Abstract
An efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed is applied on an ultra-thin foldable bed. The bed frame of the ultra-thin foldable bed includes a folded end distributed at two ends; the folded end includes a manual folding frame at inner end and an electric folding frame at outer end; the lifting structure includes a linkage structure and a drive structure for driving the linkage structure; the linkage structure is respectively connected to the drive structure 3 and the electric folding frame of the foldable bed; the electric folding frame includes one or two sections; the drive structure drives the linkage structure to implement lifting or descending operations of the electric folding frame to realize folding of the foldable bed. The lifting structure has the advantages of novel design, simple structure, labor-saving folding, making the foldable bed more ultra-thin and the like.
Claims
1. An efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed, applied on an ultra-thin foldable bed, comprising a linkage structure and a drive structure for driving said linkage structure; said linkage structure is respectively connected to said drive structure and a electric folding frame of said foldable bed, said electric folding frame includes one or two sections; said drive structure drives said linkage structure to implement lifting or descending operations of said electric folding frame to realize folding of said foldable bed.
2. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according, to claim 1, wherein when said ultra-thin foldable bed is flattened, the height of upper surface of a bed frame from the bottom of bed-leg is less or equal to 10 cm.
3. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 2, wherein said bed frame of said ultra-thin foldable bed includes a folded end distributed at two ends, said folded end includes a manual folding frame at inner end and an electric folding frame at outer end.

The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 3, wherein said electric folding frame pivoted to said manual folding frame has one section; said linkage structure includes a linkage crossbar, whose two ends are respectively fixed to side linkage robs on both sides, one end of said side linkage rob is pivoted to a chassis crossbar of a bed base, the other end is pivoted to a mast of said electric folding frame through an industrial wheel.
5. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 4, wherein said linkage crossbar is seated above said chassis crossbar.

The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 5, wherein, said drive structure includes a driving, motor and a drive rob connected said driving motor, said driving motor is mounted on an end cross member of said bed base, said drive rob is pivoted to said linkage crossbar.
7. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 6, wherein said drive rob is located at an intermediate position of said linkage crossbar.

The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 7, wherein said electric folding frame has two sections said electric folding frame includes an outer electric folding frame and an inner electric folding frame pivoted to said manual folding frame, an outer end of said outer electric folding frame is pivoted to said bed base through a second linkage rob, an inner end of said outer electric folding frame is pivoted to said inner electric folding frame.

The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 8, wherein said drive rob includes a vertical drive rob and a bent drive rob, one end of said vertical drive rob is connected to said driving motor, the other end is connected to said bent drive rob, an outer and of said bent drive rob is pivoted to middle part of said linkage crossbar through a connected block.

The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 8, wherein an outer side of said outer electric folding frame at a certain distance from an end thereof is provided with an outer electric folding frame crossbar, said second linkage rob is disposed between two sides of said outer electric folding frame crossbar and corresponding to two side robs of said bed base.

[0027] By applying the linkage structure 40 between the drive structure 30 and electric folding frame 20, the drive structure 30 drives the electric folding frame 20 to lift or descend to realize displaying or folding the bed frame through the linkage movement of the linkage structure 40. The invention provides a structure of novel idea.
[0028] The drive structure 30 makes the electric folding frame 20 lift or descend by applying the linkage structure 40, which increases the overall length of a drive rob 32, thereby saves drive force. So the folding of the electric foldable bed is more labor-saving. On the other hand, the drive rob 32 is changed from an entirety to a multi-section structure directly driven by the drive rod 32 and the linkage structure 40, which descends the height after the foldable bed is folded, so that the foldable bed is more ultra-thin. When the ultra-thin foldable bed is flattened, the height of upper surface of a bed frame from the bottom of bed-leg is less or equal to 10 cm.
