Abstract
A holding mechanism comprising a holding base, having two oppositely arranged holding grippers with at least one of the two holding grippers being movable. A first resilient biasing member, disposed between the holding base and the movable holding gripper, exerts an elastic biasing force on the movable holding gripper to cause the movable holding gripper to have a tendency to return to its initial position. The holding mechanism includes a locking structure and an unlocking component respectively provided on the holding base. The movable holding gripper moves to a trigger position away from the other holding gripper, and the locking structure locks the movable holding gripper when reaching the trigger position to block the movable holding gripper from returning to its initial position. The unlocking component unlocks the locking structure to remove the blockage of the locking structure to the movable holding gripper.

Embodiment 1
[0083] As shown in
[0084] The locking structure comprises a blocking structure 5 and a second resilient biasing member 7, wherein, when the movable holding gripper is at the initial position, the blocking structure 5 is constrained at the non-locking position by the movable holding gripper, so that the movable holding gripper is able to move back and forth from the initial position to a position not surpassing the trigger position; when the movable holding gripper is moved in a direction away from the other holding gripper 4 to surpass the trigger position under an external force, the blocking structure 5 moves from the non-locking position to the locking position, under the force exerted by the second resilient biasing member 7, where the movable holding gripper is abutted against by the blocking structure and thus blocked from returning to the initial position.
[0085] The holding base 1 is a rectangular unit with U-shaped end faces, with a first guide structure 2 provided thereon. The pair of holding grippers 4 are oppositely disposed along the longitudinal direction of the holding base 1, either of the holding grippers 4 has a sliding portion 41 and a gripping portion 42 that are connected together, the gripping portion 42 is connected on one axial end of the sliding portion 41, the sliding portion 41 slidably engages with the first guide structure 2 so as to be able to move back and forth relative to the holding base 1. The first guide structure 2 comprises two parallel guide bars 21 fixedly provided on the holding base 1, and two first guide grooves 22 formed in the sliding portion 41 and disposed corresponding to the guide bars 21, wherein, the first guide groove 22 is a U-shaped groove with an opening oriented towards the holding base 1, one end of the U-shaped groove away from the gripping portion 42 is configured to be an closed end and is formed with a guide hole for the guide bar 21 to pass through, so as to allow the sliding portion 41 to move stably along the guide bar 21; a stopper block 23 provided on an outer end of the guide bar 21, the first guide groove 22 is able to slide past the stopper block 23, and when the sliding portion 41 moves along the guide bar 21 in an opening direction of the holding base 1 and reaches the position of the stopper block 23, the closed end formed with the guide hole abuts against the stopper block 23 so as to stop the sliding portion 41 from slipping off the guide bar 21; the first resilient biasing member 3 sleeved on the guide bar 21 is a first resilient pressure spring, one axial end of the first resilient pressure spring abuts against the stopper block 23, and the other axial end of the first resilient pressure spring abuts against the closed end of the U-shaped groove of the sliding portion 41, and in such a way, the resilient pressure spring exerts a returning force on the sliding portion 41 so as to cause it to drive the gripping portion 42 to return to the initial position.
[0086] When the oppositely arranged end faces of the two holding grippers 4 move into their corresponding trigger positions, the constraint of the holding grippers 4 to the blocking structure 5 is released, so that the blocking structure 5 moves into the locking position and abuts against the end faces of the holding grippers 4, thereby blocking the holding grippers 4 from returning to the initial position. The blocking structure 5 comprises one blocking member disposed between the two holding grippers 4, the blocking member is a rectangular member with U-shaped end faces and has a width smaller than that of the holding base 1, the blocking member is fitted inside the U-shaped structure of the holding base 1 so as to form an accommodation space 51 between the blocking member and the holding base 1, the two guide bars 21 are configured to pass through this accommodation space 51. When the blocking member is at the non-locking position, the accommodation space 51 is aligned with the sliding portions 41 of the two holding grippers 4 so that the sliding portions 41 are just able to slide back and forth along the accommodation space 51. When the two holding grippers 4 move away from each other to such an extent that the distance between the two holding grippers 4 becomes larger than the width of the blocking member along the moving direction of the holding grippers 4, the trigger position is reached, where the blocking member moves into the locking position, along a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the holding grippers 4, under the force exerted by the second resilient biasing member 7, so that the accommodation space 51 is unaligned with the sliding portion 41, causing the two end faces of the blocking member to abut against the end face of the sliding portion 41, thereby blocking the sliding portions 41 from returning to the initial position, as a result, the holding grippers 4 are locked in the open state. A second guide structure 6 is provided between the blocking member and the holding base 1, the second guide structure 6 comprises two pairs of guide strips 61 spaced apart on a side wall of the holding base and oriented perpendicular to the moving direction of the holding grippers 4, and two pairs of second guide grooves 62 formed in a side wall of the blocking member and configured for the guide strips 61 to insert into. A second resilient biasing member 7 is provided between either pair of the guide strips 61 and is configured to be a second resilient pressure spring, blind holes 63 for receiving the second resilient pressure springs are provided on the same side wall of the blocking member, one axial end of the second resilient pressure spring abuts against the side wall of the holding base 1, and the other axial end of the second resilient pressure spring extends into the blind hole 63 to abut against the blocking member. As the blind holes 63 guide the movement of the second resilient pressure springs, the blocking member may move stably between the locking position and the non-locking position.
[0087] The unlocking component comprises a reset button 52 provided on one side of the blocking member which is away from the second resilient biasing member 7, and a button hole 11 provided in a side wall of the holding base 1 for the reset button 52 to pass through. When the reset button 52 is pressed down, the reset button 52 drives the blocking member to move towards the non-locking position against the pressure of the second resilient biasing member 7. In the contrary, when the holding grippers 4 are pulled open, the blocking member moves towards the locking position under the returning force exerted by the second resilient biasing member 7, and thus the reset button 52 protrudes out of the button hole 11.
[0088] A holding base cover 12 is provided on the holding base 1, for forming a mounting space with the holding base 1. The first guide structure 2, the second guide structure 6, the first resilient biasing member 3, the second resilient biasing member 7, the blocking member, and the sliding portions 41 of the holding grippers 4 are all disposed within the mounting space. A soft pad is also provided on a surface of the holding base cover 12.
[0089] This embodiment further provides a handheld stabilizer comprising the aforementioned holding mechanism. The handheld stabilizer is a single-shaft handheld stabilizer with a handle 103, and the holding mechanism is provided on the handle 103.
