DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0028] With reference to FIGS. 2-5, a manual weaving machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention is made of stainless steel and comprises: a base 2 formed in an H shape, a first connection column 3, and a second connection column 4.

[0029] The base 2 includes a C-shaped support 21 arranged thereon, wherein the first connection column 3 and the second connection column 4 are erected on the C-shaped support 21 and are spaced a distance therebetween, wherein an upper end of an outer wall of the first connection column 3 is connected with a first horizontal extension 31, a second horizontal extension 32 is connected on a middle section of the outer wall of the first connection column 3, and a third horizontal extension 33 is connected on a lower end of the outer wall of the first connection column 3. An upper end of an outer wall of the second connection column 4 is connected with a first horizontal stein 41, and a second horizontal stein 42 is connected on a lower end of the outer wall of the second connection column 4. A lateral post 5 is locked on a first end of a top of the C-shaped support 21 by using a nut after inserting through a recess 221 of the fixing sheet 22 on an outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 adjacent to the first end of the top of the C-shaped support 21. The first horizontal extension 31, the second horizontal extension 32, and the third horizontal extension 33 are connected with one of two first connection sheets 6. The first horizontal stein 41 and the second horizontal stein 42 are connected with the other first connection sheet 6, and two middle portions of the two connection sheets 6 are coupled on two ends of the second connection sheet 7 respectively. An expansion structure 34 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 beside a bottom of the first connection column 3, wherein the expansion structure 34 has a pull lever 341 rotatably connected with a driven lever 342 on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 beside the bottom of the first connection column 3, and the expansion structure 34 has an expandable piece 343 connected on the first connection column 3 and the one first connection sheet 6, wherein an end of the expandable piece 343 is coupled with the driven lever 342. A fixing structure 43 is arranged on an outer wall of the second connection column 4, and the fixing structure 43 has a coupling sheet 431 connected on a lower end of the outer wall of the second connection column 4, a C-shaped rack 432 coupled with a lower end of the outer wall of the second connection column 4, a top of the coupling sheet 431 and an upper end of the other first connection sheet 6, and an operation bar 433 rotatably connected between the coupling sheet 431 and one of two corners of the C-shaped rack 432.

[0030] A shaft 23 extending from an inner peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 adjacent to a rear end of the top of the C-shaped support 21.

[0031] Referring further to FIGS. 3 and 4, the two first connection sheets 6, the second connection sheet 7, the expandable piece 343, and the C-shaped rack 432 are removed, then a yarn is tied on the lateral post 5 and its two ends are pulled, wherein one of the two ends of the yarn is winded through the second horizontal extension 32, the first horizontal extension 31 and the first horizontal stein 41, in the meantime, the other end of the yarn is winded through the first horizontal extension 31 and the first horizontal stein 41 to connect with the one end of the yarn. Thereafter, the two ends of the yarn are pulled back to the lateral post 5 after passing through the second horizontal stein 42, the third horizontal extension 33, and the shaft 23, thus fixing the yarn on the manual weaving machine.

[0032] In weaving process, the pull lever 341 of the expansion structure 34 is pulled to drive the driven lever 342 so that the expandable piece 343 is actuated by the driven lever 342, and the yarn is pulled in a triangle shape by using the pull lever 341, the driven lever 342, and the expandable piece 343. In the meantime, a positioning piece 8 is winded into a hollowly triangular space of the yarn and to pull the yarn tightly, as shown in FIG. 5. The lateral post 5 is moved adjustably, and the operation bar 433 is pulled to change a position of the C-shaped rack 432, thus pulling the yarn tightly. Preferably, user is capable of stopping the weaving process to take a rest.

[0033] Thereby, the manual weaving machine has advantages as follows:

[0034] The expansion structure 34 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 beside the bottom of the first connection column 3, wherein the expansion structure 34 has the pull lever 341, the driven lever 342, and the expandable piece 343. The expandable piece 343 is driven by the driven lever 342 to swing upward so that warps of multiple yarns are staggered upward and downward, thus avoiding manually pulling the warps.

[0035] The second connection column 4 is erected on the C-shaped support 21 and has the coupling sheet 431, the operation bar 433, and the C-shaped rack 432 so that a tension of the yarns is released to avoid a damage of the manual weaving machine.

[0036] The lateral post 5 is locked on the first end of the top of the C-shaped support 21 by using the nut after inserting through the recess 221 of the fixing sheet 22 on the outer peripheral side of the C-shaped support 21 adjacent to the first end of the top of the C-shaped support 21. Thereby, when a length of a fabric material is too long and the coupling sheet 431 retracts downward, thus adjusting the tightness of the yarns.

[0037] With reference to FIGS. 6-7, a difference of a manual weaving machine of a second embodiment from that of the first embodiment comprises: a third connection column 90 and a fourth connection column 91 which are located behind the second connection column 4 to prolong a length of the manual weaving machine and to weave a long cloth product.

[0038] Accordingly, the manual weaving machine is operated comfortably, securely, and safety.

[0039] While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
