Abstract
An evaporator for an ice machine comprising a tube on which a second outer tube with a larger diameter is placed, creating a cylindrical chamber, and wherein supplementary rings are located on the upper and lower ends thereof which seal the assembly; and wherein the tube incorporates therein a plurality of mechanized grooves, favoring the outlet of the ice, decreasing the effort necessary for said operation and therefore the noise generated.
Claims
1. An evaporator for an ice machine, the evaporator comprising: an assembly, the assembly including: an inner tube, and an outer tube, wherein the inner tube having a first diameter; the outer tube having a second diameter, the second diameter has larger diameter than the first diameter, and the inner tube and the outer tube creates a cylindrical chamber; and supplementary rings, wherein the supplementary rings are located on the upper and lower ends of said cylindrical chamber, the supplementary rings seal the assembly, and the inner tube includes a plurality of mechanized grooves.
2. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 1, the evaporator further comprising: a series of connections in both the lower and upper portions of the assembly made up by the inner and outer tubes.
3. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 1, wherein the inner tube is made of stainless steel.
4. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 1, the evaporator further comprising: a spring located on the inner tube.
5. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 4, wherein the spring has a smaller passage and a larger passage.
6. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 2, wherein the inner tube is made of stainless steel.
7. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 2, the evaporator further comprising: a spring located on the inner tube.
8. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 3, the evaporator further comprising: a spring located on the inner tube.
9. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 2, the evaporator further comprising: a spring located on the inner tube.
10. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 3, the evaporator further comprising: a spring located on the inner tube.
11. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 7, wherein the spring has a smaller passage and a larger passage.
12. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 8, wherein the spring has a smaller passage and a larger passage.
13. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 9, wherein the spring has a smaller passage and a larger passage.
14. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 10, wherein the spring has a smaller passage and a larger passage.
15. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 1, wherein the inner tube is made of a material with equivalent mechanical characteristics of stainless steel.
16. The evaporator for the ice machine according to claim 2, wherein the inner tube is made of a material with equivalent mechanical characteristics of stainless steel.

DESCRIPTION OF A DETAILED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0014] The attached figures show a preferred embodiment of the invention. More specifically, the evaporator for an ice machine, object of the present specification, is characterized in that it comprises a tube (1) which has, internally mechanized, a plurality of grooves (1a) favoring the vertical outlet of the ice, decreasing the effort necessary for said operation and therefore the noise generated.
[0015] The tube (1) will be manufactured from stainless steel or a material with equivalent mechanical characteristics.
[0016] On said tube (1), a second outer tube (2) with a larger diameter is placed, creating a cylindrical chamber, and wherein supplementary rings (3) are located on the upper and lower ends thereof which seal the assembly, improving the performance thereof with the pressure.
[0017] In a preferred embodiment, in both the lower and upper portions of the assembly made up of the tubes (1,2), a series of connections (4) are located for the inlet and/or outlet of the refrigerant liquid.
[0018] Between both tubes (1, 2), located on the first tube (1), a steel spring (5) is located which perfectly adjusts to the two diameters of the cylindrical chamber, in order to prevent the by-pass of the refrigerant liquid between coils, making up a helical circuit which forces the circulation of the refrigerant liquid.
