end user.
(23)
(24) Collar 110 includes foam 111 (e.g., memory foam) that extends along a length of collar 110. In one embodiment, foam 111 is embedded along an inner-surface of collar 110.
(25) Collar 110 includes a first distal end and a second distal end. Lapel 112-1 is disposed at the first distal end of collar 110 and lapel 112-2 is disposed at the second distal end of lapel 110. Lapel 112-1 includes snap 113-1 at a point of lapel 112-1. In one embodiment, lapel 112-1 is coupled to front panel 120 via a metal fastening stud. Lapel 112-2 includes snap 113-2 9 at a point of lapel 112-2. In one embodiment, lapel 112-2 is coupled to front panel 125 via a metal fastening stud.
(26) Collar 110 also includes a hood (not shown) removably coupled (e.g., detachable) with collar 110. In one embodiment, the hood is stored within collar 110.
(27) Front panel 120 includes pocket 121-1 having a vertical opening and pocket 121-2 having a horizontal opening. Front panel 125 includes pocket 121-3 having a vertical opening and pocket 121-4 having a vertical opening. Front panel 120 and front panel 125 are releasably coupled (e.g., cinched) together via a zipper 123.
(28) In various embodiments, jacket 110 includes one or more inner pockets (not shown). An inner pocket is a pocket that has an opening on an inner surface of jacket 100. For example, front panel 120 includes one or more inner pockets and/or front panel 125 includes one or more inner pockets. In one embodiment, jack 100 includes three inner pockets.
(29) Sleeve 130 includes pocket 121-5 having a vertical opening. Sleeve 130 includes elbow panel 131. Elbow panel 131 is a padded panel. For example, elbow panel 131 is comprised of memory foam.
(30) Sleeve 135 includes elbow panel 136. Elbow panel 136 is a padded panel. For example, elbow panel 136 is comprised of memory foam.
(31) Jacket 100 includes an inner lining (not shown) disposed on the inside surface of jacket 100. In various embodiments, the memory foam, described herein, is embedded within the inner lining of jacket 100. In one embodiment, the inner lining is a cotton lining to provide a comfortable fit. Additionally, the inner lining keeps the memory foam from being entangled and safe.
(32) In various embodiments, jacket 100 includes a waist buckle (not shown) that runs along a lower edge of jacket 100 can create a more settled fit.
(33) Jacket 100 includes back panel 150. In one embodiment, memory foam is inserted along back panel 150. For example, memory foam is inserted along a whole (or an entirety) of back panel 150.
(34)
