SHOWER WALL UPRIGHT SOAP CASE

Abstract

The present invention comprises a recessed soap case wall unit with pins that the collapsible soap holster clamps into that rest on a dripping tray which is in place to catch the excess water that drips from the soap when it has been used. The hosting device is configured in different sizes to accommodate different shapes and molds of soap.

3. A collapsible shower wall soap holder device comprising: a. a recessed soap case wall unit wherein the recessed soap case wall unit goes into the wall wherein the recessed soap case wall unit has an inside back surface, an inside too surface, an inside right surface, an inside bottom surface, and an inside left surface; b. a pair of pins, specifically a left pin and a right pin, wherein the left pin protrudes from the inside left surface, and the right pin protrudes from the inside right surface of the recessed soap case wall unit so the pair of pins are pointing toward each other and are coaxial; c. a soap holster unit wherein the soap holster unit moves in an angular fashion and comprises a pair of holes clamped onto the pair of pins, and the soap holster unit has a left arm, a right arm, a holster bottom, and a bracket on the front wherein the left arm is connected to the left side of the bracket and the right arm is connected to the right side of the bracket; the bottom of the left arm and the bottom of the right arm are connected to the holster bottom; and d. a dripping tray wherein the dripping tray is placed to catch the excess water that drips from the soap when it has been used.

5. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 3 that is configured to hold at-least one piece of soap in a standing position.

6. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 3 wherein the device is made from at least one of wood, plastics, rubber, foam, metal alloys, aluminum or stone.

7. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 3 wherein the bracket is arched.

8. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 3 wherein when the soap holster unit moves in the angular fashion it opens to 30 degrees.

9. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 3 wherein the dripping tray rests on top of the inside bottom surface of the recessed soap case wall unit.

10. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 9 wherein bracket on the front is arched.

11. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 3, where the pair of holes has a left bracket hole and a right bracket hole and the left bracket hole is in the left arm and the right bracket hole is in the right arm.

12. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 3 wherein the left arm has at least one left opening and the right arm has at least one right opening.

13. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 11 wherein the left bracket hole is located at the bottom front of the left arm and the right bracket hole is locate at the bottom front of the right arm.

14. A collapsible shower wall soap holder device comprising: a. a recessed soap case wherein the recessed soap case can go into a wall where the recessed soap case has an inside back surface, an inside top surface, an inside right surface, an inside bottom surface, and an inside left surface; b. a pair of pins, where one pin is a left pin and the other is a right pin, wherein the left pin protrudes from the inside left surface, and the right pin protrudes from the inside right surface so the pins are pointing toward each other and are coaxial; and c. a soap holster unit wherein the soap holster unit moves in an angular fashion and comprises a pair of holes clamped onto the pair of pins, and the soap holster unit has a bracket on the front.

15. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 14 wherein the left pins fit into a left hole on the inside left surface, and the right pin fits into a right hole on the inside right surface.

16. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 14 wherein when the soap holster unit moves in the angular fashion it opens to 30 degrees.

17. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 14 further includes a dripping tray that rests on top of the inside bottom side of the recessed soap case.

18. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 14 wherein the bracket is arched.

The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 14 wherein the soap holster unit has a left arm and a right arm and a holster bottom, where the left arm is connected to the left side of the bracket and the right arm is connected to the right side of the bracket, and the bottom of the left arm and the bottom of the right arm are connected to the holster bottom, where the pair of holes has a left hole and a right hole and the left hole is in the left arm and the right hole is in the right arm.

20. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 19 wherein the left arm has at least one left opening and the right arm has at least one right opening.

21. The collapsible shower wall soap holder device as claimed in claim 19 wherein the left hole is located at the bottom front of the left arm and the right hole is locate at the bottom front of the right arm.

22. A collapsible shower wall soap holder device comprising: a. a recessed soap case wherein the recessed soap case can go into a wall where the recessed soap case has an inside back surface, an inside top surface, an inside right surface, an inside bottom surface, and an inside left surface; b. a pair of pins, where one pin is a left pin and the other is a right pin, wherein the left pin fits into a left hole on the inside left surface and wherein the left pin protrudes from the inside left surface, and the right pin fits into a right hole on the inside right surface the right pin protrudes from the inside right surface, so the pins are pointing toward each other and are coaxial, and; c. a soap holster unit wherein the soap holster unit moves in an angular fashion to a 30 degree open position and comprises a pair of holes clamped onto the pair of pins, and the soap holster unit has a bracket on the front wherein the bracket is arched, and the soap holster unit has a left arm and a right arm and a holster bottom, where the left arm is connected to the left side of the bracket and the right arm is connected to the right side of the bracket and the bottom of the left arm and the bottom of the right arm are connected to the holster bottom; wherein the pair of holes has a left holster hole and a right holster hole and the left holster hole is in the left arm and the right holster hole is in the right arm, wherein the left holster hole is located at the bottom front of the left arm and the right holster hole is locate at the bottom front of the right arm, and the left pin is in the left holster hole, and the right pin is in the right holster hole, and wherein the left arm has at least one left opening and the right arm has at least one right opening; and d. a dripping tray that rests on the inside bottom surface of the recessed soap case.

FIG. 1 depicts a perspective view of one example of a Shower Wall Upright Soap Holder (the device) 100 according to various embodiments of the present invention. In preferred embodiments, the elements of the device are configured with two arms 102 and 102 with a bracket 104 on the front arm which serves as a holder for the soap. The recessed soap case wall unit 106 goes into the wall and has two pins 108 and 108 on the inside that the holster 110 clamps into. The collapsible soap holster 112 holds the soap and prevents it from sliding out on the side and touching the soap case. The holster has holes 114 on each arm that clamp into the pins on the recessed soap case unit. The dripping tray 116 slides into the collapsible soap holster and catches the excess water that drips from the soap. This will allow the soap to dry faster and last longer.
