The invention “smart system for transferring and exchanging goods and services in the financial platform” includes at least a central server and different interactional ports, a software, the database of keeping user's information, a smart translator, a searching motor, at least a value and credit creating structure with the possibility to convert the created value into currency, an unique identifier to minimize the possibility of errors in financial operations and at least one application to create the possibility for interactions among people and especially it is a web-based system for informing, identifying and exchanging services, goods and liquidity resources with each other.
